«The hotel is located 5 mins walk from Okayama station and it’s convenience if you go for day trip to Kurashiki. There is Aeon mall just 2 mins walk from hotel and there are a lot of shopping and dining there. In addition they have a big supermarket there. We booked a Moderate twin room and it’s spacious, however when cars passed-by a drain cover outside will make noise and it’s annoying plus you can hear noise when train pass-by. The hotel offer us to change to a smaller room which is facing the courtyard. Due to centrally control aircon, the rooms are very 🥵. If aircon can be self control will be much better»

«Wat een geweldige ervaring! Dit is een echt traditionele ryokan, gelegen in de prachtige historische wijk Bikan. Het privé diner op de kamer was van hoge kwaliteit en werd door een alleraardigste dame geserveerd en toegelicht. De sfeer in de ryokan is heel fijn, bijna sereen en van binnen is het pand prachtig met veel glanzend hout. De kamer was ruimer dan verwacht.  Wij waren vergeten vooraf een parkeerplek te reserveren. Gelukkig was er plek en een medewerker bood aan mee te rijden. Super attent.»

«The staff I came came across were all very polite and had welcoming smiles, no matter at the reception desk or the restaurant on 20/F. I enjoyed my stay here, but it felt comparable to the 3 star hotels, just slightly better especially thanks to the fabulous breakfast and location of breakfast…If hotels have half stars, i would think it’s’more of a 3.5 star hotel instead of a 4. I have a few suggestions which the hotel can look into to improve in the future. 3 Things to improve on: 1) I picked this hotel because I read other reviews saying the hotel is connected to a bridge from the Okayama station. This is true but unfortunately there were no signs in the station to guide travellers unlike another hotel like Granvia. Google suggested that I look for the west exit which I did, but I ended up being at the ground level hence had to bring big suitcase all the stairs…then I spotted the bridge and ANA crowne plaza from the street 2) cleanliness can be improved. There’s a UCC drip coffee machine in the room. I don’t drink coffee, and the box for the drip coffee selection was refilled. However I spotted a used capsule on the floor near the wall. The bin was not blocking the view, so the cleaners could’ve easily spotted the rubbish if they had been a little more careful and looked under the table when they have to clear out the rubbish bin anyway. 3) I sent a message to the hotel via TRIP.com. The message wasn’t replied promptly, as in within a few hours. Ultimately it didn’t matter anymore, I arrived at the hotel before somebody managed to reply me. Maybe it’s the system that’s problematic which may have caused a lag? Or staff only look at mails/messages when not too busy at the front desk?»

«Este hotel superó nuestras expectativas. Como viajábamos con nuestra hija de 8 años, nos asignaron una habitación triple. Está muy cerca de la estación de Okayama, con un pasillo exclusivo que conecta con el hotel. Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas. Teníamos muchas ganas de probar el desayuno, pero como teníamos que coger un tren temprano a Takamatsu al día siguiente, no lo reservamos. Desde el momento del registro, nos pareció un hotel de alta categoría con una larga trayectoria y un carácter único.»

«Esta vez vivo en el desayuno. El menú de buffet es rica y el contenido es muy satisfactorio. La habitación es nueva, muy limpia, quiero utilizarla de nuevo.»

«¡El paisaje es tan hermoso, muy cómodo y con un servicio de primera clase! La propietaria y el personal del conductor son amables y simpáticos. Si compra un jrpass, puede programar una cita para recogerlo y dejarlo. Es gratis en la estación de Kurayoshi y los peajes de la autopista en la estación de Tsuyama, pero vale la pena. El tiempo es dinero. Le di un pequeño obsequio antes de irme finalmente, ¡con ganas de volver la próxima vez!»

«Excelente ubicación, junto a la estación de tren y las terminales de ferry. El personal de recepción fue muy amable y servicial. Me alojé en una cabaña, y estuvo bien para pasar la noche. La cama era cómoda. La zona común tiene microondas, nevera, hervidores de agua, una selección de tés que se pueden preparar en tetera, agua embotellada y algunos detalles. El hotel me ofreció un cupón gratuito para un onsen cercano, que tenía buena pinta, pero no lo visité. El hotel también me guardó el equipaje después de la salida mientras visitaba Naoshima. Es un poco caro para una cabaña, pero quedé muy contento con mi estancia.»

«Tengo un bebé, así que vine aquí a buscar un hotel cómodo, incluso un bebé. Se pusieron las camas antes de que cayeran. También prepararon una taza de café para los niños. El servicio se satisface al máximo cuando sea necesario, la habitación es grande y tranquila, y puedo pasar un tiempo cómodo. Hay frigoríficos, panaderos, bañera de agua, ventilador y placas de hierro con helado. Estoy seguro de que me quedaré en el barrio y lo utilizaré otra vez. La ubicación es conveniente, es un auto, pero lo que me rescató es que tengo un estacionamiento de monedas para microautos. Me he puesto la comida que compré en mi habitación. Hay una gran instalación comercial al otro lado de la estación de trenes, y no tengo problemas. Muchas gracias a todos.»

«Esta vez, viví dos noches con cuatro miembros de mi familia (3 adultos y 1 niño). Esta es una ubicación muy conveniente para el turismo, y caminar puede llegar a la zona de la belleza de Chen. La estación es fácil de llegar, y me disfruto fácilmente de un paseo en la zona de la belleza. La habitación es grande, limpio muy bien, puedo pasar un tiempo cómodo. La cama es muy cómoda, toda la familia puede descansar. El personal también es muy amable, la estadía y la salida son muy fáciles. Hay muchos restaurantes alrededor del hotel. Tengo que salir a cenar la noche, a la vez que aprovecho la luz de la zona bonita, y pasé un buen tiempo como un arbusto. Este hotel es conveniente para visitar y comer, por lo que se sugiere que se planifiquen los viajes a la ciudad. Si tengo la oportunidad de volver a visitar la ciudad, lo quiero.»
