每次來西湖就是為了清修放鬆，這是多年來一直選擇的落腳地。雖然改名了，整體品質變化不大。地理位置很好，避開湖畔喧鬧的人流，南天竺或外雞籠山站下走進村落深處、穿過片片龍井茶園和香樟樹便是，夜間風吹葉聲，早起蟲鳴聲，真正鬧中取靜。無論向西去往上天竺、靈隱、獅峯山、九溪，還是向東去往茅家埠、外西湖，公交和打車都非常方便，徒步也可吃得消。國有資產，建造較早，設定稍顯老，但相比較地理位置和房間寬敞面積，性價比非常高，畢竟不是來特種兵，每次都是要住很多天的。改名後雖然中晚餐不提供了，但五分鐘走到村頭，就是若干家杭州本地口碑超高的餐廳。遠離喧囂，枕山而居，是杭州慢生活度假的絕佳之選。

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Magical Family Escape at Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel, Anji County (11–13 July 2026) We recently stayed at Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel in Anji County from 11–13 July 2026, and overall it was a wonderful family experience. This hotel is much more than just a place to stay — it is a complete family holiday destination designed around children, imagination and creating unforgettable memories. 🌟 Exceptional Service from Shi Jun — A True Credit to the Hotel Before arriving, I honestly considered cancelling our reservation due to communication difficulties. However, one person completely changed our experience — Shi Jun from the front desk team. Shi Jun demonstrated truly exceptional hospitality. Through WeChat, he patiently communicated with us, answered every question and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. He helped us when we were close to giving up on the reservation, arranged room changes, helped find a suitable place for me to work, assisted when we needed to visit the hospital, and continued to care about every detail of our family’s needs. His professionalism, kindness and genuine concern for guests represent the very best of hospitality. Shi Jun is a young man who is a true credit to Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel. For his service alone, I would give 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. 🌟 Beautiful, Spacious and Immaculately Clean Rooms The room was one of the biggest highlights of our stay. It was beautiful, spacious, comfortable and extremely clean. The family design created a warm and welcoming environment, with excellent bedding, a well-maintained bathroom and plenty of space for parents and children. For families travelling with young children, cleanliness and comfort are essential — and Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel truly delivered. 🍳 Excellent and Abundant Breakfast The breakfast was another highlight. There was a fantastic selection of food suitable for both adults and children. The variety was impressive and provided a great start to each day. 👨👩👧 A Wonderful Family-Friendly Environment The greatest strength of this hotel is its understanding of families. Everything is designed with children in mind, creating a place where children can feel excited, happy and full of imagination. Our child especially enjoyed the family atmosphere, and it was wonderful to see so many families creating happy memories together. ❤️ Great Potential with Some Areas for Improvement The hotel has an excellent foundation: beautiful rooms, a fantastic concept, wonderful family facilities and a great location. With some improvements, it has the potential to become one of the best family resorts in Anji. 🌍 International Guest Communication As an international guest, communication was sometimes challenging. Unfortunately, none of the staff members we met could speak English, and some were reluctant to use translation tools. Basic English support or greater willingness to use translation applications would greatly improve the experience for overseas visitors. 🧑🍳 Breakfast Service Professionalism Although breakfast was excellent, we noticed the chef using his phone in the breakfast area during service time. For a family resort with such great potential, maintaining professionalism in all public areas is important. 🌙 Night Reception Service At approximately 5:00 am, we needed assistance because our room key required reactivation. Unfortunately, nobody was immediately available at reception. A 24-hour guest service presence would improve the overall experience. 🚗 Arrival Experience The entrance creates the first impression. We noticed the security staff member appeared distracted using his phone and smoking rather than actively welcoming guests. A more professional arrival service would better reflect the quality of this beautiful resort. 🌧️ Typhoon Weather — More Indoor Activities Needed During our stay, a typhoon affected the weather and some outdoor facilities were closed. El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, es muy agradable caminar por Gushan Road y por el Lago del Oeste, luego ir a Louwailou para almorzar, visitar Xiling Seal Society y Baidi Broken Bridge. También es conveniente ir de compras por la noche a Yintai 77. En la planta baja del hotel se encuentra el mercado nocturno de Wulin. La cena fue tipo buffet en el hotel, con una amplia variedad de mariscos frescos, una buena elección. La habitación es relativamente espaciosa y limpia, con un balcón para ventilación. El balcón da a la montaña Baoshi. ¡Las luces de la Torre Baochu por la noche son hermosas! Gracias al chico guapo de la recepción, Xiaokuan, por ayudarnos a devolver la muñeca perdida. ¡Fue muy atento!

Overall, this was a good stay with some truly special aspects, but also a few areas that could be improved. The hotel is quite remote, which makes it feel very private and peaceful, surrounded by nature such as the lake, forest, and mountains. Even though we visited other viewpoints around Qiandao Lake, this location felt more special because of its quiet and secluded setting. The hotel itself feels like a destination, with scenic viewpoints, a garden with a lake, a cave, and even trekking trails to explore. The garden area includes a swan lake, which is a nice idea. However, the swans are kept in a very small netted space. It does not look great visually and feels restrictive for the animals, which took away from the experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed that was not too soft or too hard. Sound insulation was excellent, which made for great sleep. I also requested a firmer pillow, and it was provided quickly. The lake view room upgrade was a highlight. The view was stunning and made it hard to leave the room. If you stay here, I would strongly recommend booking a lake view room. The layout was nice, with both a balcony and a window view. The thick frame dividing the view slightly affected the overall feel, but it was not a major issue. The bathtub was also a nice addition. Cleaning was good overall. The AC did not work very well during the hot midday hours, although it was fine at other times of the day. Facilities such as the gym, yoga room, pool, and game room were nice additions. However, they felt quite standard for a five-star hotel, and I have experienced better quality in similar properties. One great feature was the free Tesla charging, but this was not communicated at all. We only discovered it by chance, which is a missed opportunity as it is a strong benefit. Breakfast was acceptable but not at the expected level. The coffee and bakery were the weakest parts. Ordering is done via QR code instead of in person, which felt a bit impersonal for a luxury hotel atmosphere. Service during breakfast also felt a bit off, as staff seemed focused on their tasks and were not very proactive in guiding or prioritizing guests, which made the experience feel less warm and not the kindest. Service was generally kind and friendly, but inconsistent at times. Some staff could benefit from additional training, as not everyone followed typical five-star service standards such as greeting guests or offering priority. Another disappointment was the welcome fruit, which was included in our package but not provided on arrival. After we asked, a staff member came carrying items for multiple rooms in a bag and handed us just one apple and one peach. This felt unprofessional although something very small. Another point worth noting is that the hotel was originally booked as an InterContinental, but about 1-2 weeks before arrival it was no longer part of the brand (somehow on Trip.com it still says intercontinental). Not sure if this impacted the experience, but overall it did feel slightly below what you might expect from that level, even though the stay itself was still enjoyable. The hotel also offers free Tesla charging, which is a great feature. However, this was not communicated at all during or before our stay, and we only discovered it by chance. This feels like a missed opportunity, as it is a strong benefit that could add significant value for guests I did not try lunch or dinner, so I cannot comment on those. Overall, this is a very peaceful and unique stay with amazing natural surroundings and a beautiful lake view. However, some service and operational details need improvement to truly match a luxury standard.

El hotel está muy bien reformado, con una renovación casi total que elimina cualquier rastro de un hotel antiguo; el propietario invirtió mucho. Para un edificio de 22 plantas, cuenta con 5 ascensores y, al parecer, no hay oficinas. En cuanto a la habitación, las instalaciones son muy adecuadas. Aunque el tamaño de la estructura original no se puede cambiar, tiene todo lo necesario. Lo único que falta son los indicadores en los ascensores. Desayuno: Para el precio, realmente tiene de todo, incluyendo varias estaciones de comida recién hecha como fideos y youtiao, y el sabor es delicioso. Diría que es mejor que el del Marriott de Yiwu. El único inconveniente es el personal de servicio, que no está bien capacitado; durante la media hora que estuve desayunando, vi a la misma mujer y al mismo hombre charlando en voz baja y holgazaneando. La limpieza (housekeeping) es bastante buena en general, aunque el sofá quizás necesite una revisión más exhaustiva en el futuro. Que te pongan 4 botellas de Nongfu Spring evita tener que pedir agua constantemente, lo cual es un plus. La tetera y las tazas de té son bonitas y de buena calidad, y las tazas de café del desayuno también son excelentes. La parte de la recepción también merece un elogio; el servicio de mayordomo por WeChat es muy atento. El robot de reparto de comida a domicilio es muy rápido, no sé si es por el pedido o por la velocidad del robot. En cualquier caso, es más rápido de lo que esperaba. Además, está justo al lado de Yiwu Tiandi. Si se mejora un poco el servicio del personal del desayuno, este hotel podría ofrecer un precio entre 50 y 150 yuanes menos que el Marriott y aun así valdría mucho la pena alojarse.

The hotel is in an excellent location close to West Lake and the river to see the skyline. The metro for line 2 is close by so it's easy to get around. They have on site laundry machines. The room was spacious and clean and the breakfast was very good. The corridors smell of cigarette smoke, I believe they allow smoking rooms. Our room had some odor but not enough to bother us. Overall it is good value for money and I can recommend it.

The hotel was very nice, the staff exceeded my expectations, Igor the manager he did everything from withdrawing money, extending my stay till literally reading my mind, before I even asked he already knew what I wanted. Exceptional service will definitely come again 👏

Our party of 3 adults spent 3 nights at the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort in early 12/2024.  We came to Fuchun to see the scenaries that had inspired the famous 富春山居圖 painting.  We booked 2 basic rooms (Linyin Garden View), but received free upgrades (Guizhou Lake View) at check in.  I must admit our initial feelings as we arrived was one of creeping doubt, because the Fuyang city streets we had driven through (we drove in from the Hangzhou Xihu area) were very industrial, just giant factories one after another and the immediate area outside the property was just a bunch of small suburban farm homes and shops.  Furthermore, as our car pulled up to the front lobby entrance, no one greeted us.  Not a soul was in sight.  Our driver had to poke his head inside and announce guests are here and service is needed.  From there on, however, things only got better and better.  So, yes, this was a quiet property.  There wasn’t a lot of staff standing about.  But, there was enough personnel to provide all the basic services expected.  And I found they were very friendly, quick to respond, and efficient.  During our 3.5 days here, we explored and enjoyed this beautiful hotel inside and out.  The hotel itself (the main building) was simply grand.  Its design and decor was a perfect balance of East Meets West, modernized traditional, understated elegance.  The layout was a bit of a labyrinth.  There were wings, corridors, and stairs you can go down to find restaurants, spa/gym/pool, conference rooms, sitting nooks, a small boat dock, and even an impressive collection of embroidery art on display.  Our rooms were large and airy, spotless, the ceiling was high, and the windows opened onto the lake.  The bathroom was spacious with a double sink and lots of counter space.  Beds and pillows were very comfortable, definitely in line with 5 star international standards.  Outside, there was a man-made lake with 2 groups of swans (or were they white geese?).  They crisscrossed the lake during the day and slept below our windows at night.  There was also a little children’s playground (with a pair of ducks) and what looked like a small amphitheater.  Several short paths allowed us to walk the sizable grounds.  Early one morning, we followed one across a little brook to the edge of the tea terrace.  Another morning, we strolled down a road flanked by bamboo that led to the beautiful villas that stood apart from the main hotel.  Everywhere, the atmosphere was tranquil and the views spectacular.  We ate most of our meals at the hotel since we were unfamiliar with the area and didn’t really want to go out looking (this was the end of a 2 week trip).  We tried both of the restaurants on-site (the Chinese and the Western/Fusion) and thought they were fine overall, since food/ingredients were fresh and of good quality.  Taste and craft were okay, not great but acceptable.  In truth, we were probably not too demanding at this point, as we had already gorged out during our previous stay in the HZ/Xihu area.  In summary, our family really liked the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort.  We were very comfortable during our short stay.  We really appreciated the quiet calmness of the place as well as the warm service provided by the entire staff.  We would love to return.  It was an easy car ride from the HZ city area, and it was easy to hire cars to nearby and more distant attractions.  Lastly, for those interested in the 富春山居圖, there is a replica of the painting (both parts and to scale) displayed downstairs in the spa :)

En la foto directamente, el agua limpia se mira en la noche y se puede ver el pescado nadar, los lagos y los arbustos están en el lago, el color del lago es muy hermoso El transporte también es conveniente, y en la ciudad, por detrás de las montañas, por lo que es conveniente vender o salir a comer. El hotel temático tiene un piano que puede tocar de forma casual, hay un coche de beso que puede ir a la cima de la montaña, el paisaje también es hermoso, el cable que nos envía nuestros niños son demasiado pequeños para sentarse. El horror del hotel, el hermano pequeño tomó aproximadamente veinte fotos, el día siguiente terminó la película, tenía tres exquisiciones gratuitas, esperando. Lo que es insuficiente es que no hay camas de bebé alrededor de la cama. No es muy amable para el bebé de octubre, teme que se duerma la noche. El personal quería ayudar a mover el sofá al final de la cama, pero el sofá es demasiado largo para pasar. Como es un hotel nuevo, espero que se ajuste lo antes posible para que el bebé de la luna se descanse.No se preocupe por el bebé mayor
