«A finales de 2024, vine a Hefei con mis amigos para pasar unos días de ocio. Reservé Cloud View en Ctrip y quedé muy satisfecho. El hotel está en un edificio de apartamentos de 43 pisos, pero tiene su propio ascensor. El registro de autoservicio está disponible en el primer piso y la recepción está en el cuarto piso. La recepción y los servicios de limpieza son muy amables. La habitación tiene más de 40 metros cuadrados, está limpia e higiénica, con instalaciones completas, inteligencia de voz y es muy conveniente deslizar la cara sin tarjeta de acceso. «We are more than pleased with our stay at Wincloud Beihai. The duplex is great for 3 people and 2 bathrooms are a bonus. The hotel is exceptional in cleanliness and the environment is peaceful. Location is great as it is a short hike from Yungu Cable Car Station. Special mention of our butler, 小雪，who made sure we were well taken care of from the time we checked in to the day we departed. We also have a memorable time at the bar, where I sang my heart out, had a lovely cocktail and a nice chat with the young bartender 程. It was truly a memorable experience for our first visit here to Huangshan.»

UUsuario invitadoPara ver VAC, el hotel está frente al parque Luogang. Es muy conveniente caminar y hay muchos lugares para pasar el rato y comer. El hotel es muy nuevo y todas las instalaciones son muy nuevas. Es bastante satisfactorio solo para ver el espectáculo, pero los alrededores aún no se han desarrollado, no hay muchas otras tiendas y la comida para llevar está relativamente lejos.
El check-in es muy rápido, solo 1 minuto como máximo. La señora de la recepción preparó cuidadosamente souvenirs, una pequeña bolsa de fruta y una caja de macarons. Cogí el tren de alta velocidad a la mañana siguiente y desayuné en el hotel. No había muchos estilos, pero era pequeño y refinado. Yo mismo agregué los fideos y la carne estaba muy sólida.
En general, estoy muy satisfecho y volveré si tengo la oportunidad.

UUsuario invitadoOur stay at the J. Mountain hotel was beyond our wildest dreams. I rarely leave reviews but our 3 nights here were so stunningly exceptional that we felt driven to express our gratitude and appreciation for the stellar staff, service, and beautiful setting of this hidden gem of a hotel.
The service was without exception some of the best if not the best I have ever experienced at a hotel, and I travel often, having visited over 20 countries in the last few years alone and stayed at many beautiful and well-known five-star hotels and brands. Despite being a very young hotel (having just opened in September) J. Mountain Hotel holds its own and then some. It began months before our stay when we reached out to the hotel on WeChat to ask for guidance on equipment, tickets, and transportation. As we are visiting from America the area isn’t necessarily the easiest to access or plan for. Responses were almost immediate no matter when we reached out and always went above and beyond. For instance, my mother is nearly 70 and although very active was worried about slipping and falling while hiking in icier conditions; they offered to even purchase crampons for us should we wish although they advised us we would not need them for the time of year we were here (they were right).
While here their thoughtfulness included texting us updates on and warning us about inclement weather while we were hiking around Huang Shan (there is cell service), drying and fluffing our wet gear when we returned from a particularly wet hike, and most astounding of all resolving an incredibly stressful issue we had with an upcoming flight that had been canceled (they suggested and secured alternative means of transport to a second city and then arranged for a different flight with the airline directly).
We must specifically give our thanks to Hotel Manager Ryan, who is young but clearly extremely talented and excels in his role. He not only oversaw and proactively sought to help us on every front but was responsible for resolving our flight emergency. He also clearly had directed staff to help us to their utmost ability at all times, including having breakfast and dinner ready for and served to us at the times we requested. Ryan also personally met us and gave us a tour of the hotel and its history and design, as well as accompanied us to the art gallery and an evening tea tasting held in the gorgeous tea house on the grounds. He checked in with us every day and night and made sure everything was to our liking.
Driver Wang Kai was our personal chauffer throughout the stay and was extremely courteous, professional, and attentive; he was always there to pick us up and see us off at multiple locations throughout our trip and not once were we ever allowed to wait. He even brought us hotel slippers and large down jackets to change into out of our soaking wet gear when picking us up at the end of a hike. When we said we did not think we would need some of the gear they offer their guests, we noticed he packed it in the car just in case we changed our minds and needed them later.
I could literally go on and on but wanted to make sure I left room to appreciate how beautiful the hotel itself is and how much attention to detail has gone into its design and planning; at almost every turn we discovered something that added to the ease, enjoyment, and comfort of our stay. J. Mountain Hotel, thank you for one of the best experiences we have had in many, many years.

Encontramos Luminggu Hot Spring Resort Guesthouse en Ctrip y la reservamos para tres días. PPeterchen****La suite de Lulu residente está muy cerca del edificio principal. No se puede decir que la habitación tiene ventanas en todas partes y es vista por todas partes. UUsuario invitadoWow! Of course the staff were extremely friendly and helpful - even amidst me forgetting my passport at home, they still sorted the problem out. The rooms are spacious, neat, tidy, and beautiful with comfortable beds. We were welcomed with fruits and little tomatoes, and there are always drinking water and cold drinks in the room for free. The view is spectacular with the mountain and the lake to be seen from different angles. Quite a pity the swimmingpool had water, but we couldn't swim since they said it was out of season and it hasn't been cleaned recently. I wish they would allow all season swimming. The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were big. They were very accommodating with free machine latte/ capuchino's too. For those who'd like take aways, it can unfortunately not be delivered - the hotel is just too far from town for deliveries. There are a little tuck shop next to the hotel though. The area surrounding the hotel is fantastic; the nature is awesome, the entrance to the mountain peak is quite close by too with a fun park and all kinds of activities. I'd recommend people to go in the autumn, since many places were rather quiet and not as spectacular as expected since it only really flourish in autumn. There are plenty to see and do, but those things are not a walking distance from the hotel. We had a little problem finding taxi's (perhaps because it was during tomb sweeping holiday) and the staff even helped us in this regard. The town about 30-40 minutes by car from the hotel had so many wonderful attractions and restaurants. One can also experience the real village life there. All and all I can certainly recommend a visit and if possible, I would go there again! The whole area is certainly one of Hefei's jewels.
