The hotel is very clean and in a prime location connecting to a mall next door. The housekeepers are also very accommodating. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet very much as there is a large variety of choices. The receptionist Maggie Wu was very helpful, thank you!

Stayed here recently and everything was on point. The room was clean, well-kept, and matched exactly what was advertised. Bed was comfortable, no issues with noise, and overall it felt properly managed—not one of those places that looks good only in photos. Service stood out. Ella and Lorna were both excellent: professional, responsive, and actually helpful, not just polite. They handled everything quickly and made the stay smooth from start to finish. Location is convenient, easy to get around, and close to what you need.

Decidí visitar Weifang por pura casualidad y, tras pensarlo mucho, elegí este hotel de lujo. Resultó ser una excelente opción. El personal fue amable y servicial durante todo el proceso. La recepción fue especialmente paciente. El servicio de comida a domicilio fue rápido, garantizando que nadie tuviera que esperar. El desayuno buffet era generoso, con más de cien opciones diferentes de comida y bebida, tanto chinas como occidentales. Fideos recién hechos, wontons, platos fríos, platos calientes, alimentos básicos, dim sum y el emblemático hot pot Chaotian: había de todo. El hotel también cuenta con un amplio gimnasio y piscina, perfectos tanto para nadar como para hacer ejercicio. También hay una zona de restaurantes cerca, con todo lo que puedas desear. El parque de atracciones Fuhua y el Museo Weifang están cerca, y el Hotel Lijiang está a solo unos minutos en bicicleta. El día del check-in, la pantalla del televisor parpadeó. Se lo dije a la recepción y fui al gimnasio. Una hora después, al volver a la habitación, vi un televisor nuevo. La eficiencia del hotel para resolver el problema fue encomiable. We stayed here during our Chinese New Year trip and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent. It is right next to Suochengli and near Wanda Mall, which makes everything very convenient. Traveling to other attractions in Yantai is also easy. The room was clean and comfortable, and we were lucky to have a sea view room. The view really made our stay more enjoyable. On Chinese New Year’s Eve, we had our reunion dinner at the hotel restaurant. Although we finished quite late, the staff remained professional and friendly throughout. We truly appreciate the team who served us that night. Highly recommended for families and holiday stays.

The room has a large area, is clean and tidy, and the check-in process is fast and convenient. Easy to communicate in English as a foreigner and staff is very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff are enthusiastic and smiling, especially Sherry and Ivy, who felt warm in a foreign land and helped a lot during their stay. It was a great check-in experience!
