«The hotel in the middle of the moutain. Indeed!!! The hotel is just short walk from the bus stop. Room was huge, well equiped with amenities. They also provide the skin care as well. The hotel dinner was really good. It was the japanese course with free flow drink. (Sake, Fruit liquir, beer, soft drink). There are a lot of activities inc. Walking on Midagahara wetlands, stargage (japanese only). The hotel is just next to Midagahara wetland which you can enjoy the view of seacloud in the evening and the stunning view of glassland and the mountain in the morning. 10 of 10.»

«Este hotel fue una sorpresa muy inesperada. Todo en la habitación parecía más propio de un hotel de 5 estrellas, incluyendo plancha para pantalones, ducha independiente y muy espaciosa con cabezal de lluvia, wifi potente, etc. Sin duda, exploraría esta cadena hotelera en otras ciudades.»

«Location is great! Near shopping centres and train station. Drive to Kanazawa and Tateyama is easy too. Car park needs to be booked in advance (need to pay, ¥1000 a night if I don't recall wrongly). Cleanliness is great. Aisle abit narrow for luggage to open. Smoking room in the hotel itself, easy for smokers. Nice tasting Kurobe water provided at the room level. Great touch there! Enjoyed our stay, thank you!»

«Es un hotel muy exquisito. Después de registrarse, debe quitarse los zapatos para ingresar al ascensor y a la habitación. El hotel también proporciona pantuflas desechables y los camareros lo ayudarán a limpiar las ruedas del equipaje. La habitación tiene el tamaño típico japonés, pero es higiénica y tiene separación de ropa seca y húmeda. También puede sumergirse en las aguas termales directamente en la habitación. El desayuno es rico y el sashimi fresco. Después de bañarse en las aguas termales, se ofrece Yakult por la mañana, helado por la noche y también puedes comer un plato de fideos a partir de las 9:30 p.m., todo gratis. El transporte también es conveniente. Está a unos 15 minutos a pie desde la estación de Toyama. También puede tomar el tranvía y bajarse en la estación de Otote. Enfrente se encuentran los grandes almacenes Daiwa, que también son convenientes para ir de compras. Muy buena relación calidad-precio. «In general hotel in japan is very small, and this is no exceptions. The hotel is very clean, amenity is good, with self service laundry, public bath in house and free coffee machine in the lobby. The location wise is okay, within five mins walking distance from train station, and close to convenience store, supermarket and restaurants. The breakfast is quite decent, better than what I expected with this price. Hot water is strong enough.»

«I’m very impressed! The room is spacious compared to Japanese standards and very clean. The bed is soft and comfortable with full amenities. The location is perfect, right next to Toyama Station and the Tram stop, making it extremely convenient. The hotel is above a shopping mall, and there are other malls nearby where you can find everything you need. There’s a wide variety of food and convenience stores close by. You can even walk to Toyama Kansui Park. The staff are lovely and provide great service. I also loved the free water and ice machine. Highly recommended!»

«Excellent. Will definitely stay when returning again. Delicious dinner and breakfast with attentive service. Great experience overall. Hotel was comfortably warm despite snowing during our stay. «Before trip, I think this hotel is located close to Toyama station but I walked from Toyama station to the hotel around 20 minutes (However, this was my own fault for not reading the hotel’s location information carefully). For this hotel, the facilities is very well and various such as public bath, electric body massage machine, vending machine. For the public bath, if you use it during the daytime, you’ll probably get a beautiful view of the Japan Alps surrounding the city. Unfortunately, I used it at night, when it was too dark to see the view.»

«Honestly, I don't know where to start. I'm completely touched by my experience at this hotel. First, the rooms are clean, big, surrounded by nature, greenery, and a beautiful lake that you can observe for a perfect morning scenery. Secondly, the facilities are top notch! Everything is clean! All facilities are provided to you with great quality; clean floors, perfect white clean towels, the hot spring water is clean, the pools are clean, the shampoo and body wash liquids smell amazing! (Like the baby colon your mother would give you as a child with the blue rounded top!) AMAZING! However, I had a very special interaction with one of the staff who deserves a medal for being so responsible and ensuring that her guest was in good hands. Unfortunately, I got sick one morning while I was checking out. I was having an anxiety / panic attack that made me really disoriented. I didn't feel safe driving afterwards and I requested for the ambulance to be called. The kind and beautiful lady at the front desk handled all my paperwork, and ensured clear communication between doctors and nurses. After getting a physical check at the hospital for 2 hours, the results came back fine. There was no problem at all, however, the lady from the hotel staff was still there to see me out and ensure that I was safe and ok to drive. She was amazing! Thank you a million times for providing a fantastic place to stay, but also for taking great care of me! ( I don't have any pictures of the hotel because pictures aren't allowed to be taken within the hot springs, but trust me when I say, everything looks just as it is in the pictures. ) I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.»
