Servicios: No había cepillo ni pasta de dientes, ni zapatillas. El aire acondicionado estaba roto, pero ya lo repararon. El agua caliente tardaba mucho en salir. Hay un enchufe internacional, pero la conexión es un poco torpe. Hay que insertar una tarjeta para acceder a la corriente, que además tiene mala conexión.
Limpieza: La habitación estaba bastante limpia. Las almohadas y las sábanas no eran lo suficientemente blancas.
Zona: Hay una gasolinera cerca, un restaurante de pollo frito Hungry Lion y a pocos minutos en taxi del mercado de alimentos JCS para comer comida china.
Servicio: El personal fue generalmente indiferente. Imprimir una o dos páginas es gratis. Imprimir más cuesta 10.000 yuanes por página.

The reception was amazing and I loved the food. However I feel the hotel should invest more in their recreational facilities for example the hotel does not have a spa.The room itself was nice and the bathroom clean though not spacious as I expected.The dining area is very clean as well and I loved it.

I had a very good stay at this hotel during my recent trip to Lusaka. It is particularly well-suited for Chinese visitors, as many of the facilities and written instructions are provided in both Chinese and English, which makes navigating the hotel very convenient. The service throughout my stay was excellent. I would especially like to recognize Grace, who has been an outstanding receptionist and hotellier, always professional, welcoming, and attentive. Her warm assistance truly elevated the experience. The room was clean, well-kept, and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a busy day. Overall, this is a great option to consider for an international business trip, offering good service and facilities at a very reasonable price point.

The hotel rooms are quite small. Excellent lounge and meeting space. Functional but effective breakfast. Just by the mall which is very convenient with an excellent spa

I enjoyed everything at this hotel. The room was sizeable for a solo traveler. The bedding was just amazing...! I slept very very well. I am curious about their mattress brand, I want to buy it....! The breakfast spread was great. Healthy salads and changing buffet spreads everyday. I did not manage to use the fitness center and swimming pool on the Intercontinental side, but it was nice to have the option. The front office accomodated my very early checkout - 5am, and even organized with the kitchen for a breakfast baggie. There is taxi service to the airport but I did not use it.

LLauren GoatleyI usually have a good time at the resort and stayed a couple of times. This time from the start, there were a few things:
I had asked reception because we were going early, to have the breakfast boxes for the kids early to take at 5:30.
When we got to the restaurant in the evening it took a while to be served.
When we got the kids in the shower, there were no towels and when we phoned it took a while.
We also phoned to ask for normal milk as my child can’t have creomora and they said they would bring but never did.
Then our taxi driver let us down so I called reception to book an airport shuttle in the morning and she said she would call back but never did. Eventually after I called back, they got back to me with results. Didn’t tell me the price though.
When we checked out at 5:30, they didn’t have the breakfast boxes. And told us our taxi was K400 per head!
So all in all, wasn’t a great one.

TTravelfreeMuy buen hotel, ubicado en el centro de Lusaka, a unos 20 minutos del aeropuerto. Es seguro, el personal es excepcionalmente amable, el desayuno estuvo genial y el restaurante/bar también fue fantástico. Hay una piscina en la planta baja, en la zona del bar, perfecta para relajarse y disfrutar del cielo zambiano. ¡Sin duda me alojaría aquí de nuevo!

LLShero93Es raro raro, así es como describiría mi estancia en Mika- Aparentemente no toman reservas de viaje, pero todavía están en la aplicación y tienen una serie de comentarios de la gente! ¡El hotel está muy cerca del aeropuerto, pero no se queda aquí por más tiempo que es necesario! ¡No reservar el traslado del aeropuerto es extorsión! ¡Baja la aplicación ULENDO y reserva un taxi con ellos! Mika estaba cargando 300 PP - ¡Tenemos el taxi para 115 en total! La cama estaba cómoda, la habitación era relativamente limpia pero muy meh en general - Pictured es el restaurante absolutamente embalado 🤭
