«تجربتي في فندق TUI BLUE Palm Beach Hammamet كانت جيدة بشكل عام. جودة الأكل كانت ممتازة ومتنوعة، سواء في الفطور أو الغداء أو العشاء، وكل شيء كان طازجًا ومقدمًا بشكل جيد. كذلك طاقم العمل كان محترفًا جدًا، متعاونًا ولطيفًا في التعامل، والخدمة كانت في مستوى عالٍ. لكن أود التنبيه لنقطة مهمة خاصة للمسافرين القادمين من شمال إفريقيا: هناك نوع من الغموض في مفهوم “الإقامة الشاملة” عند الحجز عبر Trip.com. حيث يتم عرضها بشكل عام دون توضيح دقيق للتفاصيل، خاصة فيما يتعلق بالمشروبات (هل تشمل الكحول أم لا). بعد الوصول، اتضح أن الفندق يعمل بأنظمة مختلفة للإقامة الشاملة (مثل شامل بدون كحول وشامل مع كحول)، ولكل نظام سوار مختلف، وهذا الأمر لم يكن واضحًا أثناء الحجز. لذلك أنصح الجميع بالتأكد من تفاصيل الباقة بشكل دقيق قبل الحجز أو التواصل مع الفندق مباشرة لتفادي أي لبس. بشكل عام، الفندق يستحق الزيارة من حيث الجودة والخدمة، لكن ينصح بالتحقق من تفاصيل الإقامة الشاملة مسبقًا.»

«**Decent Value for the Price, But Far From a 4-Star Experience** We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with bed & breakfast for €60, and while the price is definitely attractive, the experience was a mixed bag. **Cleanliness:** The hotel and rooms were generally clean, and the bedsheets were fresh. However, the mattress itself was stained and not very pleasant, which was disappointing. **Bed Comfort:** This was by far one of the worst parts of the stay. The mattress was rock hard—honestly felt like sleeping on the floor. Pillows were thin, lumpy, and offered no support. We requested extra pillows three times, and although staff promised to bring them, they never followed through. **Bathroom:** Cleanliness was acceptable, but the setup was inconvenient. There was no shower head hanger, so you had to hold the shower with one hand while bathing. Towels were rough and uncomfortable, and there was always at least one missing (sometimes the floor towel, sometimes the bath towel). The courtesy toiletries were taken but never replaced. **Breakfast:** A very basic buffet with a limited selection. Pastries were inconsistent—sometimes decent, other times stale and clearly reheated leftovers. Not the kind of quality you’d expect from a supposed 4-star hotel. **Service:** A few staff members were friendly and helpful, but most seemed uninterested and disengaged, like they didn’t want to be there. We didn’t feel particularly welcomed or well-attended. **Swimming Pool Area:** This was the highlight of the hotel—clean, with clear water, nice outdoor showers, and a good vibe thanks to lively music and entertainment. **Overall:** While the hotel is clearly outdated and stuck in the late '90s in terms of decor and service, the location and pool are definite pluses. Despite the many issues, for €60 for two nights with breakfast, the price/quality ratio was decent. Just don’t expect a real 4-star experience.»

«Profesionalismo, amistad, ayuda del personal. Elegante y moderno. Muy limpio y bien cuidado. Muy grande estructura con muchas actividades. Playa unos pocos metros. Muchos entretenimientos, clubes y tiendas para compras en la zona. El hotel es un hotel muy acogedor y con una amplia gama de comidas.»

«Decepcionante por este precio y por un hotel de 4 estrellas. La habitación era casi aceptable, claramente no limpiada por debajo de las camas, no hay gafas, no toallas, jabón y contenedores de champú casi si no están vacíos a la llegada y no se llenaron en absoluto durante nuestra estadía. Las toallas eran una pesadilla para conseguir: a veces basta, a veces falta uno, a veces falta dos. Obtener un hierro fue una batalla y olvidar el servicio de lavandería. Las solicitudes no siempre se reunieron con una buena respuesta, pintaron una habitación junto a nosotros, sin tomar precauciones, y se acercaron al olor a nosotros. El almuerzo fue muy caro para la zona, olvidelo. El desayuno y la cena están bien. La ubicación era muy agradable, aunque el entorno está un poco muerto.»

«En primer lugar, cabe destacar que el hotel está justo enfrente de la playa. Sin embargo, cuenta con playa privada. Para ser un hotel de cuatro estrellas que cuesta casi 2000 RMB por noche, las instalaciones son realmente decepcionantes. El asiento del inodoro era incluso más pequeño que el propio inodoro, claramente debido a la mala calidad del servicio de mantenimiento. El aire acondicionado interior incluso perdía agua en la habitación. Sin embargo, el mar Mediterráneo sigue siendo hermoso y el hotel en sí es bastante atractivo.»

El entretenimiento diurno junto a la piscina, con buena música y baile, fue fantástico, de verdad, increíble. La ubicación del hotel, con unas vistas preciosas al mar, también fue estupenda, y terminamos la noche con una velada fantástica en el lounge de la piscina, con la música a todo volumen y los DJ Abir y Simon pinchando música sin parar.
