Es mi 2o estancia aquí en este hotel, y me encanta. Nice espacio para un solo ocupante, cómodo cama y cocinas. Me gusta la parte donde puedo abrir ventana ligeramente ajar para ventilación. La habitación está muy bien equipada, y el personal de servicio es amable y útil.

Good location very near Sendai Station  Nice room & hotel decor is modern  Dining & shops around  I chose a queen bed room  I stay on the 15th floor (train platform side)  I think the other side facing the taxi stand may have better view  However one side of the bed is lower so not very comfortable  Air ventilation in toilet need to be improved especially the bath area  Breakfast is good I like the fresh kiwi vegetable juice & cold cut beef  One thing to improve in toilet (no hangers for clothes)

Habitación muy espaciosa. La nuestra tenía un sillón de masaje, ¡lo cual fue genial! Cerca de restaurantes y zonas comerciales, pero un poco a pie de la estación JR. Personal muy amable. El desayuno estaba bien, pero no era impresionante. El vestíbulo era bastante agradable y ofrecía café gratis.

the hotel location is pretty close to a subway station, everything was great. the room was clean, all amenities are readily available (you can pick up more in the hotel lobby as well) all the staffs were great and friendly, very helpful! i really enjoyed my stay in the hotel :)

En el desayuno buffet sirven comida con todos los ingredientes alérgicos, pero no se mencionó claramente si tiene cerdo, carne de vacuno o pollo. Ejemplo: había una salada de patata donde dice que no tienen cerdo en ella, pero descubrieron que ponen salsa de cerdo en ella mientras comen y te dejarán saber después de que les pregunten. Si hubieran mencionado claramente, sería mejor reconsiderar cuando usted tiene problemas de alergia. Creo que se ha organizado mal. Por favor, tenga cuidado con los problemas de alergia antes de comer durante el desayuno y pregunte a los compuestos en detalle si se siente confuso.

The hotel is modern and the room is larger by Japanese standard. As practised by most hotels, amenities like toothbrushes and tea bags can be taken from the reception counter. The hotel has thoughtfully provided small plastic bags for customers to bag the amenities though I see this as counter to their green efforts. There is a laundry room, but the wash may not be thorough as my clothes did not come out smelling fresh.

Situado a 5 minutos a pie de la estación Sendai. Inspección rápida, alta seguridad. La Gem de esta estancia se encuentra en el desayuno. El hotel está bien equipado. Adoro el establecimiento del orador Bose en la habitación, así Grandbach. Definitivamente regresa.

チェックインからチェックアウトまで丁寧な対応にとても感謝しています。大浴場に置いてある男女別のコインランドリーがとても便利で、入浴中に乾燥機がかけられて、とてもありがたかったです。アメニティーなどもとても豊富で、素敵な滞在となりました。

Nice Sea view and onsen. Great variety of seafood buffe and breakfast but taste was acceptable. There is hotel shuttle bus service but the last bus was before 6 pm. The JR station has no staff and does not have any escalator or elevator so beware that you need to carry luggage up and down the stairs. It's out of GO service area but there was taxi waiting in front of the station.

I am so glad I chose Komatsu-kan during my stay in Matsushima. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful. When I told him I am a vegetarian, he kindly informed the kitchen to exclude animal flesh and seafood from my meal. (Usually, hotels ignored my food request, or they just gave me tofu and pickles for my meal.) The next morning, I was so surprised to see my breakfast. I loved the fresh salad, steamed vegetables, over-easy eggs, chawan-mushi, and the pickles even tasted better than before. Then the room surprised me with the pine tree and the beautiful sea view. The next morning I woke up at 4:45 to see the sunrise. Just from my room, I could see the sun slowly rising from the other side of the sea. Stunning! I really enjoyed the little Me time here. Actually, this hotel is well-maintained, and that helps raise the value of it. I also love the fresh little flowers right next to the washing basin. And the people working here are quite ya-sa-shi. They are kind and gentle. Generally speaking, this is a nice place worth staying and relaxing in.

The accommodations themselves were subpar and in dire need of renovation. My room was outdated, with worn-out furnishings and a general sense of neglect. The cleanliness standards were questionable, and I encountered several maintenance issues throughout my stay. The lack of attention to detail and upkeep was simply unacceptable. In terms of dining options, the hotel fell short yet again. The on-site restaurant served mediocre food with limited choices. The quality of the meals was average at best, failing to impress even the most casual of diners. The lack of variety and flavor left me disappointed and longing for better culinary experiences. Furthermore, the overall ambiance of the hotel was lacking. The atmosphere was dull and devoid of any character or charm. También hay una fuente termal en el primer piso con servicio de masajes. No se recomienda el masaje.
