Rodeado de una gran variedad de tiendas. El hotel tiene fácil acceso desde la estación de Omiya, salida oeste. Es un hotel nuevo, limpio y modernizado. Bic Camera Omiya y los grandes almacenes SOGO (Omiya) están a solo unos minutos a pie. Consigna de equipaje gratuita antes del check-in y después del check-out.

Reservé este hotel para ir a My Neighbor Totoro Forest, que fue inesperadamente bueno. El desayuno realmente vale la pena el precio. Cuesta más de 2900 yenes por un pedido por separado. Se recomienda que elija el desayuno. El lugar del desayuno tiene vistas al monte Fuji. Es un desayuno de estilo japonés, una porción por persona. Hay muchos tipos, ricos en nutrientes y deliciosos, ¡deliciosos! Además, el hotel cuenta con una fuente termal pública. Fuimos allí por la noche. No había mucha gente y fue muy cómodo. En resumen, me sentí muy sorprendido. La habitación era grande y había una mesa pequeña para tomar el té. Había calefacción por suelo radiante debajo de la mesa pequeña, lo cual era muy bueno. Lo único que debe ser quisquilloso es que la decoración es un poco vieja, pero la colcha está muy limpia. No creo que afecte mi elogio hacia él. En cuanto a la ubicación geográfica puede requerir la conducción autónoma, no sé si el transporte público es un inconveniente.

設備はリノベーションされていましたが、禁煙なはずがエレベーターを降りた途端タバコ臭くて驚きました。 アメニティは最低限しかないのでコスメ関係は持って行くべきです。掃除はされていましたが、壁にあるカードキーケースが養生テープで貼られていたり、エアコンリモコンの表示にシール痕があったりと驚きでした。 風呂に換気扇がないのもびっくりでした。

The most important thing to remember about the Mark Grand is that Google Maps will show two Mark Grand hotels and one of them is wrong. Make sure that you find the correct address. The Mark Grand is a renamed and arguably improved upscale hotel in Saitama. It's a few train stops from Ueno and there's more than one way to get there depending if you're coming from say Shinjuku or Ueno. The rooms are immaculate with drip coffee, a humidifier, and you are given the option to have your room cleaned on specific days (not every day). JP customer service, as always, is excellent and although the breakfast buffet doesn't change, the options are more than enough to keep your palate satisfied for a week's stay. There's a Lawson at the second floor and an excellent gym, pool, and spa (not really an onsen). Unfortunately, the sports center isn't free and you have to pay a small fee (1200 yen) to use it but it's more than worth it. It's extremely popular with the older locals and make sure you visit in less busy times. There is a Cocoon mall nearby which is not busy and since the hotel is located in the CBD, you only come across salarymen rather than the annoying Western tourists. I also highly recommend the Railway Museum in Saitama, which is a short 2 stops away. If you're familiar with JP trains and don't mind the short commute, I highly recommend the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Yuno Yado Wadoh with a friend, the scenery out there is absolutely beautiful, the staff were so helpful and attentive, the food was so delicious! The staff were all so kind and went above and beyond to help with any issues we had. The public onsen and private open air bath was heavenly. There were also some very fun hiking trails within walking distance from the Ryokan. I would highly recommend this Ryokan as a fun get away from the city to really get to see and experience the countryside of Japan while not having to travel so far.

旦那の誕生日祝いで、娘（2歳)と 1泊２日でお世話になりました。 部屋は和室10畳タイプのお部屋でとても広く清潔で 娘もとても喜んではしゃいでいました。 温泉もとても気持ちが良く、肌がツルツルになり大満足です 夜食の無料でいっぱい食べられる担々麺も辛すぎず 娘も食べられる程で、とても美味しかったです！ 朝食のビュッフェもどれも美味しいものばかりで 是非また来たいです！！ ありがとうございました！

駅から近いです。 駅周辺には、アルコールなしの夕食を希望する方にとってのお店は少ないです。 部屋は広く、館内は清潔です。 歯ブラシ以外のアメニティグッズは有料です。 とても快適に過ごすことができるホテルです。また機会があれば利用したいです。

空気清浄機が有りました、給水したところ排水口が壊れており加湿できませんでした。 トイレの便器内に清掃の際できたと思われる傷がかなりあり、一瞬汚れと勘違いしました、金属タワシで擦った様な傷です、見た目が悪いので補修が必要かと思います。 立地、景観は良いのでビジネス利用では問題ないです。 朝食もまずますでした。

Me alojé aquí después de un concierto. La ubicación era muy conveniente, cerca tanto del recinto como de la estación. Mi habitación doble daba a las vías del tren, pero el ruido del tren no era un problema y había un sofá en la habitación, así que pude relajarme. Me encantó el kit de cuidado de la piel (limpiador facial, loción y crema). El desayuno tenía una amplia selección de productos y se prestó mucha atención a la higiene, así que me sentí genial desde la mañana. Recomiendo ampliamente este hotel.

Great place for a relaxed stay. We really loved the bath tub outside on the terrace, the room itself was great, too.
