Amazing stay with very friendly staff, even thise who are helping with breakfast. Great location just in front of the train station. The room was spacious, the bathroom had a great bathtub, and amenities were not lacking. They have the breakfast lounge open from 12-8pm, where you can work or chat or just people watch in front of the station and have coffee, tea and soda available. You can also eat your food here though the microwave is on a different floor. I would definitely come back to this hotel, as I fell in love with Morioka.

El servicio es excelente desde mi primer paso en el hotel. La habitación es grande como puedo correr alrededor. El desayuno es grande. Mucho de buena comida servida como conjunto japonés. Onsen es realmente cómodo. Fui allí en verano que no había muchos turistas. Así que a veces, sólo yo estaba en el culo. La casa de la ciudad es una de las principales ciudades de la ciudad. Puedes encontrar algo para comer desde la familia mart (20 minutos a pie).

This is a highly recommended and convenient hotel right in Morioka. The location is perfect: it's situated directly across from the train station, easily accessible via the underground walkway. It's also near Kaiunbashi, one of Morioka's signature spots, offering a great scenic view. For ultimate convenience, there's a 7-Eleven located right on the ground floor of the hotel. Beyond the location, the staff are very nice and incredibly helpful. The lobby provides an impressive array of amenities, more generous than many hotels I've visited. The room size is comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious, meeting the excellent standards of the Daiwa Roynet brand.

All well. The car park entrance is a bit hard to find if you’re driving but very convenient if you are using the train. Close to a observation desk near the train station

The hotel is loaded with tourist groups who are unfortunately pretty rowdy and rude. Service at the hotel itself was excellent, and for the price and location it’s a reasonable stay, as a ski-in-ski-out hotel. Breakfast is a standard Prince Hotel buffet.

Onsen is great and the cream proposed is excellent

Overall, the room is standard in the typical Japanese hotel style. They provide an ergonomic pillow, but I didn’t like it very much. There was still some dust found around the headboard area. The in-room safe was not working, and no water was provided. However, the location is good—not far from the station. Free sachet creams are available, and the price is reasonable. I would recommend staying here.

Lo utilicé en mi viaje de familia. Esta es la segunda casa desde mi visita en marzo. Me gusta porque el agua caliente me hace la piel flexible. ¡El desayuno y la cena también son satisfactorios! Me quedé aquí para unas vacaciones familiares, esta es mi segunda estancia después de visitar en marzo. Me encanta el agua caliente de primavera porque hace que mi piel glutinosa. El desayuno y la cena también son muy satisfactorios!

We had a pleasant stay in general. However, room ceaning service needs to be improved. Our group of people have a few bad experiences. 1) after returning to room after the day, there was a used mask left in the bathroom. There’s also a day without providing onsen towels and we had to bring over the mid size ones 2) the door of my friend’s room remained open after the cleaning service (a 3M sticker with なすし2 sticked on wall). Glad there’s no missing items 3) another room, there was blood and urine stint left on the toilet cover! I hope the hotel can take it seriously as it indeed ruins the brand of IHG and bad customer experience.

A smart, neat, clean hotel with efficient check-in and luggage storage. Room was adequate with a lovely large window for city views and distant snowy mountains. Bathroom nice with a largish bath. Bed was very comfortable with the large, puffy duvet. Enjoyable 2 night stay.
