Отель не плохой, но до моря очень далеко. Возят на автобусе до пляжа, но не сказали что пляж для гостей бесплатный и с нас брали там деньги за лежак пока мы не узнали что это бесплатно. Деньги так и не вернули за лежак) Кухня средняя, ребенок на завтрак ничего не мог найти себе поесть, мне рыбу однажды дали полусырую, бургер отвратительный. Очень много маленьких детей в грязных памперсах плавают в бассейне и поэтому вода там не самая чистая) как то так))

No muy satisfecho con el tamaño de la habitación y otros servicios. Reservé mi habitación con desayuno y cena incluidos. Establecer el desayuno con un mínimo de extensión. La cena también se preparó con solo tres opciones para elegir.

El hotel tiene una ubicación y una vista muy bonita, la cena en el bistro de la noche, el agua de desintoxicación y el mar gratis en la playa de la mañana.

Nice hotel, location a bit away from Alanya was clean and friendly staff, actually the staff were excellent, beach was rocky slippery but still ok, travellers make sure to take light swimming shoes with you, swimming pool was good too.

Un hotel muy bueno. Porque es otoño, no hay mucha gente, la tienda dio una habitación en una casa de baño separada, muy tranquila. También hay nevera de lavandería. El personal del restaurante también es entusiasta y la comida es muy fresca. La estadía caliente y cálida es muy cómoda.

A very pleasant place to stay! At Casamax Suites, I really appreciated the combination of comfort and a calm atmosphere — it’s a great place to relax after a busy day. The rooms are bright, well-equipped, and have everything needed for a comfortable stay. I’d especially like to highlight the comfortable bed and good soundproofing — sleeping there was truly comfortable. The staff are friendly and attentive, making you feel genuinely welcome. Cleanliness was also impressive — housekeeping is regular and done to a high standard. Overall, it’s an excellent choice in terms of value for money. I can confidently recommend this hotel!

Modern hotel , clean , massive outdoor swimming pool , indoor swimming pool , sauna , steam room, all included in price , We went all-inclusive they offered breakfast from 7am till 10am then a late breakfast from 10am till 11am Lunch was served from 12.30pm till 2.30pm plenty of selections from crossaints , toast , cereals all your meats ham , chicken, omelette freshly prepared sausages, even the traditional Turkish delight, the hotel had a range of foods, dinner had cooking stations different food every day roast chicken , lamb donner meat , pasta station, chicken skewers, grilled chicken , meatballs chips soups lots of selections and a range of desserts from cheese cake, Swiss rolls , fruit apples bananas oranges , choclate mouses Also supper consists of a range of soups with breads pancakes , list goes on , There was a diet menu with salads , also coffee and cake is avalaible at 3pm till 4pm I'm bar area , The bar is free drinks from 10am till 11pm excellent service cocktails included , only do half pints though found that strange , Table service drinks were always topped up didn't need to queue at bar and they were so friendly and a great staff team restaurant staff bringing water to the table , Reception is open 24 hours , security on gates only hotel guests allowed in , they offered a spa on site very expensive loads of better value else where , there is a shop on site , also taxi rank is outside cost £18 in taxi from airport to hotel and £12 back from the rank plenty of bars and restaurants and shopping centres in area and dentists if looking for work Lovely views of sea and mountains ,

El hotel está en una ubicación excelente, con muchos restaurantes y locales de comida rápida a poca distancia. El personal es increíblemente amable y atento. Lamentablemente, el desayuno no era muy completo (por ejemplo, no había zumo, solo té, y más opciones saladas que dulces). La piscina es fantástica; cierra a medianoche, si no me equivoco. I left the hotel with mixed feelings. Positive: the territory is very nicely maintained. The scenery is beautiful, the pools are cleaned on a daily basis. The beach is also clean and pleasant. Lots of coolers with drinking water, many other drinks are included, so you never stay dehydrated. The idea with the animals is brilliant. Rabbits and birds walking around really make the place special. Negative: There are many reviews praising the food in this hotel. Initially I was also impressed with the variety and lots of salads. However, I soon found that it was very salty, spicy or very sour. And when I say ”very”, I really mean it. I stayed in the hotel for 11 nights and by the end of our stay I got a stomach ache and heartburn, although I had no digestive illness before. I suppose the hotel will say that they have a diet table. Yes, they do, but this is just 2-3 dishes very plain in taste. For someone who had no prior digestive problems It would be strange to avoid the general table. It would make sense to moderate spices and salt in most of the dishes, and I assure you they would still be flavourful. We were leaving the hotel at 11 am and therefore could not have our dinner. As the airport food is overpriced and unreliable, I asked at the reception if we could come for the late breakfast and take something with us. Not only the man at the reception refused, he also added: ”I think it is gross”. Normally I am not inclined to argue over every penny, but in this case I just can't stay silent. The voucher from the hotel clearly says that guests are entitled to breakfast and dinner on the day of the departure. Your guests are going to have a hard day in travel, they are leaving before dinner and are asking politely if they could have some takeaway and you say it's gross?That's as far from hospitality as it could be and really wiped out any wish to come back to this hotel ever again.

El hotel no tenía mucho, pero podía aprovechar las instalaciones del hotel principal en la calle era agradable. Desafortunadamente, la parte de la playa se cerró debido a la construcción y por supuesto siempre se obtendrá gente egoísta reservando sillas de piscina primera cosa en la mañana, por lo que fue difícil encontrar un buen lugar a menos que se fue justo después del desayuno
