«We stayed on Serenity Island for four nights and took the last boat (5 pm) back on our final day. We had booked the boat pickup from the marina through the hotel, assuming it would be ready upon our arrival. However, we later found out that it didn’t actually depart until 6 pm. The restaurant food was fine, but the menu never changed, apart from the chef’s special offered at lunch and dinner. If you’re staying for more than a couple of nights, as we did, you’ll likely find yourself repeating the same dishes. During one lunch, we waited an hour for our meals — mine arrived first, and I had finished eating by the time my partner’s dish finally came. We were only made aware of a few tours during our stay and were disappointed to discover, on the day of our departure, a newly displayed schedule of weekly activities such as cooking classes and Fijian language lessons. Unfortunately, we didn’t see any of these offered while we were there and felt we missed out on some great experiences we would have loved to join.»

«We LOVED our stay at Mana Island! The island and beaches are beautiful with stunning reefs to snorkel right from the beach and free to use kayaks as well. There are additional activities for purchase. Our island bure was clean and cute and we loved the outdoor showers. The adults pool was great as we could get some space from the families and kids. The stand out was the incredible staff who were so friendly and helpful and the many free activities on the island. Highly recommend - a stunning place to relax and take a break from reality. Would happily go back.»

«整體還是很不錯的，景色很美，房間很大很衞生，浮潛活動很值得，看到了海豚和海龜，大部分工作人員都很熱情友好，尤其歡送歌曲很好聽很感動，但是真的不要期待能得到同等價位度假村的服務。 但是入住第一晚酒店火警警報器沒電了發出很尖鋭很刺耳的響聲，我們真的很累，但是給我們全都吵醒，而且隔一段時間就響，無法睡覺，給前台打電話説會叫人來，半個小時還沒來，最後還是我們自己把電池拆了才好，酒店衹輕飄飄的sorry，沒有任何補償。 另外，我們定了同個房型兩個訂單，相當於續住一晚，之前聯繫攜程客服和酒店溝通可以原房不變，到了工作人員説需要換房，好吧沒事可以理解，前一晚和前台確定了一下要換房，早上行李都收拾好了到前台，又説不用換了，沒有任何通知，甚至前一晚還在説要換房。»

«El paisaje: Muy bonito, las rocas son profundas y diferentes, así que el mar es de color azul a verde y verde, junto con el cielo azul y el blanco es hermoso. Instalaciones: El hotel tiene un largo tiempo, algunas instalaciones son viejas, pero la mantenimiento es muy buena, y es el viento de la isla de la madera de la casa de hierba que nos gusta especialmente. La piscina ilimitada del hotel también es muy buena, muy exitosa, es recomendable para muchos viejos huéspedes. También hay habitaciones pequeñas en el mar y helicópteros para los huéspedes. Ambiente: El hotel está en una gran costa de diamantes U del noroeste, con una bosque de árboles densas, caminos montañas y playa blanca, pescado pequeño cuando llega al hotel, y personal del fondo de seguros que nos encontramos en el barco cuando vuelve a la isla, trae a la isla una especie de biocarburante. Servicio: Los tres hoteles de Fiji que vivimos son muy buenos y el servicio intimidad de la variedad nos impresiona especialmente, ya sea la recepción de la estancia y la salida, el servicio de habitaciones, el servicio de restaurantes, cada personal de servicio tratará seriamente cada solicitud de los huéspedes, Quiero agradecer especialmente la coordinación positiva del Departamento de Información y el acuerdo especial de todos los empleados del restaurante, que me permitió celebrar el 15 aniversario de la inolvidable señora en el mes de hoy, ¡Gracias, Vinaka! Si la única cosa que resulta un poco incómoda es que hay más cebos en la isla que en la tierra, que deben hacerse bien en la defensa y que tienen una gran probabilidad de ser ahogados.»

«We really enjoyed our stay at Serinity sands glamping. The glamping tents are brand new and really fancy!  The infinity pool was stunning with sea views. The sunbeds were the comfiest. The decor around the pool/ restaurant is stunning.  Great to have access to a gym whilst on the island.  We loved the turtle feeding & the activities they provided each day! We really enjoyed having a tea and cookie in the afternoon also, was a nice treat! The staff were very friendly everywhere we went and always helpful!  Thanks  Matt»

«El personal de servicio estaba muy conmovido. Un agradecimiento especial a la aldea de los niños. Al bebé le encanta jugar con la habitación y es muy especial. Me gusta más que el tipo de habitación de playa. Es muy brillante y perfecto. Es duro pero puedes empezar con los juegos favoritos.»

«Solo unos días antes de llegar a Fiji, estaba en la isla principal. Más tarde, elegí un helicóptero para ir a la isla exterior y llegué a Tokoriki en unos 20 minutos. Las personas en el hotel se comunicaron con anticipación entre las llegadas, por lo que el personal del hotel los saludó tan pronto como llegó el avión. Tomé mi equipaje y vertí agua para registrarme. El tipo de habitación de la villa está establecido, y cada habitación tiene su propia piscina. El único inconveniente es que no hay señal en el teléfono móvil de la habitación y no se puede registrar a ninguna esposa. Empiece a experimentar la vida primitiva. Se puede buscar esposa en las áreas públicas y hay una piscina infinita. El ambiente es super agradable e impecable. El personal del hotel fue super entusiasta. Las comidas deben reservarse con anticipación y los asientos con vista se reservarán con un día de anticipación. Puede disfrutar de la cena mientras disfruta de la puesta de sol.»
