El hotel fue un poco difícil de encontrar si no lee chino, pero yo lo llegué al final. Mi chino es tan bueno como su inglés, pero lo conseguimos. Un gran cuarto limpio, cama cómoda, buena ducha. El desayuno era delicioso, pero el café era un poco débil.

Amazing This hotel is a real gem,  a modern efficient and comfortable hotel right near the speed train station. The location is excellent. We stayed three nights. U Checking in was easy, and the staff were genuinely happy to help and answer questions about services.  The room was of excellent quality,  and very clean,  beds comfortable. A robot delivered a complimentary fruit platter shortly after reaching the room. Highly recommend the breakfast option. It was varied and a good mix of Chinese and Western options.  Staff are very helpful, friendly, and courteous in all of the various roles. Special mention to Xuanxin and  Xiangya on the front desk who provided 5 star service and went out of their way to assist. Hotel management is clearly interested in making guests' experiences at the hotel great  After 8 days of travel we really needed to attend to our laundry. Again, a staff member assisted in loading 3 of the 4 washer/dryers with our clothes. The result was excellent, albeit allow some time for heavy items such as denim jeans as they are not fast commercial machines. My partner helped with the language issues however most critical items have English text or cards that an app can easily translate. Staff will aso take the time to assist. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel as a top choice for service, value and quality.

Very close to the Penshuishi metro line,just a few minutes walk ,round the corner and thus convenient.Breakfast was a good spread with noodles,porridge and some western like sausages, eggs and waffles.Fruits also a good spread.The late supper porridge was quite delightful and a plus. Opposite the hotel is an authentic restaurant selling local guiyang dishes.Staff were young ,friendly and you need a translator app if you don't speak mandarin.

Lavadora (para lavar ropa) está disponible y gratis. Mañana: El desayuno es delicioso El hotel está situado a 8 minutos a pie de la estación de metro más cercana. El agua en botella es un complimentario. En general, excelente hotel que recomiendo muy bien.

Ambiente: El vestíbulo es muy cómodo y el área de desayuno también es excelente. Desayuné durante varios días seguidos y el estilo cambiaba todos los días. Los fideos cocidos estaban deliciosos. Instalaciones: Hay una nevera y una cafetera en la habitación, y el control por voz inteligente también es muy conveniente. Servicio: La recepción en la recepción es cálida, especialmente el servicio de Xiao Han es muy considerado. Cualquier problema se resuelve a tiempo. Everything was great. The only issue was the room was hot. AC wasn't doing its job. Called front desk. They sent a tech to adjust AC and brought a portable fan. Was able to cool the room down to acceptable level but not as low as we liked. Great breakfast buffet. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants. Very friendly staff.

La más influyente era que la hermana de las diez también llamó para preguntar si quiere cambiar de habitación!!!! ¡Es realmente influyente! Este precio puede reservarse en el hotel de alta definición es feliz. Estaba pensando en ir a la estación de metro en toda la temporada. El maestro del conductor envió a la estación de metro. The service from the front desk staff. On the day I checked in, my luggage's wheel fell off. I informed the front desk staff about the problem. After that, the hotel's technician came to fix the luggage. Contacting for travel information was also responded enthusiastically. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel is located in a location surrounded by restaurants. There is a convenience store in front of the hotel. The room is good. On the day I checked out, it was raining. The front desk staff helped call a taxi and helped drag my luggage to the car. I took a photo of my name because he was the one who helped me since the day I checked in.

Como tenía un vuelo temprano, vine desde la Ciudad Financiera para quedarme en el aeropuerto por la noche. El hotel está bien insonorizado y no hay ruidos. Solo necesitas despertarte y caminar hasta el nivel de salida en cinco minutos, para no tener que levantarte demasiado temprano.

The hotel is very new and clean. The room is big and all of facilities are complete. This hotel is good for family traveler because they have a self-laundry room . also the cs of front desk are very friendly and helpful. Very recommend.

Awesome view from the room. The hotel has been just renovated, on the left wing there is also the elevator. No breakfast is served and did not see any coffee shop around. If you need a coffe to start your day, better to bring your own. The hotel is an area with restrictions to traffic, about 500 meter from a parking lot. No English is spoken, we used WECHAT to communicate. Very kind staff.

This boutique hotel is very well managed and provides a top quality environment and exceptional service that rivals even international 5 star hotels. We were impressed. From pre arrival to departure at the train station, the team follows up closely to ensure you’re well looked after - and if there is ever any question, anyone in the team is very swift to respond. The property sits midway of the village and is situated on higher ground, providing an expansive view overlooking other houses. In room, they clearly spare no effort providing very good quality fittings. The breakfast spread didn’t disappoint and is a very decent array of local and western options. The one highlight and very considerate gesture provided by the hotel was bringing in a private demonstration of Dong cultural singing. The close interaction with these cultural ambassadors was invaluable and very much enjoyable. Lastly thank you to the amazing team running the hotel like clock work including Mr Chen, 小石，小龙 and everyone else whom i interacted with but didn’t get a chance to know all your names! Thank you once again and I look forward to the next time!

酒店的位置非常高，在小巷子裏爬了很多台階和陡坡才上去，但是酒店的工作人員幫忙運送行李。 酒店的工作人員都很熱情，服務也很好，還贈送果盤、酒吧消費劵、足浴葯包。 房間裏有3米大床，可以在上面打滾，還有投影可以看電影，飲品有飲料、礦泉水、咖啡、茶葉。 酒店最最重要的是位置很高，可以俯瞰整個苗寨的美景，效果要比一號觀景台好多了，而且可以一邊在陽台吃飯一邊進行觀景，很愜意。

La habitación está limpia y ordenada, con instalaciones completas y buena higiene. Tiene una buena ubicación en el pueblo Miao, conveniente para recoger y dejar. El comerciante está muy entusiasmado y el patio está decorado con un ambiente festivo. No es la primera vez que vengo aquí, volveré la próxima vez que tenga oportunidad.

El ama de llaves agregó WeChat con un día de anticipación y me envió la ubicación específica. Nos recogieron el día del check-in y recibimos un servicio personalizado durante todo el proceso. Fue una gran experiencia. El ama de llaves nos mostró el camino como una guía y nos recomendó bonitas tiendas de fotografía. Nos mejoraron la habitación y la ventana daba a Miao Village. La familia estaba muy feliz. Los artículos de tocador también se colocaron en la habitación con anticipación, y el jugo de naranja y los refrigerios en la habitación también fueron gratuitos. ¡Ya lo he recomendado a amigos y colegas y debo venir y quedarme aquí! ! ! ¡Me gusta mucho! ¡Los cócteles proporcionados son súper deliciosos! El desayuno fue una lástima. No había té, solo leche fría y jugo en caja. Espero que se pueda mejorar en el futuro.
