Shapotou tourist attraction
Stayed 1 night late August. 24kms and ¥40 taxi ride from ZhongweiNan fast train station. The area used to be a farm on a bend of the Yellow River. There are numerous accommodation areas, all looking similar. Apparently, one person owns all, and rents out clusters to various entities. Ours had a restaurant, but it wasn't open. For dinner and included breakfast, we went to the first restaurant on the right as you enter through the security gate from the carpark. Peaceful part of the world. Facility had a nice little pool, but water was too cold. Too dangerous to swim in the river. As you face the river, we walked right to a glamping area and had a cold beer. There is a petting zoo type deal on the way. To the left, you eventually climb up to a mini version of the great wall. Keep walking, for a side track to the river, or up to a little pavilion after crossing a road. + points, well set up, peaceful and secure. - points, zero English and most frustrating experience I've had in China even with apps both ways. We all travel with a price to quality/experience ratio. In this instance, far too high, and I wouldn't be back or recommend this place

We came to Yinchuan to visit Helan Rock painting mountain an Xixia tomb so we didn't see downtown that much. The hotel is in the center of the district, near the drum tower, surrounded by stores and restaurants, easily to find everything you need. The staff of the hotel didn't speak English but they're polite and kind. On the day we checked out there's a misunderstanding: they said we had to pay them while we had already prepaid via TRIP.com. We showed them the receipt in Chinese but they couldn't find it in their system. After 15 mins they let us go. We confusedly contacted TRIP customer service and were informed clearly there's no problem at all with our payment. TRIP dealt with the hotel themselves. I wouldn't complain the hotel about this since such thing could happen but I suggest you to always keep the receipt in Chinese and contact TRIP customer service suddenly and let them deal with the hotel, especially if your train is about to leave the station :)

When I walked through the door I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome and offered refreshments. Both members who helped with the check-in process spoke English which was very helpful. Because my luggage was so heavy an employee escorted me to my room. My room was incredibly clean and even had extra sanitary items I could use to disinfect, im a bit OCD. The hotel had great food, both Chinese and western which was delivered to your room. There was also a gym stocked with all that you need to stay fit during your stay. There is an enormous lake just five minute walk with breathtaking views which can be seen with this review. My personal favourite part of my stay was their breakfast spread. Complete with pastries, omelets, breakfast cereals etc. If I find myself in Yinchuan again, this holiday express is where ill be staying.

We came to visit my mom who was unexpectedly hospitalized. The hotel is right across from the hospital. This is a brand new hotel. The staff, Ms. Candy Wang, had excellent attention to detail and service mindset. I told Ms Wang just incidentally that we were only there for a night but may need to extend it on demand due to family care requirements. Ms Wang gave me an upgrade to a bigger room in case my mom needed to come in to rest for a while before we catch the flight home. We exercised this option when my mom eventually discharged, which I am so grateful for. Ms Wang made sure that travel and breakfast was well taken care of. She also helped me in my busy state of affairs to take care of parcels that I received on behalf of my mom. We have travelled to many places and countries. This has been the best experience ever!

El hotel de la señora Vanda siempre ha sido mi primera opción de viaje, ya sea en Riviera o en Xiaohua, el hotel de la señora Vanda Xiaohua no me ha decepcionado. Desde que entró en el hotel, puedo sentir un servicio amable, el desayuno es rico, el servicio entusiasta, y la habitación puede ver la montaña de Zheng, Recomendamos fuertemente la autoayuda japonesa de 240 piezas en el restaurante japonés, realmente muy barato, el servicio es muy bueno, la comida es rica, la picadura, la barbacoa, el sushi se come siempre, indefinidamente, si al menos 500 ➕ uno en nuestro metro de Guangzhou, necesita 240 aquí, se recomienda fuertemente

Este hotel está muy cerca de la calle de pie del centro de la ciudad, muy conveniente, la hermana de la habitación es muy entusiasta, nos ha ayudado a hablar de muchas características locales, la higiene de la habitación es limpia, el desayuno es rica, el precio es muy alto, vale la pena elegir, volverá la próxima vez.

the bad things: the room had a horrible durian smell, some guests brought it in maybe, guests should not be allowed to bring that fruit to the hotel. the smell was very very strong and I couldn't sleep because of it, the hotel doesn't provide shampoo or body wash bottles, instead they give you a small amount in a small mineral water bottle, there is little to no amenities, only toothbrush, the electric kettle is also dirty. The good things: overall clean room, has a big window, good view and is close to the center of the city, bed is comfortable, the lighting is good. fast check in and check out. the room isn't too small, it's an okay size. Has TV, works well. Recommend for one to two nights stay, no more.

El hotel es grande y el ala oriental es moderno. La selección de desayuno fue impresionante. No hay spa de lavandería para los huéspedes, pero la recepción puede organizar para que su lavado se recoja de su habitación. La plaza Wanda está a unos 12 minutos a pie. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer. Los extranjeros pueden quedarse en este hotel, pero cuando me inspeccioné me dijeron que el sistema era lento ese día (o posiblemente para los extranjeros en general), así que me llevan a sentarme en el salón durante veinte minutos mientras procesaron mi cheque.

We very much enjoyed our brief stay at JW Marriott in Yinchuan. A real highlight is the breakfast provided - a very wide selection with some local choices too. The room was very clean and comfortable and we would happily stay in the same hotel if visiting the area in the future.

La habitación es muy buena, el espacio es muy grande, muy limpio! La recepción también nos ha ayudado a actualizar la habitación de los padres y los hijos, especialmente satisfecha. El personal del servicio del hotel es muy entusiasta, está en el lugar, resolver muchos de nuestros pequeños problemas! ¡Finalmente también nos ha ayudado a recuperar los objetos que cayeron.
