⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay at White Palace Hotel! I had a wonderful experience staying at White Palace Hotel. The service was truly excellent from the moment we arrived. All the staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The food was delicious and well-prepared. A special appreciation to the F&B team — their service was outstanding! They were attentive, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Honestly, every staff member we met provided great service. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well managed. You can really see that they work hard and achieve their KPIs — everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Highly recommended! Everyone should come and stay at this hotel. It is definitely trusted and worth it!

El espacio es amplio y está bien diseñado, algunos tipos de habitaciones tienen salas de estar independientes, terraza y cocina sencilla, cocina con refrigerador completa y un gran estado de vivienda. La ventana de la tierra se encuentra frente al paisaje del río Yunnan, el barco de crucero del río fluvial se mueve durante el día, la vista nocturna es hermosa, las camas son suaves y limpias, la custodia diaria está bien colocada y la comodidad de vivir es muy alta. La variedad de desayunos de autobús es rica, los platos chinos y occidentales están completos, los alimentos frescos, el lugar de la ventana puede atrapar el río y experimentar un buen sentimiento. Loved my Stay Before the Flight Such a nice hotel with wonderful service. I stayed here before our flight from Dhaka Airport because I arrived late the night before. The restaurant team was great, and the food was tasty — both the dinner I ordered from the menu and the breakfast buffet.

My girlfriend and I stayed for two nights. The experience was excellent from check in to check out. The staff were professional and attentive, with strong attention to detail. I would like to clarify one issue related to room service. One night I ordered soup due to stomach discomfort. While ordering, I clearly stated that I needed absolutely no spice, not even mildly spicy. Despite this, the soup delivered was very spicy, with visible spices on top. After the first sip, my lips were burning. The staff immediately offered to replace the dish. In the meantime, my girlfriend exchanged meals with me, which resolved the issue. Breakfast was exceptional. The view from the room window was very pleasant. It was great to stay at Uttara Merino, especially the hospitality of the staff was amazing. However, the bathroom needs to be cleaned more.

I recently stayed at The Zabeer Dhaka and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is centrally located, making it very convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The staff were professional, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the modern amenities you’d expect — including a comfortable bed, clean linens, and a reliable Wi-Fi connection. The bathroom was also well-maintained and stocked with essentials. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet — it offered a good mix of local and continental options, and the food quality was above average. Room service was prompt, and the in-house restaurant served delicious meals. However, a few areas could be improved. The check-in process was a bit slower than expected, and the lobby sometimes felt understaffed during peak hours. A little more attention to detail in room facilities like at least a window for air circulation would elevate the overall experience. That said, The Zabeer Dhaka is a great option if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and value in the heart of the city. I would consider staying here again.
