La habitación estaba impecable. Ver la puesta de sol sobre el océano fue uno de los momentos más destacados de mi estancia: ¡fue sencillamente impresionante! La ubicación del hotel, justo en la playa, me permitió disfrutar del mar cuando quisiera. Cenar en el restaurante del hotel también fue un placer.

Me gusta mucho, aunque está ubicado en el lado norte de la isla y lejos del centro de la ciudad, está cerca de la playa, del gran mundo y hay muchos lugares para comer, es un buen lugar para vacacionar. ! El hotel también está limpio y ordenado.

Overall, this hotel is good! Pros: - peace and quite, nice hotel environment for relaxation. - Pleasant staff, even when we check out, a staff comes to our room door to help us grab our baggage to the reception counter. - Spacious room, toilet and bath room (both shower and bath tube available). - 2-king sized beds, great! - Free airport transfer, better email the hotel directly to make your request at least one day in advance. - It’s a small scaled resort, but reasonable varieties of choices in breakfast. - Free minimal water for refill. - Welcome drink and fruit at room - free bike rental Cons: - the resort is located in a very remote area, like inside a village. Many taxi drivers not sure the location, so many times they lose their ways to the hotel. - Actually, not recommend for 1-2 girls to book this hotel, its remoteness is really a big concern, both day time and night time! - I feel scared in the toilet and shower area, because they install something like mosquito net only in window areas. That means I can see through outside, vice versa. I wonder I may see some eyes starring at me when I shower at night…. Scary! - Their hot water tap takes over 15 mins for heating, wasting lot of water to wait for shower… - Eco-friendly hotel, they provide plastic reusable sandals, so better bring your own sandals if needed

El mejor hotel que hemos estado en Phu Quoc. Muy bueno restaurante con comida local, buen desayuno, mejor playa a sólo 2 minutos a pie, las habitaciones son insensiblemente limpias y el personal es increíble.

Отель с очень любезным и милым стаффом, которые помогли мне зачекиниться, несмотря на то, что я приехала на полтора часа раньше. Отель подойдет непривередливым туристам. Завтраки - голодными не останетесь, общественный пляж в 10 минутах ходьбы, море хорошее, но не баунти. Рядом большое количество кафе и ресторанов. В целом, впеяатление очень хорошее :)

El hotel es excelente. Servicio de alto nivel. Gran desayuno bufé. La piscina es grande. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y se limpian todos los días. Todo el entretenimiento está cerca. El único inconveniente es que se tarda unos 15 minutos en llegar andando a la playa, pero la playa es fresca y no me molesta en absoluto.

We totally love our experience here . The hotel is very new , smell nice and very close to the beach with live music and fire show in the evening . The staff may look like they lack some smiles at first as they are busy working but once you interact with them , they are extremely helpful and go out of their way to resolve your issues. We did encounter some hiccups and all were resolved . After 3 nights and more communications with the staff, we definitely feel at home . They have free bikes or buggy to the Signature Sailing club they are tied to and we had a great time using the facilities such as swimming pool ,sauna , gym and pickle ball court . There is also free shuttle bus to Grand World but will need to look at Vinbus website for schedule and is extremely crowded though it's the first stop . To us it's akin to staying in a resort while paying boutique hotel price. Will definitely be back again !

Красивый, зелёный небольшой отель, с ухоженной территорией. Брали бунгало с видом на море, вид на закат и море превосходный. Бунгало двухэтажное, на втором только кровать. Между номерами в бунгало есть дверь, соответственно плохая шумоизоляция!!!, слышно всё. Завтраки очень достойные, очень вкусные. Шеф-повару уважение и похвала! Были даже эклеры с кремом, очень вкусные! Обслуживание на завтраке отличное, официанты тут же убирают тарелочки. Молодцы! Есть тренажёрный зал под навесом, тренажеров мало, нет воды и полотенец в зале, надеюсь руководство примет это во внимание. Есть сауна, к сожалению платная, 300000 донгов с человека всего на 30 минут?! Это очень дорого, а нас 5 человек?! Мы были во многих отелях, сауны бесплатные. Даже сейчас мы уже в другом отеле,недалеко от Famiana и здесь сауна бесплатно. Забор по периметру срочно нужно покрасить в белый цвет. Очень бросается в глаза серый, неотделанный забор по всей границе отеля. И наконец пляж. Это фиаско. Море есть, пляжа нет совсем, спуск в море крайне неудобный. Ужасные огромные мешки у стены в море портят всё впечатление от отеля. Уехали в другой отель только из-за входа в море! А так отель замечательный, приедем, если вход в море будет комфортный.

Hotel de calidad, muy recomendado. El hotel está situado justo en la frente de la playa, así que puedes ver el hermoso Puente de Besos y el sol de la noche. La habitación está muy bien, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer. Gracias por el arreglamiento de viajes por cable gratuito y también el billete al Sun World Hon Thom Waterpark. Además, ofrecen también viajes gratis en la ciudad de Sunset y parar entre nosotros para tomar hermosas fotos del paisaje que viene más viva durante el tiempo de Sunset. El personal del hotel es muy amable y útil, y habla buena inglés 👍. ¡Tenemos una estancia maravillosa, aunque sólo es 2 cortas noches, pero definitivamente volveremos!
