Este hotel es hermoso y atractivo! Tiene una fantástica piscina y restaurantes. Pero está lejos del centro de la ciudad, es a unos minutos de taxi. Es un gran lugar para un agradable apartarse del atraco y la burbuja de la ciudad por unos días. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado.

El hotel está muy cerca del aeropuerto y hay servicio de transporte gratuito. Puedes llamar al hotel para que te recoja en el aeropuerto. El precio para una persona en la misma habitación es diferente al de dos personas. No me di cuenta de que pagué $60 por dos habitaciones en la tienda. Asegúrate de revisarlo cuidadosamente antes de hacer una reserva. El desayuno es muy rico, pero no apto para el estómago chino.

Semen (male ejaculate) on the window was a disgusting surprise, but it fit with other problems (usb ort needed fixing & only worked with TV on, dreadful cold watery ”alfredo” that had no spoon for tasteless sauce, demand for cash to pay room service that robbed me of taxi money I'd saved to see souk, disappointing breakfast with ”beef bacon” a whitish chemical sausage, inedible noodles & boiled ”curried vegetables” & general vibe that was creepy for solo female. Novotel in Abu Dhabi did so much better!

This hostel has a good location and I would say that it is pretty walkable in the early morning and very late at night but the walking infrastructure is not the best in Cairo. Mid day the traffic makes it very tricky to walk around even though there are many good restaurants and attractions nearby. Finding it is a little tricky but it is down an alley that doesn't allow cards and it is located on floor 2 of an older building. There is an elevator but all doors and gates need to be closed in order for it to work and we found guests at the hostel weren't good at closing after themselves. The staff are very kind and welcoming but we got a bit hung up on the payment. We booked on Trip with the ”Pay at the Hotel” option for 3100 Egyptian pounds for three nights in a private room but they were asking for 3600 when we were checking in. After a little back and forth they let us check in and gave us the keys so we could rest and wait for the manager's answer. The manager said no to our booked rate, we were told we booked on ******* and we now had to pay 3900 Egyptian pounds. I'm at a loss of words for this discrepancy between Trip and the hostel but there weren't better deals in the area we wanted to stay and we very reluctantly paid. The room was just a place to sleep with a box to the side where our shower and toilet were. The box had no ceiling or ventilation so there were smells throughout the room from the drains. The beds were comfy but were not completely clean when we arrived - there was hairs in the bed sheets. The room cleanliness overall could have been better. The area is quiet at night and we got a good night's rest to spend our days exploring Cairo. The breakfast was ok but there wasn't much room to eat in the common areas during our stay so we asked for breakfast in our room during our stay. We had a simple breakfast with a fried egg, cucumbers, tomatoes, cheese, banana, tea/coffee and Arabic bread. It is enough to get you through until lunch and is served starting at 8 pm. There is a convenience store close by that offers fairly priced snacks and drinks which you might want to seek out because they do not provide water at this hostel. We hope this property improves because it seems like it used to be really good and the location is good as well.

The hotel is located in the city center. We only stayed one night in the hotel and the front desk free upgraded us to a deluxe room. Though the room was a bit dated, but it was clean and spacious. The breakfast was good and had many choices.

Debería ser el primer hotel de cinco estrellas de El Cairo, ubicado en la isla ZAMALEK, con un excelente paisaje del Nilo. Aunque las instalaciones del hotel son un poco antiguas, son muy convenientes. Reservamos dos habitaciones con vistas laterales al Nilo, y una de ellas fue ascendida a una suite con vistas al Nilo de forma gratuita. El desayuno del hotel se sirve junto al río Nilo y se puede tomar al aire libre o en el interior.

I stayed with my family at this hotel, but they left a little earlier than me. My friend wanted to stay there so that we can go out late , come back to the hotel and he would be able to take me to that airport the next day but the hotel rejected him because he is from Ciaro. I tried to apply for a refund but was rejected. I would like to withdraw the previous review, which was written under peer pressure on the( 2nd day) from one of the hotel staff members named : Hindu. The hotel was fine, but some things weren't for 1) discrimination against guests. 2) denying a refund 3) things went missing from the hotel room 4) the shower wasn't always working well 5) the carpet was very damp when I first arrived 5) my other family members had problems with the restroom, dirty water was coming up 6) my aircon wasnt working, i asked several times for help but to no avail 7) the keys were moved from one reception to another without informing guests. 8) pushy staff members are always asking for us to write reviews ( not all the staff members were like this. They were kind, helpful and present) 9) the hotel offers airport transfer but it's really expensive. Uber is much cheaper. * I wouldn't have written, I would've let it just go but but since the hotel refuses to give a refund, I think it's only fair that other know what my REAL experience was like .

Nos alojamos en una habitación renovada, el baño estaba recién hecho y las paredes estaban recién pintadas. Bonitas opciones de iluminación para relajarse con una luz más suave. Las cortinas y las alfombras también eran nuevas y acogedoras. La ropa de cama estaba limpia. El baño estaba limpio. Disfrutamos nuestra estancia. Parece que las habitaciones se están actualizando desde que se escribieron otras reseñas. Muchas críticas parecen duras considerando el precio que pagas. Después de todo, es una estancia con un presupuesto superior. Conseguimos jabón, papel higiénico y toalla. No se puede esperar todo por un precio económico. La zona de recepción estaba muy bien decorada para el Ramadán y el personal era amable. La ubicación es excelente y una parte divertida de El Cairo para explorar. ¡Bonitos mercados nocturnos! Ruidos típicos de la ciudad pero no demasiado fuertes para dormir considerando que es el centro de la ciudad. Las puertas correderas del balcón son nuevas y están cerradas, pero no hay ninguna vista que mencionar. Otros invitados que vimos parecían contentos mientras socializaban en el área pública. Pagué por adelantado con ********* para evitar problemas de pago. Las áreas públicas necesitan más renovaciones y algunas reparaciones, pero nuevamente, no redujo la comodidad de mi estadía y fue aceptable que les quitaran el polvo y las limpiaran. Es bueno para El Cairo. ¡Disfrutamos usando el pintoresco ascensor de estilo dorado art nouveau! Una buena experiencia en general.

Fue mi primera vez en Egipto. Miré muchos hoteles y finalmente elegí Almassa. Toda la gente en el hotel estaba muy entusiasmada. El portero Amohamed nos ayudó a conseguir un taxi. Los camareros del hotel también estaban muy entusiasmados. Teníamos mucho equipaje y nos ayudaron a moverlo. El tío que estaba en recepción por la noche era muy carismático. El único inconveniente fue que teníamos que hacer el check in a las 14h. En general fue una muy buena experiencia.
