La habitación estaba impecable. Ver la puesta de sol sobre el océano fue uno de los momentos más destacados de mi estancia: ¡fue sencillamente impresionante! La ubicación del hotel, justo en la playa, me permitió disfrutar del mar cuando quisiera. Cenar en el restaurante del hotel también fue un placer.

Esta vez, el mejor tipo de habitación es el paisaje del cuarto es realmente hermoso y recomendado, pero la calidad de la agua es terrible. Overall, this hotel is good! Pros: - peace and quite, nice hotel environment for relaxation. - Pleasant staff, even when we check out, a staff comes to our room door to help us grab our baggage to the reception counter. - Spacious room, toilet and bath room (both shower and bath tube available). - 2-king sized beds, great! - Free airport transfer, better email the hotel directly to make your request at least one day in advance. - It’s a small scaled resort, but reasonable varieties of choices in breakfast. - Free minimal water for refill. - Welcome drink and fruit at room - free bike rental Cons: - the resort is located in a very remote area, like inside a village. Many taxi drivers not sure the location, so many times they lose their ways to the hotel. - Actually, not recommend for 1-2 girls to book this hotel, its remoteness is really a big concern, both day time and night time! - I feel scared in the toilet and shower area, because they install something like mosquito net only in window areas. That means I can see through outside, vice versa. I wonder I may see some eyes starring at me when I shower at night…. Scary! - Their hot water tap takes over 15 mins for heating, wasting lot of water to wait for shower… - Eco-friendly hotel, they provide plastic reusable sandals, so better bring your own sandals if needed

Отличный отель рядом с пляжем Khem, 5 минут до пляжа. Прямо в отеле замечательный ресторан с местной кухней. На пляже полно разнообразных кафе, есть небольшой аквапарк для детей, стоимость 100 к с человека. Ходит бесплатный шаттл двухэтажный автобус в центр и куда то дальше. Видели его, но не разбирались какое время ходит. Ездили на такси. От аэропорта 20 минут езды. Всё понравилось, на новый год вернемся.

Отель с очень любезным и милым стаффом, которые помогли мне зачекиниться, несмотря на то, что я приехала на полтора часа раньше. Отель подойдет непривередливым туристам. Завтраки - голодными не останетесь, общественный пляж в 10 минутах ходьбы, море хорошее, но не баунти. Рядом большое количество кафе и ресторанов. В целом, впеяатление очень хорошее :)

Está ubicado al lado de Phu Quoc World en el norte. Es muy conveniente ir a las atracciones del mundo y ver el espectáculo cerrado por la noche. También hay muchos restaurantes. También puedes caminar hasta el estacionamiento de Great World y tomar el Vinbus gratuito hasta Pearl Paradise y el zoológico, lo cual es muy conveniente. El hotel incluye una gran piscina e instalaciones de fitness, pero debido a que es un hotel ecológico, solo el baño tiene un bote de basura en la habitación, el equipaje se coloca en el armario con la puerta abierta y el refrigerador también está en El armario no es demasiado cómodo y da una sensación un poco extraña. El restaurante de desayunos es amplio y la comida rica y variada. El día del check-in también se cambian todos los días carnes calientes, frutas y snacks.

We totally love our experience here . The hotel is very new , smell nice and very close to the beach with live music and fire show in the evening . The staff may look like they lack some smiles at first as they are busy working but once you interact with them , they are extremely helpful and go out of their way to resolve your issues. We did encounter some hiccups and all were resolved . After 3 nights and more communications with the staff, we definitely feel at home . They have free bikes or buggy to the Signature Sailing club they are tied to and we had a great time using the facilities such as swimming pool ,sauna , gym and pickle ball court . There is also free shuttle bus to Grand World but will need to look at Vinbus website for schedule and is extremely crowded though it's the first stop . To us it's akin to staying in a resort while paying boutique hotel price. Will definitely be back again !

Thank you for your service. All workers are extremely polite. Welcomed with welcome tea. Breakfast was very good and near from the houses. And you can sit outside or inside of the restaurant. The pool was very satisfying. It was 2.2m and has kids zone too. The spa was good, clean and i'd got massage everyday. And the room is super clean. The mini bar is free charged everyday. The bathroom is big. And balcony is clean. Mini fridge is perfect for cooling my beer. You'll have hairdryer, boiling pot, tv, umbrella, 2 types of slippers, beach towel in the room. You can rent moped from the hotel and it doesn't costs that much. It's better than taking a taxi. Location is middle of the island. So it's easy to get north or south. Near from the king kong market and night market. Best experience in my life. I will come to this resort again

Hotel de calidad, muy recomendado. El hotel está situado justo en la frente de la playa, así que puedes ver el hermoso Puente de Besos y el sol de la noche. La habitación está muy bien, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer. Gracias por el arreglamiento de viajes por cable gratuito y también el billete al Sun World Hon Thom Waterpark. Además, ofrecen también viajes gratis en la ciudad de Sunset y parar entre nosotros para tomar hermosas fotos del paisaje que viene más viva durante el tiempo de Sunset. El personal del hotel es muy amable y útil, y habla buena inglés 👍. ¡Tenemos una estancia maravillosa, aunque sólo es 2 cortas noches, pero definitivamente volveremos!
