I recently stayed at Hotel Emion Sapporo for 3N, and overall, it was a great experience! The hotel is just a 7-minute walk from JR Sapporo Station, making it very convenient for travellers. There are malls and plenty of shops near the station. It is also located next to the bus terminal, which serves as a gathering area for those who have booked day tours—a major plus for sightseeing. The hotel itself is exceptionally clean and well-maintained (almost new), with a modern and welcoming ambience. A convenient feature is the 7-Eleven store linked directly to the hotel, perfect for grabbing snacks or essentials anytime. A highlight of our stay was the breakfast buffet (local), which offered a wide variety of delicious options to start the day right with a nice view of the falling snow. The only downside for us was the room layout—we felt there was quite a bit of wasted space that could have been utilized better. However, this didn’t take away from the overall comfort of the stay. Despite this minor issue, Hotel Emion Sapporo is a solid choice for those looking for convenience, cleanliness, and quality service in Sapporo. Would definitely recommend it!

We booked two rooms. A room at the corner was arranged to us. It was smaller than another room so we asked the staff to arrange use another room. And they agreed. The hotel was new and clean with a public bath but its not a natural onzen. Very crowded. The location is convenient though it is not near the sapporo station but close to another train station. Convenient for shopping and dinner. The breakfast buffet was impressive with a wide range of food, especially sashimi and crab legs. The sink was next to the bed but not in the bathroom.

Realmente me gusta alojarme en el hotel Sapporo Tokyu REI. El ambiente es muy bueno. La habitación es grande y luminosa, limpia y ordenada. La actitud del servicio es amable y amigable. Hay café gratis y una variedad de almuerzos en la cafetería. El director general está muy satisfecho. Este hotel está muy cerca de la calle Tanukikoji, los supermercados, los principales centros comerciales, el parque Nakajima y la torre de televisión Odori Park. También es muy conveniente para ir al nuevo aeropuerto de Chitose.

Muy satisfecho con nuestra estadía. No hay queja. Buen lugar para acceder al paso subterráneo, estación Sapporo y bus de navegación Rusutsu. Será ideal si la luminosidad de la habitación en el rincón donde se encuentra el equipaje puede mejorarse aún más.

The hotel is located right across from Nakajima station and across from airport bus stop so the location is def convenient. Check in process was smooth and the front desk staff speak good English and were helpful when I asked them about info regarding Chuo bus to furano the next day. Single room was good space and clean for one person. I requested a high floor quiet room away from elevators and I got what I requested and am pleased. They got free flow of beverages at the lobby which I appreciate. Their breakfast buffet has a great varieties esp for the sashimi seafood bar which I m impressed. The quality of food was good and fresh so it is great values. The only drawback is the breakfast hall is a bit small and crowded so I would recommend they expand the size of breakfast hall so it can accommodate more people. I came on a weekday in March and not the peak traveling season but they already barely got any empty tables this morning.

The hotel and its rooms appear to be quite dated, particularly the pool area, which could benefit from some updates. Additionally, I found the reception staff to be less than welcoming. Perhaps due to a language barrier, they seemed impatient, often handing guests flyers and expecting them to read the information themselves, rather than offering assistance. This experience was disappointing and did not meet my expectations for the hotel.

Hotel staff are helpful. We have forgotten the iPad in the room and the staff helped us find and keep it. We got it back before leaving Hokkaido.

Excelentes instalaciones onsen. Habitación de estilo japonés limpia y muy espaciosa. El vestíbulo era amplio y con vistas magníficas. El buffet de la cena fue excelente. La calidad era fresca. Muy buena relación calidad-precio. Nos alojamos una noche por 50.000 yenes para 3 personas, incluyendo desayuno y cena buffet. El servicio de transporte que ofrece el hotel desde Sapporo cuesta solo 1100 yenes por persona y trayecto. Muy práctico y económico.

The service was good. Location nearby Nakajima park station walk around 5 minutes. Airport limousine drop off nearby 5 minutes walk. Tram station nearby around 10 minutes walk. Lawson, Family mart and Seven Eleven walking distance. Very convenient to stay. Rooms are very big and spacious.

The staff at the reception speaks fluent English, which is good. Sth dramatic happened after I checked in. Somehow my suitcase cannot be unlocked,though I knew the key number. So I had to call reception for help, luckily they do have the tool to open the suitcase, but I was told to wait because someone else were using it and I was supposed to be called after the reception got the tool. Waited whole night long, with no phone call, and had to check out the next morning with my broken suitcase. So if you find your suitcase cannot be opened, go find reception immediately or u might not get the chance to use the tool, haha

The room type we booked is a bit small with narrow entrance. Extra large bed that’s comfy. Conveniently located near our favourite soup curry restaurant (Treasure), Tanukikoji, Donki, Sapporo Drug store etc… easily accessible to Odori Park, Sapporo Station & Susukino. Lounge offers free hot drinks (coffee & tea) until 12am, great place to unwind together with friends & family during winter.

This hotel is great! Nakajimakoen Park is just a 5-minute walk away, and the area is quieter than the main city centre in Sapporo. The train station is about a 7-10 minute walk from the hotel. The room was clean and quite spacious compared to other hotels in the same category. The amenities provided were sufficient, and I appreciated the ”take what you need” concept available in the hotel lobby. Customer service was excellent. Good selection of breakfast options. Overall, it's a good hotel with an affordable price tag. We would stay here again if we were in the area.

Hotel directly opposite Sapporo station, very convenient, that's a link from the hotel basement to the train station underground, no worries if it's snowing. Check in was smooth, front desk staff are friendly. They provided luggage storage, just use your credit to locked and unlocked, we were away to Hakotate for 2 days, they allowed us to store our big luggage until we got back and checked into the hotel again for a night before leaving Hokkaido. Will stay in this hotel again when my next visit to Sapporo

I will definitely go back and stay here next time I come to Sapporo during winter. The room is quite spacious for hotel in japan, super clean, I love that they provide comfy nice pajamas. The hotel is conveniently connected to Bivi shopping center, JR Shin-Sapporo St and subway. The thing I extremely love that during winter, in front of hotel the soft snow piling up and it was so fun to play there. Area of improvement is that I felt like the room need more bins. The hotel only provided one trash bin in bed room area but not in the kitchen or toilet.

Convenient location. JR station across the street, drugstore just right next door & Hakodate morning market behind. Nice view from the room. And plus point for Conan movie fans as it’s the hotel where Conan & friends stayed in the latest movie!

The breakfast here was, by far, the best and most varied in all of Japan that I’ve had. Obviously crowded, I would say the fact that so many local tourists go there for the spa and the breakfast buffet speaks volumes of the quality of either. If you’re looking to do hot bath, this hotel probably affords the widest variety of types of baths (hot, cold, sulfuric) available. I even saw a famous Japanese rock star go here to do his spa treatment. For its price, the room was sufficient (not very spacious but clean and comfortable), and you’re really going for the above two points.

Nice room with mountain view. The breakfast is superb. Hotel has parking but with a fee. Very close to shopping and several points of interests including the cable car station

The staff was very friendly and kind. We stayed in two rooms which the air-con didnt seem to work. The front staff offered two fans for us. The facilities are definitely very dated. I think people are booking this hotel because of the breakfast and the staff. There is late night DIY ramen, quite fun for kids to do themselves. And it actually tasted pretty good.

Good onsen facilities and breakfast with plenty of options. Also located close to the airport (by car) with some restaurants nearby to choose from within walking distance. Room was spacious and the bedding were comfortable. Reception was fluent in Mandarin so no problem in raising any requests.

Nos quedamos dos noches, una habitación y una con cena y desayuno. Experiencia global satisfactoria 1) excelente vista al público en el piso superior frente al mar 2) buffet bueno desayuno con bonito colección de alimentos para el mar 3) muy buen set de cena (mejoramos desde buffet que es la opción general) 4) Uno de los hoteles más recientes de Onsen en . abrió en 2017.

Conveniently located near Hakodate station, morning market, and food streets. I could also easily get to the attractions in Hakodate via the nearby tram and buses. The room was very clean and had everything I needed for my stay. The staff could also communicate well in English and were very friendly. Thanks for the nice stay!

酒店前台辦入住的時候遇到一個説中文的男生讓溝通變得更順暢，他拿出酒店介紹手冊和酒店免費遊玩大巴耐心詳盡地介紹了酒店的各種設施、場地和免費的外出遊玩大巴的路線、乘車方式等等。酒店很新，大廳附近有自助存行李的櫃子，房間很乾凈（注意在玄關換鞋再踩裏面的地毯）。二樓的base牆上畫的很可愛，介紹了附近的美食和景點元素。房間內洗手液的味道有些像LELABO的檜木，洗完手香香的。 服務：值得一提的是酒店前台幫忙打電話預約餐廳真的很棒！

Hoteles en: Este hotel es un hotel decente, situado en una zona de cerca de la estación de tren y el canal. Puede ser embalado durante el check-in en horas. El servicio de concierge en el conteo fue bueno. Reservé 2 habitaciones y nos colocaron a su lado.

Indian staff is very rude and annoying. We didn't do anything but are threathen as people from mainland. ONLY KIDS UNDER 6 CAN STAY FOR FREE!!! We booked two rooms with 2 small double beds but need to pay on arrival for our 8 years old kids as she is counted as an adult. No matter adding beds or not you still need to pay... You should state clearly child is consider adult in your policy. I booked more than 10 hotels and you are the only problem hotel🤢

Very nice hotel, the lobby is big and nice, allow us to check in at 2 pm. There are some reception staff that can speak mandarin as well. We booked a room for 3 people with 3 single beds. The room is bigger than expected and the washroom is more spacious as compared to others I have stayed in before. Pros is near the Otaru Canal, from the hotel just walk straight all the way will reach Otaru canal. Opposite the hotel there is a Lawson, convenient to buy stuff. Cons is slightly far away from JR station and you will need to walk about 10 mins.

I had a pleasant one night stay at Hotel Sonia. The hotel's location was excellent, situated in front of the Otaru Canal and within walking distance to shopping and dining areas, as well as the train station (though snowy conditions made it a bit tricky). While the hotel lobby looked modern, the room interior felt outdated. Note that late check-out comes with a 2000 JPY per hour fee, so plan accordingly. Overall, it was a decent one-night stay.

Fantastico lugar que contempla los canales de Otaru. La mejor cosa del hotel era tener un baño y un baño independiente... Especialmente útil cuando viaja con familias! Fenster de vidrio colorido y puede ver el amazing sunset desde el piso superior así como  La recepción era grande y el personal del escritorio delantero era muy amable y útil. En general, sería muy recomendable este hotel  

We absolutely loved this ryokan experience! Stayed for 2d1n as a couple and absolutely loved the place! We booked the room with the private onsen and it was a lovely small space on the 2nd floor we could enjoy privately. The onsen is not too big, maybe 1.5 x 1.5 meters, but it was spacious for the two of us. We also found out that you can book a 45 minute slot for a separate private onsen for about ¥2200, which we may have done instead, had we known about it before booking. The japanese-style room was comfortable and had the usual amenities provided, alongside other nice additions like lotions and creams. The staff helped us to set up our futon (japanese-style bed) after dinner, and it was overall a very comfortable experience. The staff are super friendly and service was incredible. We got the dinner and breakfast package and the food was excellent. We had to choose both the dinner slot in advance, and it is first-come-first-serve. Dinner was served to us in the room over 1.5h and was a really amazing 12-course meal with instructions on the eating order. Breakfast was more standard, but still nice, we took it in the dining hall. The lounge is open till 10pm and we could take drinks and refreshment freely, including some small snacks and soft drinks. But they stop serving beer at 9pm. The onsens also have mini-fridges with free popsicles. There is also an outside area you can access from 3pm - 9pm that serves hot coffee and wine, with free marshmallows you can roast on the outside firepit. It was really nice. The garden is by far the nicest part of the hotel, it is really big and well decorated, with many nice places for photos and to enjoy a hot drink from the lounge. The space is quite large and might take about 20 minutes to fully explore. The only downside I can think of is that the location is quite hard to access. We chose to get to and from the ryokan by taxi, but there is also a shuttle bus service, from what I understand. When we arrived, the reception told us that there would be a shuttle bus leaving at 10:45 to Otaruchikko station. We still ended up requesting a taxi from the front desk though, which they were happy to help us book (I couldn't get any taxis by cab in the location). Overall a really amazing stay that we would absolutely recommend. The price tag might seem high for a ”3 star” hotel, but the ranking is deceptive, we absolutely had a 5 star experience. A boutique style heritage building with high end art deco architecture designed hotel. Style, class of its own with high-tea style breakfast. The chef was of top-notch with well-balance crafted menus. The taste was exemplary good. I enjoyed the wine tasting too and love the OTARU dry white wine and OTARU beer. Lightings and ambiance atmosphere and helpful and friendly staff. Walking distance to heritage financial street and OTARU canals.

Hotel facilities were dated but mostly well-maintained. After spending 2 nights in Sapporo's small hotel room, it was good to have more space to spread out. Outdoor hot spring was fantastic and the onsen is open till late night - giving guests enough time to enjoy it even after a full day out. If you've a rental car, the location poses no problem. There is a large, 24-hour market nearby and it's only a quick 15-min drive to Otaru. The staff were kind and provided ready assistance whenever we needed it. Only issue I had was noise from the room above us. For some reason, the guests were running around in the room and it was very noisy. Overall, it's a quaint, old-fashioned hotel with good ambience.

El servicio es muy bueno, se le pedirá que envíe el coche gratis a la estación de construcción de puertos de Xiaojiang, la cena y el desayuno son muy ricas. La habitación de huéspedes tiene unos 60 planos, la sala privada independiente puede estar limpia en cualquier momento, el tiempo es demasiado frío y no se va a la piscina pública. La habitación puede ver todo el puerto de Xiaojiang, 💯! Liu Xiang!
