Yes, I was able to check in early, which was really helpful. The room was spotless, and there were tea, coffee, and even a biscuit — very impressed. I went to the gym, which was well equipped, even with dumbbells up to 20kg and a bench. The swimming pool and sauna were perfect after my session, and the showers were great quality and very clean. They even had a spinner to dry swimwear. I went for a meal in the restaurant — 10 out of 10. Amazing selection and served straight away. I will definitely be back; for the price, it’s hard to beat. Incredible location as well.

Excellent location and cool swimming pool. The fitness centre is quite limited. Getting something to eat in the evening at the bar or getting a coffee in the morning is impossible. Also the bathroom was a little filthy, especially the shower cap full of mold. For 150 pounds per night I wasn't impressed at all. Staff not particularly friendly. It also looks past it's best days. I feel like management of this resort is weak and lacking and should be much better.

Hay mucho que mejorar, pero se podrían hacer algunas mejoras. Lo más importante son las puertas de las habitaciones. Son de madera pesada y se cierran de golpe muy fuerte. Como te puedes imaginar, es bastante molesto cuando la gente entra y sale, despertando a la gente. La puerta del baño está podrida por abajo por la humedad; necesita ser reemplazada; se ve horrible. Limpiar debajo de los lavabos y grifos de los baños, ¡lo que se ve al sentarse en la bañera! La pintura de la habitación podría estar un poco más ordenada; hay pintura blanca sobre las tuberías grises del radiador. Los limpiadores podrían ser un poco más cuidadosos al aspirar; golpean las tuberías del radiador de las habitaciones y la vibración se transmite a la habitación de al lado. Awful. Initially I was in a double room. Women daily 0540 by loud music which I believe was the kitchen staff starting breakfast preparation. Moved to single room on my final night. The heating on full was the difference between having a cooler box or a freezer. No cable other than power cable for the TV so no reception whatsoever. This was pointed out to the reception desk who told me no maintenance staff were available due to rostering. A coaxial cable would probably resolve the problem. However that was not provided. The staff were polite but had their hands tied on what they could do to resolve the issues. Just an awful experience sadly as the hotel is in a prime position. Polite staff who had to attend to a number of embarrassing complaints from other guests.

El hotel es genial y la estancia fue cómoda. Es bastante cómodo ir andando a la estación de autobuses y a la de trenes. La habitación está limpia, pero la ducha del baño no tiene puerta y el agua se sale por la ducha, lo que hace que todo el inodoro se moje después de la ducha. El hotel ofrece agua embotellada en la habitación y tiene un restaurante en la planta baja. El personal es amable y, en general, la experiencia de la estancia fue increíble.

房間很乾凈，比較舒適，就是沒有空調，有時候會有些熱。不同房間溫感不一樣，可以問下前台。但是住起來沒什麼問題。

The hotel is definitely not a 4 star. Top range 3 star at best. The room was clean. It was advertised as a king sized bed, however putting 2 single beds together is very misleading. The Italian restaurant, the staff are nice but the service is very very slow. Took me an hour to get food. The location is ideal. The sports centre is good and spacious. The pool is good fun. The gym needs a complete modernisation program. Not enough equipment and in a very small room. The sports centre could utiltse space more effectively and have a state of the art gym in the other bigger rooms. It would be used well, however this is sadly not the case. I will return and use this hotel in the future. The price is not cheep and if your expecting Hilton quality then this is not the hotel for you.

The hotel was fantastic, with great services and amenities. Had an excellent stay there! Worth visiting again!

Hotel was very clean and nice, they also gave us early check-in as room was ready.
