Las instalaciones jóvenes necesitan mejoras - Pero funcional pa naman Habitación de la joven - Luma na pero cómoda pdn necesito lang ng mas strict na pageCheck ng limpieza cada vez después de la salida, kasi puede naiiwan na necesito iClean.. como ventana de vidrio y habitación de confort de la joven puede oler .. Todo en todo bueno pdn, ung beach naman ang habol más ung iba naman para mejora lang más ito na ung Hotel na mura Pero 💯% ang Beach front. Babalik pdn pronto!

We enjoyed our stay at Lake Hotel. We had a view of Taal Lake (and Taal Volcano) and enjoyed having coffee with that view. Food is great and service is superb. Waiters were readily available - assisting us to bring our plate back from the buffet table and helping bring up our bags as there were no elevators. Location is great - Conti’s beside the hotel and other restaurants to the left and right. Wish I was able to swim. Great view of Taal from the pool

It is always a pleasure to be back at Sotogrande Batangas! This was my third visit, and it has truly become my ”go-to” sanctuary in Batangas whenever I need to relax and de-stress. My post-birthday celebration was just as perfect as I hoped it would be. What keeps me coming back is the consistently high standard of service. Your employees are not only the epitome of professionalism but are also incredibly kind and thoughtful. A special thank you to Ms. Cess for always accommodating me so warmly—your dedication is a huge part of why the service here is so exceptional. I also have to mention the dining—the food is consistently on cue and sobrang sarap! I’m already looking forward to my next breakfast there. While the pool area remains the ultimate stress reliever for me, I have two small suggestions: it would be amazing to have a jacuzzi installed in the future, and perhaps a more discreet entrance/exit to the pool area, as walking through the restaurant to get there can feel a bit awkward! Overall, this remains the best hotel experience I’ve had so far. Thank you for making my birthday celebration so memorable. I will definitely be back soon and will continue to recommend you to all my friends and family!

I rarely leave voluntary feedback for hotels we stay at, but this one definitely deserves it. Brittany Hotel is fairly new. We have been meaning to try it for a while since we always pass by it along Daang Hari. We initially booked just an overnight stay to relax a bit. Unexpectedly, we ended up coming back the very next day when we needed a place to stay for another three days and two nights. I asked the same receptionist, Ken, who assisted us during our first check-in if the deluxe room we previously stayed in was available, as we preferred it. They didn’t say whether it was, but instead informed us that they had upgraded our room to a premier one at no extra cost! It was such a pleasant surprise, especially since it was only our second visit. We really appreciated this thoughtful gesture, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A big thank you to Ken for being so helpful and kind. The level of service really stood out. The overall vibe of the hotel is really nice. It's quiet, very clean, and has a cozy atmosphere. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Although we weren’t able to try most of the restaurant’s menu since we always came back late at night, the food we did try was enjoyable, and the coffee was surprisingly good. While the hotel might feel a bit limited for some, as it's still new, we had a great stay overall. It has quickly become our favorite among all the hotels we’ve stayed at. 😁 We hope they continue to provide great service and even improve it further, especially the facilities and amenities. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to our friends and family.

The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a cozy ambiance that made it easy to unwind. I especially loved waking up to the cool breeze and scenic surroundings—it was the perfect escape. The facilities were also impressive, and everything was thoughtfully designed to make guests feel comfortable. What stood out the most was the warm and attentive service from the staff. Everyone was friendly, accommodating, and always ready to assist, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, my experience at Twin Lakes Hotel was memorable and relaxing. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway, and I’m already looking forward to coming back.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Kimberly Tagaytay! It's one of the most family-friendly hotels we've visited. The amenities were excellent, especially the kiddie pool, which our kids absolutely loved. The farm activities were a huge hit too. They were fun, interactive, and gave the little ones a chance to experience something different. We also enjoyed the complimentary movie night, which was a nice way to end the day. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of delicious food, and everything was well-prepared. Our room was also very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay even more relaxing. Overall, Hotel Kimberly Tagaytay is a great choice for families looking for a fun and relaxing getaway. We'll definitely be back!

Seda Nuvali superó realmente las expectativas de un check-in suave a un check-out libre de problemas, con cada proceso que corre como el reloj. La habitación es muy limpia, con cama de másh, ducha y baño separados, Wi-Fi de alta velocidad y toques pensables como el agua complimentaria y las selecciones de café y té, perfecto para descansar. El servicio era impeccable en todo el mundo, destacado por un excelente desayuno buffet con frescos Filipino y opciones internacionales, incluyendo omeletas personalizables y estaciones de jugo sanas. The staff's attention shines brightest with our group of people with disabilities (PWDs); they proactively selected accessible seating in the pool dining area, with extensive space, making everyone feel truly cared for. Situado en la tranquila propiedad Nuvali, ofrece fácil acceso a las tiendas y la verdura cercanas, proporcionando el ideal de la calma retirada que nos preparamos para el matrimonio de mi hijo. El valor excelente, las prácticas respetuosas con el medio ambiente y las instalaciones de primera categoría hacen de esta manera una elección permanente para las familias o los eventos.

La Cumbre de Ridge Tagaytay, en mi opinión, es bastante buena, pero hay algunas cosas que no son mi taza de té. Puntos negativos: 1. Esta es mi principal preocupación. Me desperté cada hora, especialmente cuando pasaron vehículos ruidosos. Aunque no hay mucho que hacer, tuve que usar sonido anulador mientras dormí. 2. La selección del desayuno es sólo media. 3. La parte inferior de la puerta de la ducha no estaba adecuadamente sellada, así que el agua se derramó cada vez que tomé una ducha. 4. El problema más extraño era el agua. El agua de la cocina para lavar los dientes y lavar mi cara huele bien, pero a veces el agua de la ducha tenía un olor ligeramente desagradable. No sucia, sólo extraña. Puntos positivos: 1. Mi cosa favorita sobre la Cumbre Ridge Tagaytay es la vista. Me encanta que tengan un salón de cielos donde se pueden tomar fotos claras del Lago Taal. Durante el día, se puede disfrutar de la vista del lago, y en la noche, se puede capturar una hermosa hora dorada. 2. Una gran cantidad de acceso a los supermercados, restaurantes y muchos otros lugares buenos cerca. 3. Agua potable libre es un buen acreedor. 4. Las instalaciones también son bastante buenas, incluso tienen vibraciones en el lobby.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was cozy, the linens smelled fresh, and the amenities were complete. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it perfect for resting. The staff members were friendly and accommodating. From check‑in to check‑out, the service was smooth. The food options were good, and the quality was satisfying. The breakfast selection had a nice variety, and everything tasted fresh. The pool and common areas were clean and well-kept. A great staycation spot for relaxation and comfort. I would definitely consider returning in the future and recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant getaway.

Overall, our stay at Club Balai Isabel was enjoyable, especially because of the beautiful lakefront view. We booked a lakefront room, and waking up to Taal Volcano right in front of our door was definitely the highlight of our trip. However, there are a few areas that could use improvement. The room seems quite old, and the floor was very dusty. Even after housekeeping cleaned it, the dust was still noticeable. Whenever our feet got wet, they would immediately become dirty from walking on the floor. The bathroom also had an unpleasant odor. I’m not sure if it’s because the property is close to the lake, but the smell was noticeable throughout our stay. The internet connection was also weak. We had to call the front desk to report the poor signal before it improved. The swimming pools were fun, and our daughter had the best time, which made the trip worthwhile. However, after swimming, we all experienced itchiness. We stayed on a Saturday when the resort was quite crowded, so perhaps the pools need to be cleaned or monitored more frequently during busy days. Despite these issues, we still enjoyed our stay because of the stunning scenery and the family-friendly atmosphere. With better housekeeping, improved bathroom maintenance, stronger Wi-Fi, and more frequent pool maintenance, the experience would be much better.
