La comida era muy buena, muy limpia y tranquila, muy útil y amable personal. A bit off the city centre but there's a bus that comes every 1-2 hs if you intend to use public transport, taxi's are also available and can be arranged by the hotel staff at a very affordable rate. El valor por dinero está garantizado y las fotos en el sitio son exactamente lo que es.

The room was huge and refreshing. Staff are friendly and accommodating. They always provide what we needed. And we had our breakfast boxes on our lastday since we checkout early and won’t get our breakfast that day—although it was prepared late but still bril. The location was just 10minutes walk to Budva Old Town and near beaches. I recommend the hotel. Kudos to everyone!

Hotel Zeta is an amazing hotel, I felt so loved immediately I entered the hotel. Svetlana customer service is impeccable!!! Always willing to assist in anyway she can. She is WONDERFUL!!! My room was beautiful and the views were to die for❤️❤️❤️. Behind the hotel is very touristy….you can take so many amazing pictures also there are so many sea side restaurants close to the hotel.
The location of hotel zeta is spot on👌 . The breakfast was so so good. The environment was very clean it felt like home. I had access to the sauna , jacuzzi and steam room.
Mario was also amazingggg. I really enjoyed my stay and I will definitely visit again. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Новые, современные апартаменты. Настолькотновые, что не все еще доделано (не является минусом). Комфортное проживание, приятный персонал. Единственный минус - нет стоянки. Рядом с домом только платные парковки. Но, я так понял, что парковка в дальнейшем планируется, но еще не доделана.

It is the best located hotel by the old town which is just infront of the hotel. What is interesting is that the there are Roman relics that was found when they were building the hotel. It also has a big buffet breakfast.

El hotel está muy bien cerca de las playas y hay un gran restaurante Capitán cerca de donde se puede comer delicioso.
El hotel sólo tiene desayuno y bar. Nos sentamos cómodos. Desafortunadamente no hay espacio de almacenamiento, todo estaba en las maletas. Y no hay habitación de limpieza en el hotel, tienes que ir a Budva, hay 24-hour lavadoras.
El personal es amable y siempre listo para ayudar.
En general, sólo quedan buenas impresiones

Превосходный новый и современный отель. Со своей парковкой, которую нам любезно предоставили. Номер большой, светлый, свежий и кайфовый. Расположение хорошее, до пляжа 5 7 минут идти. Завтрак был тоже отменный 15 блюд на выбор в кофешке, которая находиться чуть правее ресепшена. На стойке регистрации очень милые девушки, одна из них говорила по русски)) будете в Будве, рекомендосьен!

EevilyachI travelled to Montenegro with a friend, and we decided to stay around Budva.
We chose the 2 bedroom suites, and they were large and comfortable, there was a small fridge in the kitchen area (that was full of unpaid snacks and alcohol). The bathroom was clean and functional.
Breakfasts were pretty good, there was everything you could want, including coffee machine, and there were some healthy options. One thing that was really bad are juices, they were reeeeally watered down, barely drinkable.
We travelled off-season, and there was a lot of construction going on around, and it was really loud. You can also hear everything your neighbours are doing, and doors are really really loud, it almost feels like someone just broke into your room.
Unfortunately, we had two very unpleasant things that happened:
1. There is only one road that connects the hotel to the main road. One day construction started on that road, and we could not exit hotel parking on a car, because it was blocked by them. We could not drive our car that day, essentially. Just by coincidence, we didn't need to go far, and decided to just walk to Budva. But imagine if we needed to go to the airport that day.
2. The laundry was broken, and they could not get spare parts in time. There were no laundries around, and pretty much every other hotel was closed. And I could not get to Budva, because the car was blocked! In the end, I had to hand-wash my clothes (in a 4 star hotel that was kinda weird thing to do).
The staff on the first floor was great, and tried to help as much as possible, and tried to find solutions. More questions are to the management of this hotel - how that happened that staff didn't know about construction (I doubt that they randomly decided to fix one random road without notifying anybody), and how one broken piece of washing machine made the laundry unusable - is there just one washing machine for the whole hotel, and how are the towels being washed if laundry is not working.

ייEl hotel es un hotel de gran calidad, y el hotel es un hotel de gran calidad. Necesitas subir a unos 200 metros para llegar al otro hotel donde esta piscina está (aunque ofrecen también un coche de conducción al otro hotel). Una vez que se encuentra allí, puede ”ganar” la segunda fila de las camas de la piscina porque no pertenece a este hotel específico - significa que se hacen un huésped de segunda clase.
Además, no había champú en absoluto en el baño, sólo jabón corporal.
La AC no funcionaba bien. La temperatura no bajó alrededor de 24 grados, aunque lo había fijado a 19 grados. El hotel afirma que el sol afectaba la temperatura, pero las cortinas estaban cerradas, y no hay sol por la noche!
Añadir a la miseria, no había agua caliente en el duche una noche a las 7:00. Me dijeron que esperara y comprobara otra vez a las 10:00, sólo para ser informado de que el problema estaba bien. Pero, como podría haber supuesto, no fue así.
Pedí a la recepción que considerase una compensación, pero se negaron completamente.
Cuando volvíamos a casa, yo envié una correo electrónico a la dirección de la cadena del hotel para obtener una referencia real sobre todo este estancia, y se disculpó, pero no pude ofrecerme ningún reembolso porque no reservaba nuestra estancia directamente del hotel. En cambio, me ofrecieron un siguiente descuento de estancia - que nunca utilizaré, por supuesto.
Desearía no haber tenido que escribir este tipo de revisión para un hotel de 4 estrellas de alto rango.
En mi opinión, ahorra tus problemas y evita quedarse allí o en cualquier otro lugar conectado con su nombre.
ps, acompañado de un pic' del baño que se encuentra en un lugar estrecho para sentarse cómodamente.

El hotel dispone de una habitación doble con balcón, muy confortable y muy confortable. La comida es excelente para un restaurante pequeño, la calidad es buena y el servicio es excelente con un pequeño y intimidad restaurante familiar.
El personal era hermoso, increíblemente útil y amigable, la mayoría de ellos también eran excelentes hablantes de inglés que nos ayudaron mucho. Mención especial a Naa (sp?) que manejó nuestra entrada ( llegamos muy temprano) y salida, transporte organizado, ofreció grandes recomendaciones y lo hizo con una increíble hospitalidad, de una manera amable, amable y madura más allá de sus años.
La ubicación es un poco fuera de Budva, no teníamos un coche, así que fue de unos 10 minutos en camión (aproximadamente 8-10 EUR) o un 40-45 minutos a pie en la antigua ciudad. La calle de la costa tiene un buen camino para la mayor parte del viaje, pero la carretera es cercana, ocupada y alta. No hemos utilizado la piscina, aunque estaba abierta y parecía bien mantenida.
En general, nos gustaba la tranquilidad y el ambiente agradable de un hermoso hotel boutique, nos gustaría recomendarlo.

DDonovan_lHotel Villa Garcia exceeded our expectations. It is a family-run hotel, located in a nice place in Budva. It is minimalist in design, comes with balcony with nice city / mountain view’s. The staff gave us a free upgrade upon check in, as it was relatively low season. We were on the third floor and had nice views of the surrounding mountains. There is free parking.
I like it that the old town is just 10 minutes walk from the hotel, where you can access many shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was exceptional too, from freshly made pancakes to local food items. The cook was so nice to prepare a takeaway bag for us as on our last day, we had to check out early to go to the airport. Overall exceptional 5* service at this beautiful hotel, so choose this place if you plan to visit Budva, just 25 min drive from Tivat airport.

UUsuario invitadoWe had an executive room on the first floor with city view, sea view would have been towards the ferris wheel and the hotel isn’t tall so in my opinion not worth it.
The pool was great. Always a sunbed free. The staff serving drinks and food there were absolutely brilliant. Also had drinks in the bar with great service.
The breakfast is very good, the comments about poor service at breakfast are fair. If you go later there’s no fresh juice or even sparkling water and takes some chasing to get staff to get. Don’t let this put you off though. It really is a great breakfast spread and the hotel was absolutely immaculate and the bed was so comfy. I’d definitely stay again.

UUsuario invitadoThe receptionists are warm and helpful. They always make sure that they can tend to our needs. I was not expecting that the place that I booked is that big and I was delighted. Great views from windows and the balcony. ACs and TVs are working well as expected. There is also a nice swimming pool. The kitchen has enough tools/utensils for cooking and dining. The unit has even laundry! Perfect because I was traveling light. The location is a good walk away from tourist places. Will make you healthy for exercise. This could be a perfect experience if not only for the wifi that is not reachable from our room. The rest were great!

UUsuario invitadoIt was a good stay. The location is amazing for travellers with a car. Kotor is only about 40 minutes drive away, Budva city centre is just 10 minutes by car and Petrovac and Saint Stephen Island are also not far away. I requested a room with a view and got one. Although the view was not the best, the staff were very sweet and helpful.
The apartment was very clean and met my expectations. However, the pool at the hotel is not big but if you want spa facilities they are located nearby.
