I’ve stayed at these apartments a few times because of the stunning. This apartment was on level 63 facing out towards the city and Riverside. The apartments is stunning. It has a full kitchen, and laundry with a modern bathroom. Separate bedroom. Both the bedroom and the lounge have have amazing views of the city and river this apartment. Your site parking is $45.

I was stopping here after in a business trip. Overall food and room are clean. Service is nice but... I was very disappointed by being in Australia in a Novotel with such poor internet. I mean I felt in 2002 when we had to use Modem and it kept disconnecting... I should have gone elsewhere for a business trip stop than there. Another thing, the gym is really dirty. It is really uncomfortable to touch the material and there is no cleaning or disinfectant. I left the gym fearing to catch something. Improvement needed.

No sabía que compartiría este pequeño apartamento con un extraño hasta que me desperté. Es básicamente el apartamento de alguien. El salón tiene una zona cortada donde creo que alguien más está dormido. La galleta huele como si alguien ya la hubiera usado. El salón tenía un ventilador de pie desaparecido. La habitación no está cerrada, así que no me sentí segura dejando nada valioso allí, dejando dormir con un extraño justo a la puerta. Wifi tampoco funcionaba. Me fui inmediatamente y encontré en otro lugar para quedarme. No vale el dinero en absoluto, sólo una situación muy extraña. Viajo mucho y nunca volveré a usar Trip.com. No puedo confiar en él.

Execellent view facing the ocean. Clean & spacious room. Only some minor hiccup of the check-in system & noisy air-conditioner

The room was very clean, and the female front desk staff was extremely kind and helpful. We were given slippers for free, and the complimentary coffee was delicious. Since it was Christmas, the kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, which made it very convenient.

Comfortable hotel but not what I expected from 4-star. Rooms not made up until after lunch. Just a small milk container in the fridge - no complimentary water that I'd expect at least. Two double beds in the room. No comfortable chair. Bedside cabinet only on one side of the bed, so had to use a chair. Other rooms seemed better configured. Most bedroom and cupboard doors sounded like they need oil. Some power points in the room were dead. Faint smell of smoking in the room, though I appreciate that's hard for the hotel to overcome once someone has ignored the rules.

Mould throughout wet areas. Major health hazard for my handicapped son who is a chronic asthmatic No maintenance done. Ceiling in several spots is collapsing. Toilet lid broken. Shower head unable to be kept upright so you can have a hands free shower. Balcony louvre screen panels were off the sliding rail so you could not slide them. Etc, etc, etc .....

Location of the resort is very good, on the river, close to the Surfers Paradise central area and walking distance to the beach. It has lots of free garage and on site parking. It has tennis court, beautiful pool with hot outdoor spa , gym and dry sauna. All service desk guys were very attentive and helpful. Downside is that the resort is old and needs lots of maintenance. All common areas are in need of a facelift. All units have individual owners. The unit I stayed had blocked sink in the bathroom and bed mattress in the bedroom was worn out and sagging to one side. Lucky me I was able to sleep on the other side!
