Extremely pleased with this hotel. It was on an unassuming street, upon enterring the hotel there is a feeling of class and neatness to the atmosphere.
The room is comfy and classy as well, a pity that I spent more time outside than enjoying the room comforts. Will definitely book here again if I ever come back Shenyang.

It’s such a surprise for me to find an amazing hotel in Yin Zhou City, which is not known to many. It’s culturally enriched with many traditional Chinese arts. The location is central, the breakfast is delicious, the staff are friendly, and the facilities are new and clean. Will certainly come again! Thank you everyone!

Location is good, near to zhongjie. Metro is around 5mins walk. Lobby is on the 2nd floor. Room is quite spacious n it has Xiaodu. Bathroom is spacious n it is separate. Bed is comfy. Sound proof is fine.
The down side is room card need to reactivate the next day if you stay more than 1 day. Our room was left open after room service which is strange also.
Overall stay is good, staffs are very friendly. There are 4 washers and 4 dryers which is excellent at the lobby floor. There are free ice cream also.

房間挺寬敞，被子床單都是白白的，毛巾浴巾，也很白，沐浴露和洗髮用品都是阿道夫的，淋浴水流很大。前台服務員態度非常認真。老先生有糖尿病，帶的胰島素需要冷藏，我們帶的保温袋，需要凍冰，前台很及時給解決，還有郭師傅，我們停車後，主動幫我們搬行李箱，還有非常負責任的給我們凍了冰塊，非常感謝，還有房間衞生很好，沒有異味。值得推薦。餐廳飯菜雖然品種不多，但是好吃

El hotel está situado en una zona de 2 estrellas, con una gran vista de Corea del Norte, un hotel más antiguo y el lobby se reúne, pero la habitación era moderna y la adición de binoculares fue un toque pensable. El único verdadero descuido fue el servicio, la recepcionista femenina con pelo corto que nos inspeccionó fue frío y desagradable y regaló vibraciones muy desagradables. En realidad ruinó el humor al ingresar. Un gran disuadio de quedarse aquí otra vez.

The stay was enjoyable. Although the hotel is somewhat dated, it is clean and well maintained, with good service throughout. It is one of the few in the area that offers a swimming pool, which is a nice bonus.
The reception staff were friendly and helpful. I also appreciated being upgraded to a higher floor upon request.
Breakfast includes both Chinese and Western options, but it is fairly ordinary in quality.
The location is convenient—about 300 metres from Anton Old Street and next to Wanda Plaza. There are plenty of restaurants nearby.
We definitely stay again.

環境不錯，地理位置也好，朋友説新開的，一定會好，幾家就約着來了。辦理入住等待時間過長，第一個房間刺鼻的裝修味道，前台根據要求提供了景色更好的房間，感謝。入住沒一個小時，房間漏水，一個黑衣服管理人員跟我説，房間已經是最好的房間了，再調衹能換到比現在不好的房間，且不能補差價，或者等等修好，我覺得修好也行，畢竟行李都打開了。半夜十二點半又開始漏水，讓我換房間，我説半夜我肯定接受不了，你拿點毛巾墊下面吸水，明天再説吧。第二天沒有主動來修的，通過攜程給酒店打電話，反饋是可以提供升房，那你昨天那個小管理不打臉嗎？撒謊不臉紅嗎？退房想晚一個小時也是不行的，你開房讓我等那麼長時間的時候你怎麼不説呢？去前台退房，小美女問我入住怎麼樣，我就把這些説了一下，小美女倒是耐心聽了，旁邊的小管理説啥，不是給你升房了嗎，不漏水我用你給我升房嗎？我房間漏水漏半宿你給我升房還成你讓着我了？和我是説你把房卡還回來就行，我就***的了，什麼態度啊？你旁邊的員工都能耐心接待你多啥啊？要不你們培訓的時候就讓員工別問。其實入住能感受到老闆是想把酒店做好，一線員工也都是很努力，那麼辛苦都能微笑待客，就這幾個小管理，都絕了，每回被員工拉回來的好感都被管理給敗了。路過幾次一號樓前台，都是在處理客訴，老闆你有時間看看你前台的監控吧，看看你的酒店管理團隊吧，挺好的地方，別被管理團隊給敗了。假期顧客多能理解，但是真誠待客真的會感動每一個客人。

La ubicación fue buena, a unos 7 minutos a pie de la salida B de Qing Nian Da Jie (hay un acorto para cortar a través de un edificio, que verá a la izquierda). En general, es fácil de acceder a algunas de las famosas calles y zonas como Zhong Jie, Gu Gong (palácio), y también es fácil cambiar el tren a otras líneas. Tomar Didi es menos recomendado porque me pareció que el tráfico en general es bastante pesado, el transporte público es más conveniente.
Si la condición de carretera es buena, se llevará unos 20 minutos al aeropuerto internacional del hotel.

La ubicación es buena, hay muchos lugares para comer alrededor, no lejos del mercado nocturno de Xita. El hotel es bueno, es un edificio auténtico, no es el tipo de hotel fácil y rápido que está aislado de habitaciones, las paredes son paredes físicas, el aislamiento de sonido es bueno, muy tranquilo. Las ventanas son muy grandes y se puede abrir completamente el aire. La habitación tiene sala de estar, la ropa es grande y el armario es suficiente. Hay electrodomésticos y microondas para cocinar. La boca es un poco alta y se sugiere que se ofrezca una boca alternativa. La única insuficiencia es que el coche de la mañana está en el edificio y está muy ruido, puede cambiar una rueda silenciosa. La próxima vez que vayas a Xiyang, vivirás aquí.

RR～lalalaAl lado de la estación de Hangzhou, el transporte es muy conveniente. El hotel sale a un autobús para la montaña de Pentah, y la estación de Hangzhou puede ir directamente a la ciudad de Hangzhou.
A 15 minutos a pie del mercado nocturno. También está cerca del monumento de la guerra de Yankee. Esto es muy conveniente para los turistas.
El servicio del hotel es muy bueno y el personal es muy entusiasta.
La habitación también es limpia.
También se preparan para la autoayuda de la noche a la mañana.
El día de la tarde, el jugo de Hunzhou es un par de grandes y ocho yogur.

헝리호텔에서의 2박 3일, 저의 경험을 바탕으로 솔직한 후기를 남깁니다. 전반적으로 좋은 점도 많았지만, 개인적으로 아쉬웠던 부분들도 함께 정리해보았습니다! 😉
✅ 좋았던 점들
- 유연한 얼리 체크인: 호텔에 오전 11시쯤 도착했는데, 짐만 맡기려던 계획과 달리 방 청소가 곧 끝난다는 소식을 듣고 30분 정도 기다려 얼리 체크인을 받을 수 있었습니다! 이런게 바로 중국 호텔 특유의 유연함이라고 생각됩니다. 👍
- 빠르고 편리한 엘리베이터: 제가 묵었던 60층까지 운행하는 호텔 전용 엘리베이터 5대가 있어서 이동 시 전혀 불편함이 없었습니다. 🚀
- 웰컴 서비스: 과일 서비스도 잘 챙겨주셔서 좋았어요. 🍎🍊
- 담배 냄새 없음: 중국은 실내 담배가 되는 곳이 많아서 걱정했는데, 다행히 내부에 담배 쩐내가 업었습니다. 근데 중간에 외출하고 왔는데, 거실 싱크대 배관타고 냄새가 올라온건지 뭔가 담배+쓰레기 냄새가 좀 나던데 좀 당황스러웠습니다.
- 친절하고 꼼꼼한 청소: 중간에 청소해 주시는 분이 오셨는데, 보통 사람이 있으면 최소한으로 청소하는 경우가 많을텐데,, 그런데도 생각보다 정말 열심히 치워주셔서 감사했습니다. 🙏
- 위치적인 특성: 동방수성이 바로 옆이라 가볍게 구경가기 참 좋았습니다. 1층에 편의점 있어서 간단한 음료 및 과자 구매 가능했습니다. 근데 동강이나 동방수성을 제외하고는 딱히 매리트가 엄청 크지는 않으나 그래도 공항까지 25분 정도 밖에 안 걸려서 좋았습니다.
- 보증금 : 트립닷컴에는 보증금이 2000원인가로 나와있었는데, 실제로 가니 500원이라고 하더라구요! 생각보다 적어서 예산 문제 없이 잘 놀았고 위챗으로 결제했는데 퇴실 후 2시간 뒤에 바로 환불 잘 받았습니다! 귯!
❌ 아쉬웠던 점들
- 제한적인 온수 시스템: 가장 아쉬웠던 부분인데요, 온수기가 시스템 방식이라 온도가 떨어지면 뜨슨물이 안 나오는 중국식 시스템이었습니다. 🚿 따라서 연달아 오래 씻을 수 없는 구조라 시설 면에서 좀 마이너스였습니다. 🥶
- 부족한 주방 편의용품: 인덕션이랑 싱크대랑 냉장고, 그리고 커피포트까지 있어서 주방용품이 있을까 싶었지만 객실 내부에 전자레인지나 다른 주방용품이 전혀 없었어요. 🍽️
생수는 첫날 인원 수 맞게 4병 제공해줘서 추가로 구매했지만 다음날에 8병으로 넉넉하게 제공해줬습니다.
- 미러링이 안 되는 TV: 거실에 삼성 TV가 있었는데, 미러링 기능이 전혀 작동하지 않았습니다. 귀찮아서 문의는 안 했지만, 결국 연결을 포기했습니다.
- 그저 그런 뷰: 60층이라는 고층임에도 불구하고 뷰는… 😅 아쉽게도 앞에 공사 현장이 보이는 '공사 뷰'였습니다. 🚧 그래도 밤에는 불켜진 건물들만 보여서 시티뷰이기는 했네요!
해변뷰가 아니라 어느정도 감안은 했지만 체크인 할 때 봤던 66층 로비가 뷰가 너무 압살이라 살짝 아쉬웠습니다✨
- 와이마이(배달) : 와이마이 받는 방법을 따로 물어보지 않았는데, 객실층으로 올라가려면 카드키가 필요해서 그냥 1층으로 내려가서 받아왔습니아. 📶
📋 총평 및 개인적인 의견
전반적으로 시설은 참 좋았지만, 샤워 시스템이 아쉬움으로 남습니다. 🛁 온수 문제에 대해 알고 가시면 좋을 거 같네요..!
그 외에는 직원들의 친절함이나 엘리베이터 편의성 등은 만족스러웠습니다. 😊

KKalim’s worldAl entrar en el hotel, me recibieron con una sonrisa radiante y acogedora. El proceso de registro fue rápido y el personal me presentó amablemente las instalaciones. Incluso desplegaron un mapa para ofrecerme una guía detallada de los lugares más destacados de Dalian y los alrededores del hotel. La cortesía y la calidez son la esencia de su servicio. Los huéspedes no tienen por qué sentirse incómodos en esta ciudad desconocida: la atención que reciben marca la diferencia.
Si bien la marca InterContinental hace honor a su renombrada reputación, es la dedicación del personal del hotel lo que realmente le da vida. En la recepción, Grace Zhao me causó una excelente primera impresión del hotel, y su amabilidad me hizo olvidar que estaba en un lugar nuevo. Al día siguiente, Lily Xia me presentó amablemente el excelente desayuno y las especialidades locales de Dalian, ofreciéndome la oportunidad de saborearlas plenamente; ella es una de las personas que me mostró en qué consiste la ”sonrisa de Dalian” y su genuina calidez. Al terminar el desayuno, la taza de café caliente que me ofreció fue mucho más que una simple bebida: un gesto amable, como si dijera: «No dejaremos que se vaya con las manos vacías ni sin un grato recuerdo».
Personalmente, creo que el Hotel InterContinental cuenta con un equipo maravilloso. Además, es evidente que el hotel invierte de forma activa y continua en la formación de su personal. Ubicado en el corazón de Dalian, el InterContinental Dalian goza de una excelente ubicación, lo que facilita y agiliza el acceso a cualquier lugar. Sus instalaciones son impecables; durante mi visita en un día frío, disfruté del spa y el gimnasio, que resultaron sumamente satisfactorios. La oferta gastronómica también es variada, adaptándose a diferentes gustos y ofreciendo experiencias culinarias exquisitas. Asimismo, las instalaciones de las habitaciones, la limpieza y el servicio atento y amable de todo el personal son ventajas difíciles de encontrar en otros lugares de la zona. Como viajero frecuente a esta región por trabajo, puedo afirmar con seguridad que, si me preguntaran cuál es la mayor fortaleza de este hotel, no dudaría en decir que es la extraordinaria armonía entre su personal, su ubicación y sus instalaciones. Sinceramente, no me arrepiento de haber escrito esta reseña con mi nombre real. Si desean disfrutar plenamente de los paisajes, la gastronomía y la gente de Dalian, este hotel es la mejor opción. En especial, la compañía de amigas como Grace y Lily les dejará recuerdos inolvidables de Dalian. También quiero aprovechar esta oportunidad para expresar mi sincera gratitud a todo el personal del hotel que contribuyó a que mi estancia fuera cómoda y memorable.

UUsuario invitadoLa ubicación del hotel es inmejorable, mi primera opción para invitar a amigos de fuera a visitar Dalian. Justo enfrente está el puente de la bahía de Xinghai, y por la noche, el espectáculo de luces es absolutamente fascinante. Los amaneceres también son hermosos, aunque lamentablemente me perdí la puesta de sol por una nevada inesperada durante mis dos noches de estancia... ¡Tendré que volver para verla!
Me encantó la señorita Dansey. Había comentado que mi hijo celebraba su cumpleaños y pedí una habitación en un piso superior, y no esperaba que una simple nota se convirtiera en una sorpresa tan grande. La habitación estaba decorada de forma muy romántica, con luces de cumpleaños, adornos y pétalos en la cama, y un pastel de cumpleaños de cortesía del hotel. ¡Todo fue inolvidable para el niño! Al hacer el check-in, nos dijeron que nos regalaban un pastel, y cuando les dijimos que el cumpleaños del niño era al día siguiente, nos trajeron otro pastel de terciopelo rojo, diciendo que era para que probáramos cuál nos gustaba más.
El desayuno era sencillo pero delicioso, especialmente la tortilla hecha al momento con huevo, ostras y repollo (no sé cómo se llama), ¡la recomiendo encarecidamente!

My husband and I stayed in the Swiss select suite room and it was super spacious, clean, with unblocked views of the Shenyang TV tower. The room is also thoughtfully designed and stocked, making our stay very comfortable!
The staff were also super hospitable, from check in staff to housekeeping staff, everyone was so friendly and genuine, and that made us feel super at home. Special shout out to Eric from the concierge who was attentive and super helpful, going the extra mile by offering us travel tips and ensuring we knew how to get our way around.
Thank you Swissotel Shenyang team for the great stay experience! I will definitely look forward to staying at the Swissotel Shenyang the next time I’m back in the city!

however If you looking for a privacy friendly please avoid this hotel.
The house keeping team had entered my room 2 times within the 4 days during my stay.
A not-disturb card was hang as well as the not-disturb light was also turned on.
Upon the first enter, I had went to raise the issue with the hotel. The initial reply was the not-disturb card might be ‘moved’ when I opened the door for exiting. Little that they know I had took photo when I make myself leaving the room. On top of that, the no-disturb light was also on too even they falsely claimed card was moved.
Then the hotel replied that ‘oh no, they must of entered the room to tidy up the room’. Yet, the room was NOT tidying up at all.
Again, what’s the purpose for them to enter the room without my consent and my present? I questioned by expressing this may be a careless mistake which I do not wish to happen to anyone anymore, then I had left the scene and leave it as it is.
It HAPPENED AGAIN next day, I was frustrated and questioning the hotel again. They said they will ‘investigate’ and given me an explanation of what was happening. 2 hours later they rang to my room, and informed me that ‘due to you are staying alone with no companion, it is the policy of the hotel to check up on me to make sure I’m safe’
Really? ARE YOU SERIOUS? This is what they replied me of the case. Number 1, if this is the actual reason, why don’t they tell me the first time when this was happened. Number 2, I had clearly stated I do not wish to be disturbed and yet it has not been respected. Number 3, due to the nature of my occupation, I’m staying in different hotel 9 months out of the whole year. I had never ever heard of this.
Long story short, I will not going back to this hotel nor recommend to anyone.

UUsuario anónimoAfter carefully weighing the options between the Horizon Club Room and the 2-Bedroom Residence, we chose the Residence and could not have been happier with our decision. The enormous extra space, privacy, and comfort made it the perfect choice for our stay. For families or groups traveling together, I highly recommend considering the Residences.
A special mention goes to Mr. KAKI, the Residences Manager. From check-in to check-out, he was warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely courteous. His constant presence and willingness to assist elevated our experience from a 5-star stay to what truly felt like a 6-star experience.
Having spent the previous two weeks traveling throughout Northeast China and staying at several other 5-star hotels, we can confidently say that Shangri-La Dalian stands out as one of the finest hotels we encountered in every respect.
Some highlights of our stay:
• The breakfast was generous, varied, and absolutely delicious.
• Housekeeping was exceptionally efficient and responsive.
• The air conditioning worked perfectly, providing consistently cool and comfortable temperatures.
• The automated toilets with spray bidet functions were a thoughtful touch and added greatly to the overall comfort of the room.
Shangri-La Dalian delivers excellence not only through its facilities but also through its people. Our stay exceeded expectations, and we would not hesitate to return on our next visit to Dalian.

TTokkiiiNos quedamos en el Atour Hotel Dalian Dongguan Street (Dongguan Street Yahoo Hotel del gobierno de Dalian) durante nuestra primera visita a China continental, y honestamente, este lugar fue uno de los puntos destacados de nuestra visita.
En el hotel, el personal de la habitación se ha vuelto muy bien a la suite, y el personal ha preguntado si podemos dejar un comentario después de quedarnos aquí, eso fue un fácil y entusiasta sí.

El hotel está situado en la calle Dongguan, lo que significa que se encuentra a poca distancia a toneladas de restaurantes, tiendas y atracciones. El Pavilion Mall también está muy cerca, y el aeropuerto es fácil de llegar a realmente conveniente para las llegadas y salidas.
Una cosa pequeña la estación de metro es un poco de paseo, pero la parada del tranvía está muy cerca, así que llegar a la calle todavía era fácil.
No hemos probado el desayuno porque no estaba incluido, pero honestamente, todo lo demás era tan bueno que realmente no nos importa.
Para todos los viajeros especialmente los visitantes coreanos y occidentales que podrían dejar de pensar que Dalian es “no lo merece” o no ve a muchos extranjeros aquí hacen un favor y permanecen aquí.
