Hotel Sokcho is located a 5-minute walk away from the Express Bus Terminal. This is very convenient for catching early buses back to Seoul. There’s a large supermarket nearby as well as convenience stores and eateries. Sokcho Beach is also about a 10-minute walk down the road. The rooms are bright and spacious, with amazing views of the sea. But what we really appreciated was the remarkable standard of service offered. Late one night, our toilet got choked and the flush stopped working. We called the front desk and within a mere 10 minutes, a smartly clad staff appeared at our door, very politely fixed the uncomfortable issue and very politely left, all in a matter of a few minutes. Minimum fuss, maximum efficiency. We were impressed.

Nice new hotel, we enjoyed our spacious room and staff are nice. However, we were disappointed and surprised when told upon check in that there is a fee to use the pool. We haven't stayed anywhere with this rule, but that's ok. Anyway, we are happy to pay, given that we will not be using the pool daily. Then another shock when found out how much they charge for using the pool! Would have given 5 stars for service and amenities otherwise.

The hotel is located right next to a busy street with a bit of sea view. A popular seafood market is in a walkable distance. The room is clean and the staff is friendly.

The room is clean and comfortable, and the staff is very friendly. One of the highlights is watching the sunrise from the hotel’s rooftop, which is a significant advantage. They offer a simple breakfast for those who prefer not to spend time deciding what to eat in the morning. However, if you don’t have a car, the walk from the train station to the hotel can be a bit tiring. Alternatively, you can take a taxi or rely on the bus service, which runs every two or three hours. Overall, this hotel is an excellent choice if you want to spend some time in Jeongdongjin and enjoy the sea.

Llegamos un par de horas después de las 18:00 y no había cola para el check-in. El proceso de entrada y salida fue muy fluido y eficiente. La habitación estaba limpia, con excelentes vistas a las tiendas y restaurantes de abajo, y la vista parcial al mar también era agradable. El hotel tenía una tienda de conveniencia en la quinta planta que visitábamos con frecuencia. Mi familia y yo disfrutamos mucho del Ramada by Wyndham Gangwon Sokcho y volveremos pronto.

If you’re planning a trip to Sokcho, I highly recommend staying at Sonofelice Delpino. The rooms are spacious, and having multiple bathrooms makes it very comfortable for families or groups traveling together. One of the best parts was the incredible view of Ulsanbawi Rock right from the room — especially beautiful in the morning. The resort is clean, well-maintained, and offers a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of sightseeing. Definitely one of the best accommodation choices for a Sokcho trip, and I would gladly stay here again.

This was a very pleasant place to stay before and after a hike in Seoraksan National Park. Lovely view from the balcony. Very clean and comfortable, and helpful staff! Very convenient location. The local bus to the national park is right across the street from the hotel, and the hotel is 10 minutes walk from the express bus terminal. I was pleasantly surprised by a washing machine in the room, which was great to clean my muddy clothes after my hike (you'll need your own laundry detergent). The room had a kitchenette with sink, hot plate, and full-size refrigerator and freezer. The only problem is there was no pot or pan to use on the hot plate, so I could not actually use it to warm my food (unless I would travel with my own pot)! It would be nice if the room provided a hair dryer and if the hotel had some breakfast option. The cafe downstairs offers only drinks, not food, and doesn't open until 11 a.m. The entryway light is motion activated, and there are many electronic buttons and panels around the room that emit light, so if you are sensitive to light while sleeping, you will have to cover your eyes with a sleep mask. Also note that it you close the sliding door between the bed and living area while the air conditioning is on, it will prevent the cold air from reaching the part of the room where the thermostat is located, so the air conditioner will remain on indefinitely, and the sleeping area will get very cold. The various panels for lights and temperature were a bit difficult to understand. English labels would be helpful. But the receptionist was helpful and came up to my room to show me how to use the air conditioning. The USB port on the nightstand worked some of the time and sometimes it didn't. I couldn't figure out if there was a switch or setting somewhere in the room to make it work, or if it was just malfunctioning.

Reservé porque las reseñas eran buenas, pero había una razón por la que era tan barato: lo anunciaban como una ”oferta sin reserva” ㅠㅠ Era por el estacionamiento. El día antes de llegar, recibí un mensaje de KakaoTalk diciendo que no había estacionamiento disponible. Me di cuenta de que a eso se refería la ”oferta sin reserva”. Fue un poco absurdo, pero como llegamos tarde por la noche, reservamos una habitación en el piso B4. El empleado me dijo que me asegurara de tratarlos bien la próxima vez que reservara 😅 La habitación estaba limpia, pero se sentía un poco pequeña y agobiante para cuatro personas ㅠㅠ Solo había dos camas y una mesa de comedor; el resto de los asientos estaban en el suelo, así que teníamos que hacernos a un lado para movernos... ㅠㅠ A duras penas logramos descansar bien.

Fui de viaje familiar e hice una reserva porque estaba cerca de la playa y estaba en un piso alto, así que pensé que tendría una buena vista del océano. ㅎㅎ La vista al mar no era tan amplia como pensaba, pero estaba bien porque estaba en un piso alto. Tan pronto como entré, la habitación estaba cálida y las mantas estaban limpias, lo cual fue agradable. Fue genial porque la playa de Haeshu también estaba cercaㅎㅎ Creo que volveré la próxima vez que viaje a Sokcho.

Hanhwa Resort Searak Sorano es un poco suave. El interior está recién reformado y limpio. Buena condición. Es un resort, por lo que puede comer en el albergue. Es posible y no es suficiente para las familias y los amantes para descansar. Es muy grande y es un pez de agua, así que es una familia. Buena para jugar todo el día
