The hotel is great but it has a few key flaws. First off, breakfast requires you to join a queueing system and you might be waiting 30+ minutes for a slot to become available. The elevators are always busy and quite dirty. You have 1 parasol and 1 chair included for the beach, I found it really cheap and unpleasant that they didn’t offer at least 2. Everything else is great but I suggest you improve on the above.

The check in was very easy, as was finding the location along of the villa on the beach. The condo/villa is absolutely stunning with a view of the ocean that cannot be beat. We appreciated the gorgeous sunsets, the pool and soaking tub on the 2nd floor balcony, and the outstanding views of the beach and island (Yojima) in the distance. The beds were some of the most comfortable we slept in while in Japan. We deeply appreciated the amenities - breakfast and food delivery (sausages, veggies, fresh bread, eggs and drinks) upon arrival, and found the layout of the house was fantastic for our family of 5. With two sleeping areas downstairs (kids), and an upstairs master bedroom (parents), we had MORE than enough space. One thing we would have liked about the location description online is an understanding that there is VERY little near by in terms of restaurants, convenience stores, etc. Depending on the weather, not much is walkable within 15-20 minutes. We ate at the Taco Rice restaurant, and walked 30 minutes to a local supermarket, and we drove the other places we needed to go. Also, the general impression we got from the website was that you can access the beach directly from the villa - sort of a, ”walk out to the sand” idea. You cannot. There is a 6-foot wall that separates the bottom floor of the villa with the actual beach area (needed for water level rising during storms, we get that :))... but there is no way down without jumping, nor a path to the beach (from our #3/C Villa, at least). We ended up jumping down the retaining wall using their small gate, walking around to a local business area that had a clear path, and accessing the beach that way. This was fine, don't get me wrong. Also, while the view is spectacular (and it really is), there is a TON of rebar from a former construction project (unfinished, we asked around) that sticks up out of the ocean at low, or extremely low tide (both of which we experienced while visiting - the extremely low tide happens each new/full moon, we were told). When this occurs, the beach stretches for 550 yards. We were able to ”walk and explore” (careful of course of the coral!), but for 1.5 days, we had a view of tons and tons of rebar sticking straight out of the sand, that stretched for 100s of yards in each direction. Again, this did not ruin anything, but it would be nice to know when booking a pricey room. I think the views are outstanding, given the timing you take the photo :) Overall, we would likely not stay again for the price, but it was a relaxing and splurge-y way to get that Okinawa sunset in at the end of long trip (5 weeks) in Japan. We are grateful for this adventure and my shared experience in this review is simply to help families understand more about the property. We traveled in mid-July. Thank you!

This hotel is just across the street from the bus station so it’s great for any excursions you want to take. Lots of family Marts and seven eleven close by, but supermarket was a C little hard to find. It’s about 1 km walk to the main shopping street, but about 5-10 mins away is a great area for finding little restaurants and cafes. Just have a wander and you’ll be spoiled for choice.

Review of Onna Resort, Okinawa About me: I’m a frequent flyer to Japan and a long-time fan of staying at villas and resorts across the country. I enjoy discovering different accommodations across Japan. This time, I chose Onna Resort for a relaxing group trip. ⸻ 👍 What I liked: • Spacious resort– Very roomy and comfortable, easily fits 7–8 people. Perfect for families or groups of friends. • Clean and well-maintained – The entire resort was spotless and felt well cared for. • View exactly as shown in photos – Stunning ocean view that matches the listing. Great for enjoying sunrise and sunset. • Beach nearby – A beach is within walking distance. While it may not be the best in Okinawa, it’s still nice for a stroll or quick swim. • Washer and dryer setup – Includes both a washer-dryer combo and a separate dryer, which is especially handy for drying towels and clothes after swimming. • Well-equipped kitchen – Good selection of cookware and appliances for preparing meals. • Private and quiet surroundings – Peaceful setting with no disturbance from other guests. ⸻ 👎 What could be improved: • Inconsistent check-in information – The email offered early check-in, and a staff member via video call said I could check in at 2pm. But when I arrived, another staff said it was 3pm. This communication gap should be addressed. • Missing basic items – No cups or glasses were provided, obviously an oversight by the cleaning staff. • Limited towel supply – Towels are provided strictly based on headcount. Given the proximity to the beach, it would be more convenient to offer a few extra towels without needing to ask. • Limited Coffee Supply - The resort provides coffee bags based on headcount as well, which was insufficient for guests who consume two or three cups daily. A more generous and considerate coffee supply would enhance the experience. • Insufficient tableware – Only two large plates were provided. It would be more practical to include additional small dishes, rice bowls, and condiment plates (e.g. for soy sauce or wasabi), especially for guests who plan to cook. • Lack of basic cooking ingredients – It would be helpful if staple items like cooking oil, salt, and pepper were provided to make meal preparation more convenient. • No power outlets near beds – Most sockets were located low on the wall and away from sleeping areas, making it inconvenient to charge phones or devices overnight. • Weak Wi-Fi signal in places – Internet connection was spotty in some areas of the villa, although it offers several wifi spots within the resort, but still weak

Excelente ubicación en la estación de monorraíl Makishi n.° 9. Gire a la derecha y camine 2 minutos hasta el hotel por un puente. Es muy práctico, ya que el aeropuerto de Naha tarda solo 20 minutos para tomar el vuelo de la mañana. La calle Kokusai, con numerosos restaurantes, está a solo 150 m. Sin embargo, la habitación doble puede resultar un poco pequeña.

Esta fue mi segunda estancia en este hotel y lo recomiendo. Sin embargo, también tiene muchas desventajas. Primero, el servicio es mediocre. Las ventajas también son obvias: la playa es preciosa, con la mejor arena de Onna Village. Las zonas comunes del hotel son estéticamente agradables, con plantas y flores bellamente dispuestas. La selección del desayuno es regular, pero el sabor es aceptable. Hay un puerto pesquero cerca y varios restaurantes justo afuera, que ofrecen una amplia variedad de comida deliciosa. Una excelente opción en Onna Village. Quienes no se preocupen por los hoteles más antiguos y consolidados deben tener cuidado, ya que tiene más de cincuenta años. Sin embargo, ¡está muy bien mantenido! Además, las habitaciones no tienen alfombra, así que hay menos polvo. En resumen, Enna Village es la mejor opción de alojamiento. Si prioriza la habitación y la decoración del hotel, puede elegir el de Montreal, al lado; el interior es mucho mejor, pero la playa es regular. Si prioriza la calidad de la habitación, elija Montreal; si prioriza la playa, elija este lugar.

Esta es una excelente opción si desea alojarse en pleno corazón de American Village. El hotel es completamente nuevo, lo cual se nota en el estado de las habitaciones y las instalaciones. Los servicios eran excelentes: tener lavadora/secadora con dos paquetes de detergente gratuitos al día fue increíblemente práctico, especialmente para estancias largas. El refrigerador y el microondas en la habitación también facilitaron la preparación de comidas sencillas en lugar de comer fuera todo el tiempo. La habitación en sí se sentía más como un apartamento, con una amplia sala de estar, un balcón y una vista increíble de American Village. En cuanto a la ubicación, es perfecta si su principal objetivo es explorar American Village. Sin embargo, más allá de eso, la zona se vuelve bastante tranquila por la noche, una vez que la mayoría de los negocios del pueblo cierran. Pensándolo bien, probablemente me habría alojado más al norte como base para visitar las atracciones del norte de Okinawa. Desafortunadamente, la experiencia de servicio fue decepcionante, especialmente fuera del horario de atención. Durante el registro de entrada, el personal de seguridad se negó a permitirme estacionar temporalmente en los espacios abiertos mientras descargaba el equipaje, alegando que esto animaría a los demás a exigir estacionamiento allí. Tampoco había personal de seguridad en el aparcamiento para operar el ascensor automático cuando regresé, así que aparqué en el aparcamiento exterior, solo para que me regañaran al día siguiente durante el check-out. En general, el hotel y sus instalaciones son excelentes, pero el servicio inconsistente y poco servicial afectó considerablemente mi experiencia.

Hay muchos insectos en las cercanías con más hierbas. También hay menos opciones para el desayuno Si diez puntos son suficientes, el precio es sólo seis puntos.

La ubicación es excelente, con una empresa de alquiler de coches en la planta baja y tiendas, supermercados e izakayas cerca. El monorraíl está justo al lado, lo que lo hace increíblemente práctico. Sin embargo, ten en cuenta que el monorraíl se llena mucho en el viaje de vuelta, por lo que las familias con niños pequeños quizá prefieran tomar un taxi. La habitación estaba limpia y la televisión tenía YouTube y Netflix. La habitación que reservé era una habitación doble básica, que era suficiente para dos adultos y un niño (de 4 años). Una maleta de 71 cm apenas se podía abrir y, una vez abierta, era difícil moverla. Además, si tu hijo tiene problemas para dormir, aunque las dos camas se pueden juntar, dos camas individuales no son suficientes. Así que, la próxima vez reservaría una habitación más grande. Otros inconvenientes incluyen: la presión del agua en el lavabo del baño es baja, el grifo y el desagüe están demasiado juntos, lo que dificulta lavarse las manos, y el secador de pelo tiene poca potencia. La insonorización exterior es deficiente. Se oye claramente a la gente hablar, y lo mismo ocurre con el ruido de los vendedores ambulantes y los trenes que pasan por fuera de la ventana. Si bien estos ruidos son tolerables, el constante sonido del agua corriendo en el baño era bastante molesto, posiblemente debido a un problema de fontanería, ya que se oía en todo momento. La insonorización de la habitación contigua era buena; no oí mucho ruido. Cada planta del hotel cuenta con un dispensador de agua (sin agua caliente, así que téngalo en cuenta si quiere preparar biberones), una máquina de hielo y una máquina expendedora, lo cual es muy práctico. Tiene algunos inconvenientes menores, pero en general lo recomendaría.

¡La vista de los edificios de Okinawa y el océano desde el lobby y la habitación del piso 17 era tan hermosa e increíble! Como era un edificio nuevo, todo era cómodo y limpio. También hay taquillas para guardar equipaje y maletas. ¡Es una máquina de auto check-in y el personal está siempre disponible! Me sorprendió que tuviera todas las comodidades y hasta sales de baño ✌️ Volveré aquí otra vez..
