We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, while the staff were friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast was enjoyable, with a good variety of options, especially the pastries which were fresh and delicious. We also appreciated the attention given to safety around the swimming pool. The staff were attentive and regularly monitored the pool area, particularly the children's section, which made us feel more comfortable and reassured as parents.

I love the location of the stay which is situated right middle at the heart of KB, love the room bed which is extremely comfy & there is extra bed in case you have not enough to sleep. Another best part, there is McDonald’s, Starbucks & Coffee Bean right below the unit which is so convenient to drop by in case we are hungry right after swimming. Hope there will be a lot of shop lots there soon

For me okay, nice hotel walaupun furnished dia mcm da lama sikit tp masih boleh guna. Thank you juga ada iron yg jenis steam iron. Staff dorang semua okay. Mungkin boleh tambah lagi chanel tv and quality siaran. Itu sahaja, yg lain semua terbaik! 🥰👍✨

Siempre es mi opción para alojarme en Kota Bharu. Buena ubicación, a poca distancia a pie de Pasar Malam Wakaf Che Yah. Hay comida por todas partes y el precio es asequible. Hay muchos restaurantes para elegir. En cuanto al hotel, ¡el desayuno es increíble! Delicioso y con una gran variedad de platos. ¡Muy recomendable!

Tok aman Bali es un lugar un poco apartado, pero eso lo hace perfecto para una escapada corta. Hay piscinas, sala de juegos para niños, spa y mucho más. Incluso hay un mini parque de atracciones con un puesto de juegos por la noche para que la gente disfrute.

Nice funtion hall facility

Its good to have 2 bedroom for my family here. A good location with convenient store, hipster cafe and fast food store around the corner. Easy to get local food too at nearby hawkers. But then, inside the homestay dont have water filter, its a bonus if they have one. Dealing with the a bit frustrating because she/he didnt reply my message. as an example, i send message 12.00noon on Sunday, give a call but she replied at 12.00noon on monday after i contacted the director.

Love this hotel service very much. Although the amenities provided are not really complete as there is no swimming pool, this hotel served the guest very well. The staffs are well polite, great us whenever see us. Thumbs up to their roof garden buffet breakfast. Enjoy the yummy and variety choice food beside the scenery view. The scramble egg and mash potato are the best among all the food provided. The check out procedure was super fast. Will stay in Crystal Lodge if I visit Kelantan in the future.
