The place, amenities superb. The service is so-so just because i came early, no early check-in and waited for an hour to get my room. The weather was very humid and hot, and my family had an event to attend to, so i was disappointed waiting for the room. The price per night is quiet expensive, the same price as Okada, if you compare the two i prefer Okada 😂. Nonetheless it was a good stay😁

The furniture inside the rooms is too old, and bathroom fixtures are too old, no hot water and not well cleaned as well. Sauna has no hot water too, but surroundings are cozy and huge. So disappointed, Will not come back again☹️

The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and a mini-fridge. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere that ensured a restful night’s sleep. The hotel offers a variety of dining options, and the breakfast buffet was a highlight, with a good selection of local and international dishes. I also enjoyed the pool area, which was a nice way to relax after a day of sightseeing.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent. The staff were not only friendly but also very attentive. Even though we checked in nearly an hour later than the agreed time because of unforeseen delays, it did not negatively impact our experience at all; everything else was simply perfect. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable, and the food deserves a solid 10/10.
