En varios lugares se estaban realizando reformas, por lo que, entre otras cosas, no se pudo utilizar la zona de sauna.  Sólo tienes una botella de agua, sólo el primer día de tres. Le pedí a la camarera de piso una botella de agua, en parte porque no tenían que limpiar mi habitación, pero me dijeron que sólo estaba incluida una botella el primer día. Por eso, elegí comer mis tres almuerzos en restaurantes distintos al del resort, además de alquilar una moto en otro lugar. Esto supuso una pérdida de al menos 15.000 Y para el complejo, ya que el almuerzo cuesta al menos 3.000 Y multiplicado por 3 y una moto al menos 6.000 Y. Imaginemos lo que una botella de agua al día podría haber supuesto en ganancias adicionales.

This is a very nice hotel close to Kagoshimachuo station. It is convenient location for taking the Shinkansen and other trains. It is also a short walk or tram journey into Tenmonkan or the port area The room is a good size clean and you can choose a room with a magnificent view of Sakurajima Cleaning is done every two days but you can leave a sticker on your door and they will clean if you wish on off days The bathroom is the biggest I have seen in Japan very modern and nice to use Staff are very friendly and helpful. If I would visit Kagoshima again I would like to stay here

My sincerest gratitude to the professional service and helpfulness of the front desk staff in particular the Div. Manager, Mr. Atsuyoshi Kubota, who patiently search for available medical service during late hours for treating my wife's injury and also voluntarily arrange a staff to accompany us to the hospital. Ram Kumar, the accompanying staff, is instrumemental in our communication to the medical personnels and he is so kind to arrange late dinner for us at the hotel's discretion. They not only demonstrate the highest level of professionalism but also their genuine care of the well being of the customers. Once again, big big thanks to Mr. Kubota and his team of beautiful people. By the way, good breakfast and dinner, both in terms of the menu as well as service and venue.

El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad de Daiwa. La ubicación es tan grande. Está a lo largo de la calle desde la parada de autobuses del aeropuerto. A lo largo de la calle está todo El Kagoshima Island View salta y salta de la parada de autobuses, y autobuses/tranvías a Sakurajima, estación de tren Kagoshima Chuo. Está justo al lado de la arcade de compras de Tenmonkan y de toneladas de opciones de comida y bar. También puedes caminar a tantas atracciones turísticas. No puedes equivocar con este hotel basado en la ubicación solo. Las habitaciones son mayores que media y limpias. El hotel tiene una amplia gama de servicios, como la de la casa de baño, la sala de cafeterías y los sacos de té. El hotel está tranquilo porque está situado en el centro de toda la acción. ¡Sigue aquí la próxima vez que llegue a Kagoshima!

A renowned hotel 6 minutes drive away from Ibusuki station and 3 minutes walk to Saraku Sand Bath. The hotel is well maintained and staff are friendly and professional. They have staff that speaks both Japanese and English, and there is a shuttle bus service from the station to the hotel. Within the hotel, there is a single bath area, shop for locally produced souvenirs, dining and lounge area. The kaiseki meals were also cooked well. Worth a visit if you are looking in the area 👍🏻

The furniture is a bit dated and worn out but it has a million dollar view of Sakurajima. I had planned to stay only for one night on my way elsewhere but after seeing the view from my balcony, I immediately booked another night and the next day, the staff were very accommodating to allow me to stay in the same room without checking out and checking back in later. Would totally recommend this hotel to anyone.

При заселении оказалось, что есть нестыковка между номера на Трип.ком и реальным номерным фондом. И как результат забронированный нами номер занят. В качестве замены нам предложили 2 варианта: площадью в 2 раза меньше (20 кв.м. вместо 40), зато с сауной в номере (нам такое не интересно), либо такой же площади, как изначально бронировали (40 кв.м.), но с 4 кроватями вместо нашей одной. Убедившись, что в нем окна тоже выходят на Сакурадзиму, мы выбрали его. На втором этаже 2 полутораспальные кровати, на первом 2 двуспальные. Матрасы и подушки комфортные, в меру жёсткие. На мини-кухне чайник, холодильник, плита, раковина, дрип-пакеты с кофе, сахар, кружки, тарелки, столовые приборы, даже сковорода. В ванной комнате есть шампунь, кондиционер, гель для душа, мыло, фен. Каждый день приносят чистые полотенца, забирают грязные и мусор (если их оставить на полу в прихожей), выдают новые мусорные пакеты. Возле ресепшна есть комод, в котором можно взять бритву, расческу, мочалку, ватные палочки, бумажные салфетки, маску для сна, беруши, зубную щётку и пасту. Уборка в номере предусмотрена при проживании более 4 дней, т.е. за 6 дней у нас убрались 1 раз. Вход в номер по qr-коду, который дают сфотографировать при заселении, он же позволяет пользоваться лифтом. Он же нужен для самостоятельного чекаута. Для удобства мы добавили код в понижение для разных скидочные карт. Минусы есть, но не критичные: автоматический свет в туалете: когда ночью встаёшь, он бьёт в глаза. Слишком теплые одеяла. В пятницу и субботу вечером в парке Тенмонкан, на который выходят окна номера, было очень шумно. Возможно это было связано с празднованием Хэллоуина (в остальные дни было тихо). В целом гостиница классная, новая, современная, однозначно стоит своих денег. С удовольствием вернёмся ещё.

Great stay at Remm Kagoshima. The room was very clean and well maintained. Location is excellent, very convenient for getting around and close to shops and restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Facilities were also well equipped. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant experience.

It was a wonderful stay. The hotel management was excellent, and the room was in great condition. I want to give a special mention to Miss Gotanda 五反田, who guided me after check-in. Her detailed explanations and warm smile set a positive tone even before I checked in. The hotel's hot spring overlooks Sakurajima volcano, enjoy hot spring while watching the sunrise was a truly delightful experience. I will definitely come back again next time.

The room was very spacious and clean. The kids had fun running up and down. Got everything needed in the room from electronic stove to washing machine. The mattress and pillows were the best! We had great sleep and got recharged perfectly!
