My first time at this hotel. Very disappointing. Lets elaborate: 1. The initial meeting when checking in was very pleasant, but unfortunately dealing with the morning crew was just painful. L*nd* was just plain uninterested when I asked about room options, I almost got the impression that he was being spiteful because I was taking up his time. No*iph* was also unpleasant to deal with. Even though I am a gold member she just demonstrated a rigid attitude to any of my requests. Thanks to Basheer who I escalated to and who upgraded and even discounted my parking. 2. It seems that unless you escalate even a simple thing like requesting a towel to a duty manager then it doesnt happen. We were ignored when we asked for liquid soap and a replacement iron and only received towels after escalating. Thanks to duty managers both named Andile for supporting me in this regard but these are really not things that I ask for that require begging. Overall this hotel didnt make me feel like a gold member or like someone who visits Durban on average 8 times a year and is always looking for a hotel. It seems that its only Hilton by name and soap products and not by culture. I would like the Hotel GM to contact me to discuss how this hotel will actually make me feel like a (Gold) guest going forward.

The hotel is in a great location and the staff were helpful and friendly. I didn't particularly like the restaurant/ room service menu as it ONLY had milkshakes on their drinks menu. You have to inquire about other drinks like wine, juices, coffee etc. It would be nicer if all the drinks prices were listed. The kettle in my room was dirty but housekeeping and the front desk were apologetic and replaced it with a clean kettle quickly. Every cafe or restaurant around the hotel opens at 9a.m, so I recommend paying for the hotel breakfast buffet if you're an early bird like me. I learnt about loadshedding after coming back from a day out and finding no power except a light and the tv in my room. For foreign guests who don't know about it, it might be a nice touch if the hotel could place the loadshedding schedule in guest rooms so it doesn't come as an unwelcome surprise. The bed was comfy and the wifi was usually fast. Overall, I had a good stay at the hotel.

El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no me gusta el hotel. Reservé este BnB en particular, porque anunció que tenía un transbordador de aeropuerto. Sin embargo, me decepcionó saber que en realidad el propio BnB no lo hace - llaman un servicio de navegación que carga un ridiculo R600 por un viaje de 20 minutos al aeropuerto!

The resort is beautiful in terms of the location, room size and view of the ocean and scenic drive from Durban. Access to the beach is super easy and the beach itself is heavenly. The resort is easy to get around and the two swimming pools are great for the kids and adults. However, the resort has many problems that need to be resolved urgently as these problems adversely impact a holiday makers basic need for rest and relaxation. There was power outages at least 5 times a day which is why there is a gas braai on the verandah of every unit. The shower has no pressure and the hot water is intermittent so my son had cold showers which wasn't too bad due to the summer heat. The service at the restaurant is the worst I have experienced and I suppose that's because there is only 5 people to attend to bartending and taking care of restaurant patrons, not to mention the power outages making certain menu items unavailable. The cleaners do not clean the rooms, they dont even use any detergents when cleaning, its superficial wiping and tidying up. All in all, the establishment is pretty because of the natural surroundings however I wont be returning or recommending this establishment.

Transporte: Transporte personal Hotel : Puedes reservar en línea o cuando lo haces. Trip.com no muestra todas las habitaciones es mejor ir allí directamente ❤️ Alimentos : they have restaurants . Their food is teeeew good . It's cheap ❤️ Ambiente: Ellos son bienvenidos. . Hemos tenido un buen tiempo. Desde que es invierno pensamos que sería demasiado frío, ya que está más cerca de las montañas. Pero a nuestra sorpresa es más caliente. Actividades : Ellos tienen un folleto que contiene todas las actividades que se llevarán a cabo ese día . Las habitaciones son agradables y nuestra habitación tiene buenas vistas

¡bien! El mejor hotel de la clase, el vecindario es muy seguro, hay comida rápida, comida china y occidental disponible, la playa es muy hermosa, pero un poco cara, pero vale la pena, cinco estrellas que vale la pena experimentar.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Capital Zimbali, and it was a fantastic experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. The location is perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. The breakfast was delicious, offering a great variety of options. Overall, I highly recommend The Capital Zimbali and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place, it is very quiet and peaceful. I loved the sea view😍. The room is very clean and spacious, very friendly staff, always there to help. Breakfast was very delicious, many options to choose from, this guest house is close to many restaurants and party places, this is a huge bonus, very convenient, I highly recommend. Whether you want a peaceful stay of you want to be out and about, this is definitely the right place to book😉❤️

WE WENT THERE TO CELEBRATE OUR 56TH WEDDING ANNIVERSARY. OLD BUILDING BUT EXCELLENT AMBIANCE AND NICE SHADED PARKING. THE ROOM WAS HUGE AND THE SHOWER WAS GOOD WITH NICE HOT WATER. THE BEST PART OF OUR STAY WERE THE EXCELLENT DINNERS WITH STEAK THE FIRST NIGHT AND LAMB CHOPS THE SECOND NIGHT COOKED TO PERFECTION. LOVELY THREE COURSE MEAL. WE FURTHER ENJOYED OUR OUTING TO THE SPIOENKOP BATTLEFIELD WHICH IS ABOUT 30KMS FROM THE LODGE.

La casa de la familia quedaba ahí para un boda cerca. Las habitaciones estaban limpias, espaciosas y bien equipadas. Me disfruté realmente del desayuno buffet. Tenía una gran selección de opciones de comida caliente y fría. Me caminaba por el ****** y parecía genial. La piscina era un poco pequeña para la piscina, pero tenía un ambiente agradable.
