I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Imperial Hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The service throughout our stay was exceptional. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any requests or questions we had. They truly made us feel like valued guests and their genuine hospitality was greatly appreciated. Another great aspect of the Imperial Hotel is its convenient location. Being within walking distance of the beach is a huge plus for those who enjoy spending time by the ocean. It's wonderful to have the opportunity to easily access the beach and enjoy the beautiful surroundings without having to travel far. The proximity to the beach adds an extra level of relaxation and enjoyment to the overall experience at the hotel. Overall, my family and I had a fantastic experience . The combination of a delicious breakfast, excellent service, and clean accommodations made our stay truly memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience.

El sitio es muy bueno. Está cerca de una parada de autobús que va al centro de la ciudad, cerca de un parque comercial con supermercado como Morrison, cerca de restaurantes como Yellows. El personal de limpieza y la recepcionista son muy serviciales y amables. La sábana está limpia y el colchón es cómodo. Me hacen dormir bien por la noche.

Norwich City Center
The hotel is a short walk from the railway and within easy access to the Cathedral and city centre. I stayed there for 2 nights. In the 1st night, the bathroom light was out of order as there was no one in the hotel to take care of it. Nothing was done in the following morning, and the only thing to be done is to change the room in the afternoon. The hotel looks tired and needs some touching up, yet the rooms are spacious, functional and clean, and the bed is comfortable. There is an issue with dampness in walls though it is not too serious. If you look for a budget place to sleep at night, this is the place for you.

El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer. El bar de la cabaña en la carretera fue bastante malo, pero se esperaba que durante el fin de semana de la graduación. El concierto en el escritorio fue muy agradable y me siento mal de dar esta revisión, pero es honesto.

The villas were clean with everything you needed. The location was great on top of a cliff with a walk down into Cromer. Not great with mobility issues but our 8 year old managed it with no problems. We tried the restaurant once and the food was good. We tried the children's entertainment one night and he was great. Our daughter really enjoyed that and swimming in the pool every morning. Overall a great location to visit a beautiful part of our country.
