«위치, 서비스, 시설, 청결도 등 모두 만족스러웠습니다! 시모노세키역 또는 버스터미널, 시모노세키국제항 세곳부터 모두 도보 10분 내에 도착할 수 있고 길도 모두 깔끔해서 캐리어가 있어도 문제없었습니다. 또한 체크인 전, 체크아웃 후 짐보관도 가능하고 여러 간단한 문의사항에 대해 잘 응대해주셔서 서비스 면에서 만족스러웠습니다. 조식은 경험하지 못했지만, 웰컴간식으로 객실 냉장고에 있었던 파인애플빵과 무료 야식 소바가 참 맛있었어요. 도미인 프리미엄 시모노세키를 선택한 이유는 대욕장과 노천탕이었습니다. 천연온천답게 물이 너무 좋고 해수탕이었는지 피부가 다음 날 너무 좋아져서 기분이 좋았어요. 대욕장 인테리어와 청결도가 너무 맘에 들었습니다. 다음에 시모노세키를 방문한다면 꼭 다시 방문할 것 같아요~»

«JR 車步行到酒店都不過是10~15分鐘, 好容易找到. 正門對著交通燈位. 擁有300年歷史, 好有傳統風格. 在大堂先要更換室內拖鞋, 而外出時服務員會即時拿出客人的鞋給你更換. 整個建築物已經好有欣賞價值, 有一個正統的日式庭園, 池內養了好多錦鯉魚, 還看到好靚的楓葉.我們房間露台就可以欣賞到庭園, 房間內的浴室有木造的浴缸. 晚餐及早餐都在房間吃...我們的管家非常專業, 又介紹各式食品...還有免費啤酒, 可樂提供. 房間中央位置有電暖氈, 厚厚綿被及暖氣...不過離開這範就會非常凍...此終是舊建築物, 當時技術未有那麼先進. 溫泉池地方不大, 但風呂有二個, 好靚好舒服. 早晚男女湯對換. 酒店過馬路直行有一間”狐狸之足跡”值得推介»

«Unbeatable location with many rooms ( or all rooms) and public spaces facing Tsunoshima Bridge. Our room faced the ocean directly with no obstruction. The bath was also quite decent and the outdoor bath is next to the sea. You can enjoy the sound of the waves while bathing in the hot spa. It should be quite spectacular during sunset. The spa was probably renovated within the last 10 years as it was in good condition. The room , however, felt old and the corridor was damp. The carpet in the room felt damp and the room felt stuffy. The AC worked well and we turned it on high. Our triple room as spacious but I felt itchy the whole night while sleeping- although the sheets looked clean ( I slept on the added bed). The other two beds looked slumped in the middle. Bathroom also looked quite old( from the 70’s)? My room was at the far end wing and there were lots of stairs to walk up and down from the front desk which was on the third floor. The staff will help to bring the luggages to your room ( also at check out - just call). Hotel restaurant serves dinner buffet . If you are not interested, the hotel also has a list of restaurants nearby with 10-30 minutes drive. We drove out to have yakitori in a small down, which was very local, but with friendly owner, good food- and super cheap price ( each yakitori was about ¥120-150 yen. Breakfast buffet has both Japanese and western offers, taste was average. Overall service was very good.»

«료칸이 크고 위치도 버스정류장 근처라 쉽게 찾을 수 있었어요. 조식도 맛있었고 여장부 쇼도 좋았지만 온천 욕실에 바닥이 깨져있고 이불도 얼룩이 있는 것으로 보아 약간의 시설에 대한 투자가 필요한 것 같습니다»

«К сожалению, я провела здесь только одну ночь, но хотела бы остаться чуть больше, чтобы насладиться традиционным духом Японии. При регистрации вы можете выбрать юката, посетить сауну или караоке в отеле. На первом этаже есть магазин с сувенирами и продукцией. Хост был очень добр! Мы прибыли поздно ночью около 23:00, но нас дождались! Завтрак также был хорош и предлагал несколько вариантов блюд из яиц. Я очень благодарна за гостеприимство!»

«Value for money. Highly recommended. Will stay again. The room is large for us to open and pack our luggage in preparing to depart airport the next day. The room facilities are convenient (without stairs) to suit my usage as a person with walking difficulties. I especially love the ensuite onsen bath with beautiful ocean view. The dinner and breakfast are delicious.»

«Hagi No Yado Tomoe is an amazing Ryokan. The exterior is nice and clean and once you head on inside, you enter a rare and elegant world. The facilities are wonderful and everything is created with exceptional precision. The staff are always patient, polite, extremely kind and respectful. They were also very accomodating towards our child. The room we had was amazing and both the dinner and breakfast were delicious and beautifully presented. The onsen was also clean and relaxing. Highly recommended for your next stay if you visit Hagi.»
