Ventajas: - Buena relación calidad-precio, menos de RM50 por persona para 4 personas - Cama cómoda (marca King Koil) + muebles nuevos - El apartamento es de nueva construcción, así que todo es nuevo - Aparcamiento gratuito en el sótano - Registro rápido en la planta G, sin colas y con la llave en el mostrador muy rápida - Utensilios de cocina: horno, cocina de inducción, nevera, todo incluido Desventajas: - Solo se proporcionan 2 botellas de agua, no hay dispensador de agua (consejo: hay uno fuera del gimnasio en la planta 39) - La limpieza del suelo es mejorable; encontramos algo de suciedad y arena - La piscina no está muy limpia; el guardia de seguridad nos dijo que no podíamos usarla ese día; no sé por qué - El ascensor tarda muchísimo en llegar; se recomienda evitar las horas punta, como el mediodía y las 12 p. m., hora de salida - Entorno tranquilo; solo hay un supermercado en la planta baja; todo lo demás debe llevarse a casa. Coche =En general, una buena experiencia gracias a la buena relación calidad-precio.

The apartment was spacious and clean. It's also conveniently located above a mall, and surrounded by rows of eateries, massage spots, and convenient stall. It is also near the famed Village Park Nasi Lemak & Wagyu Tavern!

La experiencia fue buena. Sin embargo, los telesillas estaban abarrotados. Tuvimos que esperar varias veces y, a la hora de salida, todos los telesillas estaban llenos.

1st time booking at Sunway Pyramid Hotel. Great to stay here. The gym at the Sunway Resort at the Sunset Terrace was good and love it. It is super long weekend in Malaysia and couple with School Holidays for Singapore and Malaysia too. I believe Hotel should have open up additional breakfast kiosk at the ballroom to cater for the overwhelmed occupancy rate. 31st May 2026, we were surprised to waited in the long queue to get into Sunset Terrace for our breakfast. Staffs are really done their best to make sure everything is in order but food replenishment are slow. Should have improved in the area.

Muy util para descansar entre escalas de viajes o retrasos de vuelos al estar en la misma terminal. Ha sido una extraordinaria idea entre vuelos al estar en un hotel muy bonito, moderno, limpio, personal muy amable y todo lo que requería para mí descanso. Luego fue muy sencillo cenar en la terminal o mismo restaurante del hotel y coger el siguiente vuelo mio. Volveré cuando tenga otra conexión

Stayed 2 weekday nights at Monkey Canopy Resort and overall had an enjoyable stay. It's quite a remote drive on the outskirts of KL, but the kids were excited the moment we arrived. The resort is spacious, beautiful, and even has EV charging stations. Check-in was self-service. While we were guided to the kiosk, the staff wasn't particularly welcoming and did not provide information such as breakfast timings or the WiFi password. With few guests around, a little more assistance would have been appreciated. The buggy ride to the room was fun and the buggy drivers were friendly. Waiting time was reasonable, usually under 10 minutes. The room itself was spacious and clean. One thing to note is that there are about 10 steps leading to the room with no ramp, so carrying luggage can be a challenge. Breakfast was decent but fairly standard, with nasi lemak, noodles, eggs, ham, and bread. The selection remained mostly the same over the two mornings. The resort grounds are huge with plenty of activities available, although most come at an additional cost. Despite a few service shortcomings, we enjoyed our stay and had a great family getaway.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would strongly recommend it to anyone visiting Malaysia. The location is fantastic – right next to an MRT station, which made getting around the city super easy and convenient. What really stood out for me was the amazing staff. I only brought a USB cable to charge my phone, and they kindly allowed me to charge it in the lobby. That kind of flexibility and friendliness is rare and much appreciated. As a bonus, I also discovered that the TV in the room has a USB port, so I could charge my phone there as well – a smart and thoughtful touch. Another great touch – there’s a filtered water pipe available, so you can easily get a cool, clean drink, which is especially refreshing in Malaysia’s hot weather. Overall, great service, excellent location, and practical little details that made my stay stress-free. Will definitely stay here again.

El hotel está cerca del aeropuerto , tiene transfer al aeropuerto , el taxi o gran al hotel cuesta unos 6€ caro para lo cerca que está supongo que tarifa aeropuerto. La piscina está bien , muy grande , la habitación está bastante bien , grande y limpia , no muy detereriorada. Los precios para comer en el hotel son caros y cerca no hay mucha opción . El servicio de bar en piscina es muy mejorable , poca ganas de trabajar y de ver si alguien quiere algo . Muy difícil de descansar porque se escuchan muchísimo los aviones por la noche

This is my third time staying at Mossaz in 4 months and it's gradually losing its standard. The first time everything was in the room, including toothbrushes. The second time there were no toothbrushes, no kettle, no iron, and no ironing board. This time there were no toothbrushes, no hair dryer, and no desk chair. Either the staff is becoming negligent or they are intentionally removing things from the room to charge the guest for later. My advice is to take photos upon arrival and send the photos of whatever is missing to the front desk's Whatsapp.

Staff is friendly & helpful . Cleanliness and facilities were superb. Location is convenient, offering easy access to nearby amenities. Great value for money. Comfortable bed Good sleep well & quiet. The water pressure in the shower is very good. Will be back again.
