Este lugar superó todas nuestras expectativas y somos viajeros ávidos. Todo comenzó con el más cálido saludo cuando entramos por las puertas y la oferta de galletas recién calientes en el check-in, la velocidad fue excelente, las tripulaciones fueron amables y siempre listas para ayudar. La habitación es básica pero tiene todo lo que necesitas, canales de televisión en abundancia, botellas de agua listas, excelente ducha y comodidades, etc. Si pudiera elegir algo, serían los pequeños ruidos de las tuberías por la noche, el aire acondicionado que podría haber estado bloqueado. mejor, pero en serio no tan malo. La cama es cómoda, la habitación está limpia y el espacio es suficiente. Muy cerca de lugares, fácil de conseguir coches. ¡Definitivamente regresaré!

Unidad increíble. Definitivamente allí para los niños que se ponen amistosos. Mis hijos sólo aman el lugar cuando abramos la puerta. Por favor siga la regla de la casa para disfrutar del lugar. :)

Good location, same building as mid valley southkey shopping mall. Hotel surprised us with a slice of complimentary birthday cake for my sister as this booking was to celebrate her BD. We had city view at 23 Rd floor, nice stay and the view was good.

Relatively near to legoland Suite is spacious and clean, although the room is a little old TV, fridge, showers, air con are all working well Bed is on the hard and springy side Staff are friendly and helpful Lvl 1 parking is recommended as basement cp is very dark However, not very child friendly as there is only rainshower and no shower head. So its hard to bath the kids.

La experiencia en cuatro puntos fue excelente. Acogemos y sirvimos por un gran personal orientado al servicio y la ubicación es muy estratégica. Cerca de una selección de restaurantes, mini-bars y tiendas. También cerca del parque temático del agua y playa.

Trying out a different room this time under the same management company. However, I find the cleanliness this time very lacking. The bedsheets (can't see from photo) were stained with random marks, ink, etc. The pillow cases were Really yellow! I have never experienced such a terribly yellowed pillowcase.. I had to sleep with a towel over it. Pros: A box of tissue provided (previous rm didn't have) Laundry detergent provided (previous rm didn't have) Purified water in separate tap Charging points at bedside Dance pad, games console, books Cons: No hot and warm water dispenser (previous rm have) No children's/ plastic utensils 2 single beds on top level (not queen) No ice tray in fridge Aside from room itself, the location of the place is good, walking distance to Sunway Big Box retail mall and many eateries on the other side.

Our recent stay at Space Residency was an absolutely wonderful experience, and one of the biggest reasons was the incredible convenience and cleanliness of the accommodation. From the moment we checked in, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained the apartment was. The rooms were spotless, the common areas were tidy, and everything felt fresh and comfortable. As a family travelling with children, cleanliness is always one of our top priorities, and Space Residency exceeded our expectations. It truly felt like a home away from home where we could relax comfortably after a long day of exploring Johor Bahru. What made the stay even more enjoyable was the excellent location. Everything we needed was just a short drive away. Food options were plentiful and easily accessible, making every meal something to look forward to. We especially enjoyed visiting nearby dim sum restaurants, where we had delicious breakfasts to start our day. For Japanese food lovers like us, Warakuya quickly became one of our favourite dining spots. The food was consistently good, the atmosphere was pleasant, and it was so convenient to reach from Space Residency. Beyond food, there were also many lifestyle and wellness services nearby that added to the overall experience. One of our favourite discoveries was Ayu Borneo at Trove, where we enjoyed a relaxing massage session after a day of shopping and sightseeing. The soothing environment and professional service helped us recharge and made our holiday even more enjoyable. Another highlight was our visit to Kimino Beauty at Pelangi. What surprised us most was how much our children enjoyed the experience. The staff were warm, welcoming, and patient, making the visit comfortable and enjoyable for the whole family. It is not often that both adults and children leave a beauty and wellness establishment smiling, but Kimino Beauty managed to do exactly that. The combination of a clean and comfortable accommodation, excellent accessibility to food, and proximity to quality services made our stay truly memorable. We never had to spend excessive time travelling from place to place, which meant more quality family time and less stress. Whether it was heading out for dim sum in the morning, enjoying Japanese cuisine for dinner, relaxing with a massage, or visiting Kimino Beauty, everything was conveniently within reach. Overall, Space Residency offered the perfect balance of comfort, cleanliness, and convenience. It served as an ideal base for our family holiday, allowing us to enjoy the best of Johor Bahru with ease. We would gladly recommend it to families, couples, and anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent access to great food and services. We are already looking forward to our next visit.
