La habitación está muy oscura, no hay una vela en la parte superior de la habitación, por lo que está diseñada para que usted vuelva al hotel y duerme. El servicio al cliente fue excelente. La ubicación, la comida, el servicio, sólo para mencionar pocos. Todo fue perfecto 👌. Recomendará este hotel 100x a mis amigos y familia. Volveré a asegurarme.

The hotel's location is really good. It's super convenient to get to the hotel from the terminal. The room size is good for unpack & repack your stuff for the trip. Since we didn't have breakfast included in the booking. There are 2 choices for the breakfast: 1. Hotel's breakfast for 35AUD/person 2. Deli cafe. We had a sandwich & muffin there. It's quick and easy to get ready in the morning.

El hotel está bien ubicado en el centro, cerca del barrio chino por lo que hay bastante oferta de restaurantes asiáticos, la piscina del hotel está bien y abierta hasta las 10pm, la parada de tranvía justo al salir. Las habitaciones cómodas y las vistas muy bonitas desde la planta 22, el personal muy amable

Nos alojamos en el apartamento de cuatro habitaciones para unas vacaciones en el centro de la ciudad con otra familia. La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de todo y con una parada de tranvía justo enfrente. La habitación era bastante espaciosa, tranquila y a un precio muy razonable. No es el apartamento más limpio en el que nos hemos alojado, pero está bien para el precio. Sin duda, volvería a alojarme aquí.

Perfect location and an excellent place to stay. The hotel facilities are practically brand new, and both the reception staff and housekeeping team were friendly and professional throughout my stay. I stayed for more than a week and thoroughly enjoyed my time at this serviced apartment. The rooms were comfortable, well maintained, and had everything I needed. I would happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Very noisy could hear all the neighbours shouting  at each other! And needs sound proofing as could hear everyone showering!!  Clean and great food but don’t get a room on level 10 or 11. Not worth the $$$$

The Highlights 1. The location of this hotel is second to none. Right outside the door, you’ll find endless food options from quick bites to diverse international cuisines, plus plenty of cafés, bars, and public transport. Having the SkyBus stop to the airport just around the corner was convenient. 2. Every team member I met was friendly, approachable, and genuinely eager to help. They are well-trained and motivated to provide excellent service. 3. The room itself was spacious and modern. Both the daytime city views and night lights from the window were wonderful, and the furnishings felt new and well-maintained. 4. Guests have access to some excellent facilities, including a gym, a library, and a full wellness area. The indoor pool is comfortably heated even on a chilly Melbourne evening, and it comes with a sauna and bubble spa, which makes the stay feel more like a resort. What Could Be Improved 1. The room setup felt unusual. I booked a one-bedroom suite, but was placed in a two-bedroom apartment with the master bedroom locked off. I completely understand that I only paid for one room, but it felt a little strange knowing there was a part of “my” room I couldn’t access. Personally, I would have preferred a proper one-bedroom layout with full access. 2. The bedroom I was 'allowed' to stay in also didn’t have its own air conditioning. It relied on the living room’s unit to keep cool, while the locked-off master had its system. This design made things a bit uncomfortable at times, especially overnight. 3. The sofa had an unpleasant, urine-like odour, which made us reluctant to rest in the lounge. 4. The main door lock was rusty and stiff, making it frustrating to open and close. 5. There was no landline phone in the room to contact reception, so the only option was to head downstairs. A couple of times, even during office hours, the reception was unattended (likely because one staff member was juggling multiple tasks). It could be so inconvenient to have a more extended stay. 6. While the pool facilities were lovely, they were often crowded. The common facilities are shared with residents of the building as well as hotel guests, but this detracted from the relaxing vibe. Would I stay here again? Yes, probably. Mainly because of the unbeatable location, the great facilities, and the friendly staff. But I do think the hotel needs to address the details so that it can align with what they claimed as 'luxury'.

¡Maravilloso hotel! ¡Al entrar, Mark en la recepción recordó de donde vinimos y también que hicimos el check-in en línea y nos agradecemos por hacerlo. El hotel, especialmente Mark, fue maravilloso. La habitación es amplia con ducha agradable. La presión del agua podría ser mejor. La cama era muy cómoda que quisiera llevarla conmigo. Probabilidad sonora no está en juego. Todo es perfecto. Por supuesto, la ubicación es también un plus con sólo unos minutos a pie de la estación de tranvía y 10-15 minutos a pie de CBD.
