去吉爾吉斯斯坦出差選了吉國之星阿拉套中央廣場店，一週住下來體驗很舒服，必須來誇誇👍 作為商旅人士最看重位置，酒店離比什凱克火車站超近，打車去老城區談業務也衹要十幾分鍾，周邊步行十分鐘內就有好幾個本地餐廳和超市，買伴手禮、解決吃飯都不用繞路，太省時間了。 我選的商務間空間挺寬敞，因為是新開業，智能馬桶、沙發書桌這些設施都亮潔如新，辦公充電插座佈局很合理，加班整理文件也不用到處找插板。酒店自帶洗衣房，正好把我攢了一週的襯衫西裝都洗乾淨烘乾，出門立馬筆挺，對出差黨太友好了👏 最驚喜的是服務，前台能流利説中文，溝通完全沒障礙，我臨時需要打印合同，前台很快就幫我處理好，還給我推薦了附近靠譜的車行，細節特別貼心。早餐種類雖不算多，但中西式都有，現烤麪包和本地酸奶味道很不錯，每天吃飽出門元氣滿滿。 這個價位在比什凱克市中心能住到這樣的酒店性價比真的很高，下次來這邊出差還會選這裏，也推薦給來比什凱克旅遊和出差的朋友，可以放心沖✅

El hotel dejó una muy agradable impresión. Me gustaba el hermoso y espacioso jardín, el parque de coches gratuito y el personal amable, me gustaría mencionar especialmente Anara y Sumai, que son muy amables y amables! ¡Comunicar, hacer su trabajo muy profesionalmente, siempre saludar con un sonrisa, gracias a la cual te sientes cómodo, y quieres volver aquí otra vez, aquí me siento en casa!

convenient downtown location, yet quite quiet; fast check-in check out; 3+ stars facilities; some of the sockets are of UK standard which could be helpful for certain people; central heating is a bit too hot, need to open the window from time to time; bed sheets aren’t changed every 3 days as supposed and the floor could be washed better; gym is the way too small, apart from that all good, breakfast is satisfactory

Останавливался в отеле на одну ночь после ночного перелета. Заселился в номер очень быстро. Номер оплачивал через сайт Trip.com. рублями тут же на ресепшене , что очень удобно , так как наши карты в Бишкеке не работают. Номер просторный, хороший вид из окна. Из отеля удобно добираться до основых достопримечательностей города. Хочется отметить доброжелательность персонала отеля и достойные завтраки. Я бы порекомендовал данный отель друзьям.

スタッフの方も親切で、部屋も日本のビジネスホテル並みに綺麗だった。また、全く期待していなかったけれど朝ごはんも素晴らしかった！スメタナもピロシキもサムサも食べ放題です！2泊したけれど快適だった。オシュバザールも近いです！

Best hotel we have stayed in throughout our trip across Central Asia. The location is central, close to everything, there are several supermarkets in the neighbourhood. When the sky is clear, you can even see the mountains from your room, it’s beautiful. Everything was great and the people who work here are so nice and helpful. Regarding the laundry however, we appreciate the fact that it is free and that they have someone doing it for us, but we would have preferred a self-service laundry where we can do it ourselves as they didn’t even fold or dry our clothes, they just dumped them in a bag, all wet and crumpled. We were told that the dryer was not working but they could’ve just hung the clothes on something and waited a couple hours for them to dry before returning them. Also, we were told that the phone does not work yet in the room as the hotel is still new and that we could contact them via WeChat, unfortuantely we couldn’t download WeChat with our international phone numbers so we had to go downstairs every time we needed something. That being said, they were super helpful every time we needed anything. They even had a translator and a lovely man dressed as a military who kept welcoming us with a big smile and helped us whenever he was there. We also liked the Chinese breakfast, it was hearty, diverse and comforting. They have all the amenities you could need, the room is clean and spacious with the comfiest beds and high quality sheets, slippers, bathrobes; the bathroom is spacious, cozy and practical and more importantly clean. There is also a bidet. They provide water, fruits, free laundry and whatever you need. You can use the microwave in the basement to heat your food and there's always tea, coffee and water. They also brought a mini fridge to the room after I left a comment about it, this was such a nice and thoughtful gesture, thank you! I have extended our stay several times as we needed to rest and I don't regret my decision.

Situado en una calle ocupada, las ventanas no son realmente sonido. Usted oye todo. Lo mismo se aplica al asilo fuera de su habitación. La ducha es muy amarga y vieja pero decente. El hotel dice que tiene un secador de lavavajillas pero no tienen uno si lo solicita. Sólo lavandería que dura 2 días.

Не стоит он 80$ за сутки. Номер был прокуренный не смотря на запрещающую табличку. В целом не плохо но не за эти деньги. Чуть не забыл-завтрак фантастический! Выше всяких похвал! Он вытащил все мнение об отеле!

Spacious room and bathroom, ok breakfast, location is a little outside of the central district, good service and cleanliness. Some of the Chinese guests are smoking in the bathroom regardless of the warnings and fines, regardless of the designated balcony on each floor reserved for smokers and a nice patio in front of the hotel. My suggestion to the hotel is to put signs in the Chinese language and to organise a breakfast buffet with more simpler dishes instead of complicated baked cheese-topped combinations.

Отель очень неплох, хотя номера маленькие. Спа - огонь, там почти всегда пусто. Что плохо, так это забывчивый персонал. Забыть положить мыло в номер при заезде гостей. Забыть его принести после напоминания. Забыть отремонтировать лейку в душе. Забыть убрать номер. Пойти за карточкой и не вернуться - это, увы, в норме.
