El hotel está muy cerca de la estación de tren, a 2 minutos andando. En los alrededores hay supermercados como LIDL, REWE y ROSSMANN, así como muchos lugares para comer. El hotel también está muy limpio y la habitación es lo suficientemente grande. Aunque la variedad del desayuno no es amplia, es suficiente.

Originalmente no planeé quedarme esa noche porque elegí el hotel equivocado, pero tenía prisa por elegir este hotel. El precio es relativamente caro a 10,000 yuanes, pero el equipo es muy simple. El hotel no es más que 1.000 yuanes No debería ayudar la próxima vez.

¡Absolutamente brillante por el precio pagado! La habitación estuvo lista temprano, limpia y con todo Covid seguro. Todo lo que necesitas en la habitación y recepción. Hay un Lidl a la vuelta de la esquina y Rudolfplatz, en la misma calle, para todas las conexiones de transporte o la estación central, está a unos 25 minutos a pie.

Hice una reserva de último momento para ver un concierto y superó las expectativas. Es un hotel grande con muchas habitaciones, pero la mayoría tienen ventanas. La habitación reservada era bastante grande. El precio incluía el desayuno pero me olvidé de comerlo, lo cual fue una lástima. Se proporciona agua mineral y café en cápsulas de forma gratuita en la habitación, lo cual me viene muy bien. Se le enviará un correo electrónico para registrarse antes de hacerlo. Cuando llegue a la tienda, el personal tomará la iniciativa para ayudarlo a obtener su tarjeta de habitación. El ascensor requiere una tarjeta magnética. El personal de recepción es profesional y acogedor. El baño está relativamente limpio. Los puntos positivos son la posición bastante central y la limpieza. Esperaba sinceramente algo más que las fotos de la reserva. Muebles viejos y ansiosos, cuchillos desconfortables en el norte, no laria condicionada, sino un ventilador viejo. Ruta muy ruidosa, siendo incluso en el 4 piso hay un continuo ruido día y noche, es realmente una ruta tranquila. Puntos positivos el matrazo muy cómodo,la limpieza de la habitación y el desayuno. Digamos que la relación calidad precio debía ser incluso más bajo que el pagado. No volvería.

La mayoría de mis colegas también me gustaron el hotel. Las habitaciones no eran muy espaciosas, pero estaban limpias, decoradas con estilo y equipadas con TV, A/C, caja fuerte y secador de pelo. No hay minibar ni café/tea, lo que nos habría gustado cuando llegamos, ya que nos habíamos quedado en tráfico durante horas y estaba bastante sediento. El desayuno era estilo buffet y era muy bueno. Muchas opciones, comida fresca, bien preparada. El hotel está muy bien, pero no se puede hacer nada. Yo era uno de los que tuve suerte de tener sus tarjetas inmediatamente, pero algunos de mis colegas tuvieron que esperar más de media hora, y llamo a esta falta de organización, especialmente porque llegamos mucho más tarde de lo previsto.

Excelente hotel nuevo. A unos 5 minutos caminando a la estación de metro y unos 15 minutos de la estación central. Excelente servicio. Desayuno muy variado y de buena calidad. Tiene estacionamiento de pago, un poco caro, pero hay estacionamiento gratuito limitado en la calle. Las habitaciones son amplias y las camas muy comodas. Fué una excelente estancia para visitar Dusseldorf y Koln. Hay que notar que hay varios Holiday in Express en Dusseldorf, así que se debe aclarar que es el de ”Haupbanhof”

Hay una iglesia en diagonal frente al hotel, lo cual es muy conveniente. También hay 3 estacionamientos cooperativos 🅿️, pero olvidé pedir el cupón cuando finalmente salí del hotel. Un poco más adelante del hotel se encuentra la calle peatonal, a sólo un minuto a pie. Se puede ver la cima de la iglesia empujando la ventana; el desayuno es ligeramente más caro que en otros hoteles reservados en el camino, 15 euros por persona, y la relación precio/rendimiento es media.

The hotel facilities are good, rooms are clean and presentable, shower was good. The breakfast buffet is large with plenty of variety for all tastes, bar is well stocked and sstaff are competant. Hotels private parking was essential for us, but tight spaces. Couple of negative points for me: It was very warm and the airco had minimal effect. Pillows could be better - way too soft.

El hotel es nuevo, los empleados son buenos, el desayuno es bueno y en general es un hotel limpio. No está en el centro de la ciudad, pero muy fácil de llegar a Rudofplatz o Heumarkt con 2 líneas de tranvía y sólo toma 5 paradas. También había restaurantes y supermercados alrededor para nuestras necesidades. Por lo tanto nos disfrutamos de nuestra estadía en el hotel. Sólo lo que fue negativo, tienes que informar la recepción cada mañana para limpiar habitaciones. De lo contrario no se limpió. (no se nos informa de esto durante el check-in, así que aprendimos que después del primer día) Aunque informábamos que para cada día, el segundo día de nuestra estancia 2/5 habitaciones no están limpias. Excepto esto, todo estaba bien limpio

Wir mussten leider einen very late check in machen (ca. 02:30), was aber überhaupt kein Problem war. Der Service war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten über Booking.com ein Zimmer für 3 Personen gebucht, das vor Ort leider nicht mehr verfügbar war. Wir wurden ganz unproblematisch und ohne Mehrkosten auf zwei Comfort-Doppelzimmer „verteilt“ und bekamen noch ein Getränk aus der Hausbar for free als Entschuldigung dazu. Die Zimmer selbst sind sehr gut ausgestattet und komfortabel. Das inbegriffene Frühstück war der „Hammer“ und sehr reichhaltig und vielfältig. Von uns absolut zu empfehlen. Ein Parkhaus gibt es gleich nebenan und hat uns nichts gekostet.

Nos quedamos 23 noches seguidas en este hotel, en dos habitaciones, ya que viajamos a Düsseldorf para tomar un curso intensivo de alemán por tres semanas. Fue una excelente elección. El hotel es moderno, limpio y cómodo. Las habitaciones son amplias y no se escuchan ruidos entre ellas. Incluso estando al lado de la estación, el paso de los trenes apenas se oye, sin que llegue a molestar. El desayuno buffet, incluido en el precio, es bastante completo. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, en 20 minutos se llega al centro caminando, o en 10 minutos en tranvía o metro. No obstante, lo más destacable es el personal, muy atento y amable. En resumen, muy recomendable. Evalué varias otras opciones y creo que la razón calidad-precio aquí es muy buena.

La estación principal de tren de Düsseldorf, como dice el nombre, está cerca de la estación principal de tren de Düsseldorf. Durante nuestra visita, la habitación era limpia y tranquila, por lo que en mi opinión el hotel es definitivamente adecuado para un viaje de ciudad. Por lo tanto, puedo recomendar al hotel.

Lovely hotel. Super conveniently located! Only 3 minutes walk from Düsseldorf main train station, 20 or so minute from DÜSSELDORF airport with taxi. Connected to several regional train lines. Right at the hotel entrance there is a tram stop, that would connect you to the whole city or take you with one min trip drive to the HBF. The hotel have a restaurant that offers an extensive breakfast buffet. They were on a soft opening phase, yet the breakfast is super exclusive, also have vegan and vegetarian options. The staff is super attentive and caring. Got a room with a balcony, a friend of mine with 2 kids got an amazing connected room in the ground floor overlooking the hotel garden! Suitable hotel for business travels, tourists who wanna stay in the hub of the city and families. I think the hotel have 2 buildings and both are elevator accessible and also for visitors with wheelchairs. I haven’t been in a meeting there but the hotel also offer meeting spaces and meeting rooms. I have seen the signs in the elevators. Wifi is available and free of charge too. I don’t have a car but my friend did. The hotel doesn’t offer a parking place, but it wasn’t a problem for us. There are parking places that are available around the main station area or in nearby parkings. Or you can park on the street around the hotel at an extra cost. It is a bit costly to park per hour, would recommend to park per 24 hour. Last but not least the hotel offers an amazing work area, with a huge table with plugs for laptops suitable for businessmen, students and anyone who would like to remotely work from a comfy convenient place. Prices are super suitable for coffee, drinks etc.

Este hotel está a sólo unas pocas distancias de la estación de tren y la estación de tren del cielo que te lleva al aeropuerto. If you want to stay in somewhere strange, this hotel is for you. It was clean, modern and cool, but at the same time, no phone in the room, no water, no coffee maker, no tissue. Worth was the fan (super powerful noisy fan!) in the bathroom is 24/7 working, means you feel are staying in an airplane! Loud whitenoise lovers can enjoy, not me. I told them about the situation and the room number, it was familiar for them. The reception kindly suggested a room change for me, but after waiting 2 hours to make the room warmer in a November night, I decided to sleep. Looking forward to tomorrow morning to leave here. The price was very high but understandable because of the expo here.

Ich bin eine gebürtige Essenerin und kenne deshalb das Hotel schon ewig. Die Lage ist zentral, gegenüber vom Hauptbahnhof und mitten in der Stadt. Die Zimmer sind je nach Kategorie geräumig. Ich finde es toll, das man die Fenster öffnen kann. Auch die Betten sind bequem. Frühstück gegen Aufpreis, dort gibt es allerdings Verbesserungspotential. Trotzdem 100% Empfehlung

Always a good stay. Sometimes, during the night a little bit noisy, but is nothing. Next to the city centre, next to a shopping center, next to good restaurants, free parking in a garage and in the street... What else :)

Het gemiddelde vd Valk gevoel maar dan Sheraton. Bij de naam van dit hotel, verwacht je een hotel met hoge klasse (zeker voor de prijs) Vriendelijk ontvangen en geholpen bij de receptie en na inchecken gelijk de koffers uit de auto gehaald welke in de parkeergarage onder het hotel stond. Het blijft bijzonder dat je moet betalen om te parkeren bij een hotel. Zeker met de huidige hotel prijzen, mag dit wel gratis zijn en voelt niet gastvrij. De kamer was mooi groot (maar een plek om de koffer was er niet dus dan maar op de grond. In deze moderne tijd verwacht je een laptop, Chrome cast of wat dan ook aan een tv te kunnen koppelen echter zat deze zo dicht getimmerd met hun eigen systeem dat er niets mogelijk was. Als de tv zenders nou nog internationaal waren, maar zeer veel Duits met een enkele Engelse zender er op. Op dag 1 bij het ontbijt (wat in het weekend tot 11:00 mogelijk is) stond de eerste dag niemand bij de ingang en liepen serveersters bijna rennend de tafels op te ruimen. Wanneer je om 10:00 binnen loopt verwacht je dat de broodmanden nog gewoon vol gehouden worden, dit was niet direct het geval. Dag 2 was nog vreemder. We liepen weer door omdat er niemand stond maar kwam er een serveerster op ons bijna afgerend, drukt een blaadje met een pen in de hand en roept iets van invullen. Hierop moest mijn naam, kamer en handtekening gezet worden. De reden hiervan weten we nog niet. Maar nog vreemder en niet zoals het zou moeten het blaadje maar op het deskje gelegd maar niemand die dit gelijk weg haalde en dus lag er een naam en handtekening zo voor het grijpen! En ook nu weer nog 2 kleine speciale broodjes en pas toen we bijna opstonden om weg te lopen verschenen er nog wat nieuwe croissantjes. Alles bij elkaar niet meer dan een duur gemiddeld hotel wat ik niet van een hotel met deze naam verwacht had.

It’s a walking distance to city centre without the noise and business of the centre. An U-Bahn station in front of the hotel, a restaurant just beside the hotel. Perfect for city trip.

Sencillamente uno de los mejores hoteles en los que he estado en relación a las enormes calidades y muy buen precio. Habitación muy espaciosa y moderna, muy limpia, baño moderno maravilloso también. Complementa el desayuno con todo lo que me pueda gustar, tocino, huevos revueltos, tostadas y/o mermeladas de Nutella, rosquillas, gofres... Y así sucesivamente. El único inconveniente es que la máquina de café/cacao no funciona bien, lo cual es una pena.

Breakfast was fantastic, great staff in restaurant! The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The bar is really nice. The staff in general is super nice and speak several languages like English, Spanish, Arabic and others I would definitely recommend it and will come back soon.

Had a great stay in Moxy Essen from 11/06/2023 – 14/06/2023. I was travelling around the Rhine Ruhr region with my friend (and we both have Marriott Gold elite status from staying in a Marriott for university). This hotel was in a great location right next to the HBF station in Essen and was clean and modern. The bar had a good vibe and we had free drinks on arrival. We used points for this stay, and the way that the points worked out meant that we had 2 different bookings over 3 nights, but this was not an issue and we managed to get the same room for the duration of our stay (we even got a bonus welcome drink for it)! I’m probably not going to do the hotel justice here, but it was a well laid out and stylish hotel with decent sized rooms. We had a twin room to share and the staff made extra effort so that we were on the quieter side of the building. We initially checked into the hotel at approximately 2pm, but decided to spend the afternoon in Wuppertal. When we arrived back on the first night. I had a shower, and there was no shampoo. No big deal, but I ended up going down to reception to ask for some. The man couldn’t find any shampoo, but about half an hour later, some appeared, I think he probably brought I from the shop as it wasn’t in the normal bright pink Moxy bottle, but it was really nice of him to make the effort. That day, the weather hit 32 degrees and whilst we were waiting for the shampoo, we tried to work out how the air conditioning worked. Between me and my friend that I was travelling with, we couldn’t work it out, so we asked the employee. However, between the 3 of us and Google we could not work it out. Anyway, I think we were the only people in the hotel that night as this was approximately midnight local time, and I think we went in every room in the corridor. To try and find one with working air con. All of them were empty! We eventually found one that wasn’t like a sauna and packed our stuff and moved. The employee was genuinely the nicest and most helpful employee I think I have ever seen in a hotel, very apologetic, but also very sociable. It was really nice to meet him as he was so happy to help. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name, but he had a ponytail I think and said he was Turkish. I think he will know who we are when he reads this! I saw him off duty in the bar the next night and thanked him. We even got 2 free breakfasts out of this!! The breakfast was good, though probably not worth the price we were told when we booked (I think it was about 15 euros but can’t remember as I have stayed in about 5 hotels in the past week and they have all rolled into one a bit). There was a few cooked items (Bacon & Scrambled Egg) and a few cold/ cereal items, but not loads. I probably wouldn’t recommend getting breakfast as all the Moxys allow a free coffee/ juice in the morning and a pastry, which is a nice touch. It is great but my room was very dark and no place to work with my laptop. since I went to present my work in a conference nearby, If it had a nice small table to put the laptop and a lamp, or simply a more potent light bulb, that would have been great! the service was great. breakfast lacked completely of fruits!!! though the service of the breakfast staff was great, very clean and veru nice people, who said hello to me. i liked that i was given a bottle of mineral water, and i liked the beds, that was great! something you missed: not everybody wants to wash their hair so please add shower caps, so people can save water and not having to use a whole clean towel to cover their hair. thank you

Wow. What a trip that was to the Essen Spiel convention. And what an excellent hotel we have had the luck of booking a room into. Everything was top notch. We were given a room on the second floor, right across the elevator, in room 226. That was indeed super convenient, since for soundproofing, the windows were always shut, and I'm a smoker, so it made my outside trip to the smoking area easy. Everything in the room was where it should be. Plenty of sockets to plug our electronics in, a desk to put our convention stuff on and make our plans for the following day. Water pressure was spot on in the shower, all-in-one soap was naturally provided in a dispenser and filled daily. Room cleaning was done super meticulously in the morning and the cleaning people were nice and attentive when we happened to stumble upon them. All the staff we ran across were super nice and kind, even though we were always bugging them with annoying and trivial matters. The evening shift at the bar and reception really tried their best to satisfy our bothering demands. Hats off to them for putting up with us. I feel that we may have indeed tested their patience's limits. Despite all our best - or worst - but unintended in honesty - efforts to piss them off, they didn't even lose their smile. Great job, everyone! The cherry on top was the hotel's decision to open up a big room full of tables and chairs for the Spiel attendees to pass the night once the exhibition day was over. Really thoughtful and it's one of those small details that win people over. I'm looking forward to returning to the convention next year, and I'm sure I will be booking a room in this hotel alongside my plane and convention tickets. Keep it up, GHOTEL!
