«Well kept older hotel with huge rooms and great bathrooms. Biggest rooms and bathrooms we've had in Japan! Very clean and comfy beds. Great staff and very close to historical district.»

«The location of the hotel is incredible! It is just beside the main station exit. The place was in pristine condition, very spacious and the staff extremely polite. The only down side is that it doesn't have a restaurant in which you could have breakfast. There are alot of great places to eat nearby but that would be a bonus.»

«Este hotel superó nuestras expectativas. Como viajábamos con nuestra hija de 8 años, nos asignaron una habitación triple. Está muy cerca de la estación de Okayama, con un pasillo exclusivo que conecta con el hotel. Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas. Teníamos muchas ganas de probar el desayuno, pero como teníamos que coger un tren temprano a Takamatsu al día siguiente, no lo reservamos. Desde el momento del registro, nos pareció un hotel de alta categoría con una larga trayectoria y un carácter único.»

«My stay at Setouchi Keirin Hotel 10 was one of the highlights of my trip. The view of the Sea from the room was absolutely stunning—peaceful and beautiful both in the morning and at sunset. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the design felt modern and minimal. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service. The location is also very convenient, especially for visiting Naoshima, as it is close to Uno Port. The hotel also offers a free shuttle bus to and from the port, which made traveling even easier. Overall, it’s a perfect place to relax and unwind. I would definitely stay here again!”»

«Wat een geweldige ervaring! Dit is een echt traditionele ryokan, gelegen in de prachtige historische wijk Bikan. Het privé diner op de kamer was van hoge kwaliteit en werd door een alleraardigste dame geserveerd en toegelicht. De sfeer in de ryokan is heel fijn, bijna sereen en van binnen is het pand prachtig met veel glanzend hout. De kamer was ruimer dan verwacht.  Wij waren vergeten vooraf een parkeerplek te reserveren. Gelukkig was er plek en een medewerker bood aan mee te rijden. Super attent.»

«The staff I came came across were all very polite and had welcoming smiles, no matter at the reception desk or the restaurant on 20/F. I enjoyed my stay here, but it felt comparable to the 3 star hotels, just slightly better especially thanks to the fabulous breakfast and location of breakfast…If hotels have half stars, i would think it’s’more of a 3.5 star hotel instead of a 4. I have a few suggestions which the hotel can look into to improve in the future. 3 Things to improve on: 1) I picked this hotel because I read other reviews saying the hotel is connected to a bridge from the Okayama station. This is true but unfortunately there were no signs in the station to guide travellers unlike another hotel like Granvia. Google suggested that I look for the west exit which I did, but I ended up being at the ground level hence had to bring big suitcase all the stairs…then I spotted the bridge and ANA crowne plaza from the street 2) cleanliness can be improved. There’s a UCC drip coffee machine in the room. I don’t drink coffee, and the box for the drip coffee selection was refilled. However I spotted a used capsule on the floor near the wall. The bin was not blocking the view, so the cleaners could’ve easily spotted the rubbish if they had been a little more careful and looked under the table when they have to clear out the rubbish bin anyway. 3) I sent a message to the hotel via TRIP.com. The message wasn’t replied promptly, as in within a few hours. Ultimately it didn’t matter anymore, I arrived at the hotel before somebody managed to reply me. Maybe it’s the system that’s problematic which may have caused a lag? Or staff only look at mails/messages when not too busy at the front desk?»

«Excelente ubicación, junto a la estación de tren y las terminales de ferry. El personal de recepción fue muy amable y servicial. Me alojé en una cabaña, y estuvo bien para pasar la noche. La cama era cómoda. La zona común tiene microondas, nevera, hervidores de agua, una selección de tés que se pueden preparar en tetera, agua embotellada y algunos detalles. El hotel me ofreció un cupón gratuito para un onsen cercano, que tenía buena pinta, pero no lo visité. El hotel también me guardó el equipaje después de la salida mientras visitaba Naoshima. Es un poco caro para una cabaña, pero quedé muy contento con mi estancia.»

«La ubicación es perfecta, frente al mar interior de Seto y el paisaje es incomparable. Hay un servicio de traslado en autobús que sale de la estación de Kojima con un horario. Es mejor ponerse en contacto con el hotel con antelación para hacer una reserva. No está lejos de la plataforma de observación del monte Washiba y se puede llegar a pie. Es solo que la piscina para bañarse es un poco pequeña y estará llena si hay algunas personas más. La limpieza de la habitación podría mejorarse, pero en general estoy satisfecho y muy recomendable.»
