Fantastic experience at this lovely hotel! Room was beautiful and spotless, with all the modern amenities. They even gave us a great welcome afternoon tea and helped us to organise our trip to Tashgurkan. Staff were wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. Robot takeaway deliveries were fun too!

I stayed at Tianyuan Jingyi Hotel during my layover to my trip to Almaty. In general, I had a positive experience. The hotel is Situated right inside the airport. There is no need to exit the airport at all. After arrivals you can see the signs, walking around 10 min you are at the hotel. The room and common areas were decent and tidy. My room was spacious and it had all the amenities. Breakfast is included mostly Chinese and a few western options. Overall, it is great value for money and a good hotel for a layover.

We chose this hotel because it is not too far from the airport. The hotel also provides pick-up and drop-off services from/to the airport but prior booking is required (although we did not use the service). Strongly recommend to dine in at the hotel's restaurant as the food is delicious and reasonable and the ambience is good. It was cold in the evening so we did not go out to explore dining options but having our dinner at the hotel's restaurant was an excellent choice.

Fue mi primera vez en este B&B y la experiencia fue fantástica. Merece la calificación de 4 diamantes que recomienda Ctrip; se siente bastante lujoso. El B&B es muy nuevo y el gerente es muy amable y atento. La decoración evoca un viaje en el tiempo. El gerente nos explicó con entusiasmo el concepto arquitectónico de esta antigua ciudad y nos dijo que cada edificio tiene murales, todos del Clásico de las Montañas y los Mares. Vimos algunos y quedamos bastante impresionados. Incluso alquilamos trajes de Hanfu en recepción y nos tomamos muchas fotos. Creo que este B&B está muy bien pensado, con muchos lugares y ángulos ideales para el check-in. Se siente nuevo y agradable. La habitación también es muy buena, limpia y sencilla. Los camareros son muy amables y entusiastas, e incluso nos ayudaron con el equipaje. Le doy sin duda una calificación de cinco estrellas. ¡Recomendado! ¡Recomendado! ¡Recomendado!

Big room, super clean, great views, very good location with many small restaurants and nightlife around. Very copious breakfast with enough seating. Efficient laundry room. One window in the guest room can be opened. The aircon was not noisy! Bed linens of the highest quality. Special thanks to the most helpful staff at the reception. Xiao Pan and Sha Sha earn special points for helping me with a Captcha with Chinese characters! Free transfer from the railway station and back to the airport. 100% recommended.

Good room, I had a good view of the old city when I stayed, though the walk is longer than other hotels at about 10-15mins

Super convenient location - 10 minutes from arrivals. This is not the first hotel you reach, you need to keep walking for another 2-3 minutes to reach this branch. Great room, big, soft sheets, all shower things provided. Amazing value for money and don’t need to leave the airport to get there. Restaurant downstairs but I didn’t have time to visit.
