I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome. The room was clean and comfortable, with stunning views. The amenities, including the hot spring and restaurant, were top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway!

For a Regional area like Utsunomiya, I cannot help but rave about how amazing Candeo Hotel Utsonomiya is. Starting from the location; it’s not even 5 minutes from the station so if you have heavy suitcases; there’s barely any hassle to get to the hotel. There’s also a 7-11 right below the hotel so if you need a bite at 2-3 am, you know where to go: there’s also some amazing restaurants right below the hotel so id also say it’s super convenient. In terms of the room, the room was very well maintained with elegant design and very cozy. Room size was sufficient enough and also very comfortable. And the breakfast is just amazing. Every day different soups and just delicious salads with super fresh fruit. 6 out of 5 on the breakfast. And lastly the service, just very very helpful and extremely polite and patient. Some understood English and some understood basic but with google translate it was a piece of cake. They also helped me transfer my luggage from their hotel to the next in another city. Overall just a 5 on 5 rating for every aspect of the hotel.

酒店從鬼怒川温泉站下車，沒有酒店車接站，有温泉各酒店的迎送巴士，在5號巴士站上車，告訴司機酒店名就可以了。不要走路過去，推着行李很不方便。沒有行李走路15分鐘一路逛逛也不錯。 酒店外觀有點舊，千萬不要因為外觀錯過這家酒店！ 酒店有歷史感，牆上有介紹。雖然很老，但很乾凈，房間挺大挺乾淨的。朝着鬼怒川的房間風景好，但流水聲很大，我們睡眠好沒什麼影響。 酒店温泉挺大，早晨男女温泉會換地方，可以體驗不同的池子。温泉乾淨，人也不算很多，還可以掃碼查看温泉人多不多，人少時再去。 酒店下午3點有免費的下午茶，點心很好吃，冰激凌也很好。 酒店的早晚餐特別豐盛，每一種食物都很好吃。我們住了三晚，每天都吃得很開心！ 酒店所有服務員都很熱情友善！ 從酒店到車站的巴士需要提前預約！

A premium hotel & hotspring in kinugagawa onsen,this hotel also is famous all over japan, because of superb hotspring creation made by a big rock,very new & romantic interior design especially in the lobby,w/ an luxurios chandelier,the outside view is amazing,the famous fureai bridge in kinugawa & river is in the front ,very nice autumn view outside,the room is big,but don't have a telephone & dresser,the food is superb but if you want to drink alcohol,you need to reserve from the front desk during check-in.Intagramable view inside & outside,but don't go here by walking with baggage because of the high stairs in fureai bridge,there's a shuttle bus but you need to pay 300yen.Overall,you can feel the scenic views even you don't go outside,Thanks always Trip.com for very nice booking,more power & God bless always

Останавливались в отеле в октябре 2024. Взяли номер на 8 человек, находились в нем вчетвером. Плюсы: 1. В номере есть практически все необходимое, начиная от стиралки, заканчивая капсульной кофемашиной и собственным грилем. 2. Очень удобные подушки и футоны. 3. Есть полный комплект принадлежностей для собак. 4. Есть свой онсен. 5. Подогрев пола в зоне для отдыха. 6. Парковка для автомобилей. 7. Балкон с огромным столом. Минусы: 0. Неудачное расположение. Около 20 минут ходьбы от станции в обратную от достопримечательностей сторону. Отель находится в темном, глухом месте. Не везде по пути к отелю есть тротуары. С одной стороны от отеля промзона, с другой - шоссе. Еле нашли его ночью. Рядом никаких кафе или общественных мест, но есть два комбини в 10 минутах ходьбы. Никаких остановок автобусов рядом нет - пешком до станции, далее на автобусах до достопримечательностей. Отель в первую очередь предназначен для отдыхающих, приезжающих на собственных автомобилях. Сам отель внешне выглядит как классический американский мотель со входами с улицы. 1. Геморройный чек-ин: необходимо вводить свои данные в планшет в номере, у нас несколько раз слетали введенные данные, приходилось вводить заново. Требуют фото паспорта, фото человека. Далее требуется созвониться с живым сотрудником и подтвердить свой чек-ин на камеру, ответить на вопросы. Не могли дозвониться до него минут 10. Всего на чек-ин у нас ушло минимум полчаса. 2. Обнаружила, что в планшете, через который чекинелись, пока он стоит на подставке, работает камера и снимает все, что происходит в номере. Разрешение на это мы, разумеется, не давали. Рекомендую снимать планшет с подставки и класть на стол экраном вниз. 3. Один туалет и один душ в номере, предназначенном для 8 человек. 4. Восемь человек в такой номер не поместятся. Две двуспальные кровати находятся в одной комнате (не очень удобно, не уединиться), в вот четыре футона для остальных гостей разложить негде. Еле уместили два футона, подвинув в сторону стол. 5. Нет утюга. 6. Стиралка не показывает температуру. Кинула кроссовки в сушку, после сушки они уменьшились на два размера (пришлось выкинуть), так как температура была экстра-высокой, но информации об этом на табло стиралки не было. 7. Сломанная дверь в ванную комнату, слегка изношенная мебель.

Experiencia de hotel muy cómoda, nos alojamos por dos noches. Esta casa no es central a la luz del día, pero no está lejos de las principales atracciones. Una vez efectuada la reserva, el hotel le enviará un correo electrónico para informarle de los detalles del registro de entrada. A su llegada a la estación de Nikko, lo recogerán en automóvil. El registro envió primero una bebida, el champán espumoso y el matcha son muy buenos, y el servicio 跪 es muy atento. Elegimos dos camas de estilo occidental más tatami. El nombre del huésped se colocará en la puerta de la habitación. Las dos personas duermen mucho. El exterior es una hermosa vista al patio. Cada habitación tiene una fuente termal independiente. De hecho, básicamente no hay gente en el gran baño. (Porque las habitaciones del hotel no son demasiado), son básicamente exclusivas. En el hotel, probé dos cenas y desayunos Kaiseki. Los patrones eran diferentes y las carreteras deliciosas. Cada habitación estaba organizada en una pequeña caja y la privacidad era muy buena. Por la mañana, hay leche y té de trigo en las aguas termales. Por la mañana, puedo ir a los lugares de interés para jugar y hay autos que se pueden enviar al Santuario Toshogu. Por la tarde, estoy cansado y hago una llamada telefónica. Inmediatamente tengo un auto para recoger las tarjetas en el lugar designado. También es muy reflexivo. En resumen, definitivamente es un buen hotel que recomendaría a mis amigos.

Tomé el tren para llegar a esta posada, pero no pude encontrar el horario adecuado y tuve que esperar aproximadamente dos horas antes de poder llegar a la estación más cercana. ¿La ubicación está en el centro de la ciudad? Fue un poco incómodo viajar en tren, pero lo compensó pudiendo pasar la noche en plena naturaleza. Hermoso edificio, gran ambiente. Quería quedarme una noche más. . Por la mañana pudimos ver una familia de monos desde la ventana y pasar un rato con una vista que habitualmente no vemos. No había tiendas de conveniencia cerca, así que compré algunos bocadillos y otras cosas con anticipación. La próxima vez me gustaría venir en coche.

El mejor hotel en la región de la luz solar. En comparación con los hoteles enojados, hay un lugar de reunión para los turistas de los grupos, es decir, un lugar de descanso para regresar temprano y tarde. Arriving at the train station, I found out the shuttle bus for the hotel wouldn't arrive for another 45 minutes, so we opted to walk there. It takes about half an hour but going uphill in the blazing sun was a bit torturous. The driveway is also very steep, so beware if you have a lot of baggage. Hotel has a wealth of history. It hosted a lot of famous guests in the early 20th century. Modern hotels are sterile in comparison. It's an old building, so is draughty and full of ancient furniture. This may be a turnoff for some but I found it completely charming.
