Money for value hotel.  We ate at the Italian and Thai restaurant in Movenpick next door.   The service staff are very nice  The lady staff on duty not only deliver our bfast boxes as well as seeing us off at 5am on the day we checked out. We stayed 5 nights.  Only blemish is the hotel had a blackout and water shut off on Sunday morning 6 am. We learnt that it was a blackout in the whole area not the hotel Alone.   The downside of this hotel allows people to hold mini party at the bfast  restaurant alfresco dining area. The party goers had karaoke in the process and the noise were too loud for residents in rhe Tower C.  This is one area the management should look into as the crooners were out of tune .

The hotel is new and beautiful, with a great environment. The room is large, clean and tidy, the staff is very friendly, the restaurant food is very cost-effective, and it is not far from the national park 🏞️ and some attractions, which is quite convenient .

En general está bien. El centro de atención es Alpaca. No hay club infantil, pero tienen pequeñas actividades al aire libre para niños que no pueden trabajar para el mal tiempo. La habitación es un poco fechada y desnuda. El desayuno es mezclado y podría ser mejor especialmente la facilidad.

Totally recommend this hotel for family staycation. Service of all staffs, from reception, cleaner, to bellboy, all excellent. Warm and polite. Location is easy to find, in big/main road, close to several tourist spots. Breakfast menu and taste nothing special but not worst. Their twin bed is large and so comfortable. The room and all areas are clean. They provide free outdoor movie theater, free bike to be used inside hotel area, free welcome drink. Minus point only the tv is not a smart tv.

This is my second stay at this hotel, and I continue to be impressed. The atmosphere is delightful, and the staff are exceptionally friendly. The breakfast offerings are also quite enjoyable. I love the easy access to the coffee shop in their lobby as I don’t have to go far when I have my matcha cravings. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant experience.

One of the standout features is the location, it's conveniently situated, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to those who appreciate a touch of history with modern comforts.

La entrada era suave. Pero la habitación que nos asignaron tiene un olor muy fuerte. Probablemente es pintura o muebles. No podía dormir toda la noche a pesar de abrir la ventana. La caja también está tintada. Lamentamos a trip.com y nos actualizamos a la suite. Mucho mejor, pero de alguna manera la ubicación no nos siente seguro como el piso de suelo. Seguridadno bueno. El desayuno es desagradable. Elección limitada y comida no es agradable. No nos disfrutamos de la estancia. Todavía están usando las llaves a la puerta en lugar de tarjeta. Bueno, será mi primera y última vez que me quedo con este hotel. Su cargador de EV también baja no funciona en absoluto. Decepcionado. Reservamos el hotel como afirmaron que hay cargador de EV

บริการดี อาหารก็อร่อย แต่เสียความรู้สึกตรงที่จองห้องพักล่วงหน้าไว้เป็นเดือนๆ แต่ต้องมาเจอปัญหาที่ทางโรงแรมมีการปรับเปลี่ยนห้องพัก ซึ่งไม่ตรงกับที่จองเอาไว้ แต่ถึงเจ้าหน้าที่ก็แก้ไขปัญหาให้แต่กลุ่มคนที่ไปด้วยกันรู้สึกไม่ดี

Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff are friendly and the facilities are clean. The room is spacious and includes a bath, shower and balcony. You can ask for a mii box if you want to watch Netflix etc. They have three restaurants to choose from. On the 19th floor you will find a well equipped gym, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and swimming pool. The swimming pool is a decent size albeit the water a little cold. There are plenty of places to sit by the pool. The breakfast has a good range of food on offer and tastes good.

El hotel está muy bien construido, muy bien situado, también bien diseñados. Si no tienes un coche para llegar, siempre puedes usar la aplicación Grab taxi para llegar al hotel y desde él. Los miembros del personal y de la tripulación del hotel están bien alineados con su atención para asegurar que los huéspedes tengan la mejor estancia en el hotel. Me gustaría dar las gracias al personal en la recepción por menos de un minuto para ayudarme a comprobar y comprobar también. En segundo lugar, el personal del restaurante, si no me equivoco es Khun Mind y Lady Chef que se aseguró de hacer un plato especial para mí debido a las restricciones alimentarias. La primera mañana que me entró para el desayuno, el chef me recordó (sin preguntar ni recordar) y me dio un plato especial preparado. Kudos a ella por ser tan especial sobre mi petición y recordarlo, aunque fue tan ocupado domingo por la mañana en el hotel durante el desayuno. ¡Qué hospitalidad y buenas consideraciones para el equipo de este hotel!

El servicio es muy bueno, el precio puede ser alto, pero con el entorno, vale la pena. El discurso del personal es primero. Veramente bonito, la próxima vez si hay una oportunidad, definitivamente volverá. Amo aquí T T

El hotel estaba muy limpio con hermosos terrenos y piscina. El personal no podía hacer lo suficiente para ayudar y definitivamente nos quedaríamos de nuevo. Un buen lugar para permanecer si visitamos el parque nacional con un paseo de 45 minutos.
