Nice hotel and ok rooms, but a bit disappointed: We booked rooms 72 squaremetres because we wanted to stay together also just for family chat - but not suitable for others. I was really disappointed because 1 room costed +P7000 each night - each 24 hours, and I checked again: tge rooms we had was 35-4` squaremeters. I tried toextend our stay and could not, but a room like ours cost P2798. But overall stay, hotel, food, place, entertainments - 🥰

We enjoyed our stay at Lake Hotel. We had a view of Taal Lake (and Taal Volcano) and enjoyed having coffee with that view. Food is great and service is superb. Waiters were readily available - assisting us to bring our plate back from the buffet table and helping bring up our bags as there were no elevators. Location is great - Conti’s beside the hotel and other restaurants to the left and right. Wish I was able to swim. Great view of Taal from the pool

Excellent stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants and nearby attractions. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. Overall, a pleasant experience and great value for money. Highly recommended.

I rarely leave voluntary feedback for hotels we stay at, but this one definitely deserves it. Brittany Hotel is fairly new. We have been meaning to try it for a while since we always pass by it along Daang Hari. We initially booked just an overnight stay to relax a bit. Unexpectedly, we ended up coming back the very next day when we needed a place to stay for another three days and two nights. I asked the same receptionist, Ken, who assisted us during our first check-in if the deluxe room we previously stayed in was available, as we preferred it. They didn’t say whether it was, but instead informed us that they had upgraded our room to a premier one at no extra cost! It was such a pleasant surprise, especially since it was only our second visit. We really appreciated this thoughtful gesture, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A big thank you to Ken for being so helpful and kind. The level of service really stood out. The overall vibe of the hotel is really nice. It's quiet, very clean, and has a cozy atmosphere. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Although we weren’t able to try most of the restaurant’s menu since we always came back late at night, the food we did try was enjoyable, and the coffee was surprisingly good. While the hotel might feel a bit limited for some, as it's still new, we had a great stay overall. It has quickly become our favorite among all the hotels we’ve stayed at. 😁 We hope they continue to provide great service and even improve it further, especially the facilities and amenities. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to our friends and family.

Despite of the heavy rain and winds due to the typhoon / habagat. We still enjoyed our birthday staycation. Staffs are really accomodating. Some room service were late i think because of the high volume of people requesting. Majority stayed cause of the rain. Thank you Twin lakes for the complimentary!

Hotel Kimberly exceeded our expectations, the heated kiddie pool, courteous staff, kid friendly tv, cookie and mlik, kid buffet selection, movie night...all these things add up to a family friendly staycation.

Strategically located near a shopping mall with a wide variety of dining options, offering added convenience through complimentary shuttle services. Multiple swimming pools are available for all age groups, with lifeguards on duty to ensure guest safety. The hotel also features a fully equipped fitness center with modern workout equipment, as well as a dedicated gymnasium/yoga room for wellness and recreational activities.

Areas for Improvement: Room Maintenance: The room floor was dusty upon arrival, and the bathroom drain was slow, requiring a floor mop to clear excess water. for the oversight. Verdict: Great foundation, amazing facilities, and perfect scenic views.

I booked an overnight stay for my friend and her family whose from Germany and they've loved it. The price is affordable and have stunning view of the taal lake and volcano. The place is also nearby Sky Ranch and other popular cafe and resto. Thw only thing they've shared that could be improved is the noise proof of the room and if they could put deodorizer or perfume scent in the bathroom. It's understandable that its not a new hotel so a lot things have worn out but since a great place so they would really loved for thw hotel to be maintained well. And importantly the hotel staff everyone is accommodating, hospitable and nice.

The hotel is a little old but the service is really good. We took a 26m2 room, it was very confortable with balcony and a view to the lake. There are some restaurants near the hotel and a 7/11. The hotel is close to picnic grove and 15 minutes drive to skyranch.
