Great hotel at a great location. I was in Frankfurt for a short leisure trip and found this to be the perfect hotel, close to the airport (and train stations) and a bus stop in front of the hotel. The room was spacious as I travelled solo, but also big enough for 2 people. Room and bathroom were clean as were the sheets, complimentary bottle of water and mini fridge present. Breakfast was included in my stay. If it's not I would recommend to book it as it was very good - and there are not many other options nearby. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. I would certainly stay here the next time I visit Frankfurt.

The location and the reception service is superb. Just remember to hang the make up my room card outside if you need your room to be cleaned.

Es perfecto cuando tienes un vuelo temprano desde Frankfurt y resides lejos del aeropuerto como es mi caso (Heidelberg). Ya me he alojado más veces y siempre con el mismo propósito. Lo que me hace elegir el hotel es el servicio de Shuttles de cortesía desde y hasta el aeropuerto. Además de eso, las instalaciones son fabulosas

The Westin Grand Frankfurt offers an excellent central location with unbeatable access to public transport and nearby markets, but the in-room climate control and wellness facilities were disappointing during this stay.�� Overall, it works well as a convenient city base, especially if you value being close to U- and S-Bahn connections and local weekend markets.��Room and comfortThe room itself was comfortable but unfortunately too warm, and it was not obvious how to adjust the temperature settings. There was no clear guidance in-room on changing the climate controls, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.Facilities and closuresAlthough the hotel advertises an indoor pool and sauna as part of its wellness offering, both the pool and sauna were closed during this stay, which was a let-down.�� This is worth checking in advance if these facilities are important for your trip.Location and transportThe location is one of the hotel’s strongest points, set on Konrad-Adenauer-Straße right by the Zeil shopping area and within easy reach of major sights.�� U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations are very close, making it simple to reach Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof, the airport and other parts of the city in just a few minutes.��Markets and nearby vibeThe surrounding area has a lively city feel, and there is a weekend market within walking distance, adding a nice local touch to the stay.�� Being able to step out of the hotel and quickly reach both shops and market stalls is a real advantage if you enjoy browsing food and local products.��Overall impressionThis hotel is a solid choice for location and public transport access, especially if you plan to explore Frankfurt’s centre and markets on foot.�� However, unclear room temperature controls and the closure of the pool and sauna during the stay meant the experience did not fully meet expectations.

El registro de entrada es automático, pero hay un miembro del personal de guardia las 24 horas. Se ofrecen rituales. Se requiere un depósito de 100 € con tarjeta de crédito al registrarse. El servicio de transporte del hotel a la Terminal 1 no está incluido, ¡pero está muy cerca de la Terminal 2! El tren elevado del aeropuerto funciona las 24 horas, así que no se preocupe por perder su vuelo de madrugada.

Me alojé aquí durante una visita familiar. La ubicación es muy práctica, ya que está cerca del S-Bahn y del tranvía, y el desayuno fue muy completo, con una gran variedad de opciones. El personal fue amable y, en general, es un hotel con una excelente relación calidad-precio. Tengo intención de volver a alojarme aquí y lo recomiendo a otros huéspedes.

La habitación es bastante grande y las instalaciones y la higiene son buenas. Tenga en cuenta que el agua es gratuita para los miembros premium, pero para estancias regulares cuesta 5 euros. El ambiente también es bueno, tranquilo y limpio. El desayuno estaba bien y los alrededores eran convenientes para encontrar lugares para comer y un supermercado DM para ir de compras.

Hace poco me alojé en el Best Western Hotel Frankfurt Airport y tuve una experiencia bastante agradable. La habitación, tipo apartamento, era espaciosa y estaba bien equipada, con una cómoda cama king size que facilitaba una noche de descanso. El diseño de la habitación parecía más el de un acogedor apartamento que el de un hotel típico, lo cual fue un detalle muy agradable para estancias largas. El único inconveniente de nuestra visita fue que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, lo que hacía la habitación un poco incómoda, especialmente con el buen tiempo. Sin embargo, la conveniente ubicación del hotel lo compensó con creces. Aunque no hay servicio de transporte al aeropuerto, la estación de tren está a solo 3 minutos del Aeropuerto Internacional de Frankfurt, lo que facilita mucho el acceso. En resumen, es una excelente opción para quienes buscan comodidad y conveniencia cerca del aeropuerto, siempre y cuando se solucione el problema del aire acondicionado.
