We booked this hotel for a special stay for our Christmas Day abroad and it did not disappoint. The rooms are cozy, spacious and quiet with very comfy beds. We appreciated the entry way with the closet and shoe rack. We also appreciated the shower with great pressure, the large sink counter and the Japanese style toilet. There was also a good amount of toiletries provided. We had Japanese style pajamas, slippers for the room, sandals to go around the hotel in and even slippers specifically for the toilet area. The room has a large TV and you can connect to it with an HDMI cable or screencast but we could not figure out how to screencast. The hotel primarily caters to Japanese so the important stuff was in English but the little things like the remote control and temperature control were not. We booked our stay with the buffet dinner and breakfast and for our stay it seems that all the greatest hits for Japanese cuisine were out. For dinner they had a steak grilling station, a BBQ scallop station, a sushi chef, crab dumplings and all kinds of accompaniments. For the dessert they had an array of tasty sweets but we enjoyed the macarons and Hokkaido ice cream the most. The breakfast was equally fantastic with a miso soup station, all kinds of sashimi, black pork dumplings, fried chicken and all kinds of crowd pleasers. There is a juice station and a coffee machine that makes all kinds of drinks so we were very pleased with the meals. We appreciated the plates and small dishes that allowed for small portions so we could pretty much try everything. Some items at the buffet did run out and these were specifically the small dishes - it is worth going early for breakfast and dinner because some items are not replenished and I found quite a few of these very delicious! There isn't much around the hotel other than a 7-11 and a small botanical garden across the bridge but it is definitely a hotel meant to stay in and enjoy. We went to the onsen at night and in the morning and really enjoyed the outdoor bath which was sea facing. At night you could hear the waves and see the stars and during the day you could enjoy the beach and mountain view. The onsen baths have a variety of temperature pools and saunas and good bath products. There is a machine that dispenses a few pop flavours, cold tea and mineral water in the change room. There was a variety of self care products available in the change rooms as well like toothbrushes and razors. Our room was very cozy after our bath and we found that the temperature for the hotel was possibly centrally controlled and not adjustable according to Google translation. It was set at a balmy 24 but we did figure out how to turn it off and got a comfortable night's rest. I wasn't a big fan of the hard toothbrushes that were provided mainly because the toothbrush used a coating rather than toothpaste which makes them truly single use. The hotel offers quite a few amenities outside of the onsen area but the onsen was the highlight for us. They have a lounge area with lots of seats looking out to the sea near the front desk, a separate restaurant from the buffet restaurant, a souvenir shop that sells drinks too and luggage storage. We aren't sure if there are multiple floors with laundry machines but the one laundry room we did find only had one machine so this might not be a hotel to do your laundry at. The hotel is easily accessible from both the train station and airport. From the train station you can take a bus or the tram which would take about 30 minutes and from the airport there are some dedicated busses that will take about 15 minutes. The bus station and tram station closest to the hotel is Yunokawa Onsen. This was a great stay for us and we felt one night here was perfect. There is a lot to see in Hakodate and had we stayed longer we would have chosen a more economical option but this truly was a special treat for us.

Pretty good stay. The place is crowded of Chinese tourists so you cant really use the hot spring that much. Overall the hotel is pretty good!

El hotel es el primero en conocer la cama, adecuado para la autovía, las instalaciones y el servicio son de primera calidad, las cosas son valiosas, la comida de la mañana y la cena son buffets, es decir, hacer puntos, garantizar la calidad, sabor bueno, la mayoría de los habitaciones pueden ver el panorama marino, el paisaje cálido también es muy bueno, puede ver el panorama marino. Además, todas las viviendas pueden disfrutar de una habitación de VIP 24 horas, con bebidas y artículos de aperitivo.

Extraordinary experience stay. Staffs are friendly and helpful. They hv english speaking staffs and manager. I feel I am very valued guest. Velvet parking. Room is spacious and very well maintained. Guest area is very comfortable and will different kinds of drinks and snacks. Very relaxing to stay in the hotel. Onsen is brilliant with both indoor and outdoor. They offer different drinks at the onsen area to keep u hydrated and relaxed. Overall super satisfying experience. Worth all the money! And wish I could visit again soon.

¡Muy satisfactorio alojamiento! El primer día de la noche en el lugar donde no se encontró el lugar en el que no había encontrado alojamiento en el bosque. Decidió provisionalmente tomar un autobús delante de la estación de la estación de Peng Chan 9 para ir a la selva. El hotel Nozo está al lado de la estación de hotel en Tuwad, en la selva. A las nueve de la noche, se fue dos horas después de ver a Nozo en la calle de la que no había nadie fumaba. Después del hotel, se veía como una luz de casa. La vivienda también es mucho más allá de lo esperado, el hotel es muy nuevo, la hermana de la recepción, la hermana de la señorita, es muy buena en inglés, entusiasmo amigable, cena y desayuno, pero también la comida de la mañana favorita de los niños, sencilla, de alta calidad, el sabor de la sosa fresca para la cena, me dieron el sabor. Los lugares de interés, como la ventana elfo del Fujida Farm y el Prince Wild Rich, están muy cerca, con menos de dos mil yenes. El tercer día, en autobús, volvían a la puerta y volvían al zoológico. El hermano pequeño de la recepción dio un horario de autobús, le dio una señal paciente, especialmente bonito.

Hotel was about 10min walk from Sapporo Station - look for signage to Emion Hotel - you can walk on street level or underground walkway which is covered all the way. The building next to Emion is brand new (forgot the name) - this building has a direct lift that leads to the underground walkway. Exit 15 will lead you to a few Izakaya places and it's fully covered the walkway. Breakfast was good with local fare such as japanese curry with rice, soba, miso, fried chicken (was good!), various juices, fruits and desserts - breakfast ends at 930am. The onsen on 2nd floor is open to public but hotel guests can go in for free - opens till late 1am almost everyday. Hotel will issue the onsen card to all hotel guests separately. 7Eleven right downstairs for convenience. We had a three bedder, was a bit squeezy - see photo. bathroom had a tub which was a good surprise. toilet is separated fr bathroom. No gym though which is why i gave 4 stars for facilities.

整體不錯，有兩個温泉，露天温泉體驗很棒，優點即是日本酒店普遍的優點，缺點我來説説 1.日式的嚴格 不到三點絕不給人辦入住 早到了半小時，完全沒法辦，在旁邊乾等，可能一般接受的都是旅行團 所以如此 2.位置在一個高高的斜坡上，離地獄谷、熊牧場及吃飯的温泉街等地點都相對較遠 3.寫了會有人聯繫鋪床，但鋪床的時間和晚餐卡的時間重合，我也沒辦法在房間等了 但整體的體驗還不錯，晚上泡露天湯很舒適，浴服也很舒適，且沒想到的是榻榻米自己鋪的床墊格外舒適，被子的質感也很舒適，另提關於衞生問題確實像別的客户所説一樣有些深深的污漬染色，但沒有異味，我能夠接受，好了謝謝老闆 下次去住第一瀧

Me alojé en el Sun Palace Hotel en el otoño de 2019 y visité Hokkaido el segundo día de marzo. Extrañé las aguas termales de este hotel, así que decidí quedarme nuevamente. El hotel tiene una variedad de habitaciones occidentales y japonesas. Tipos Sólo las habitaciones modernas japonesas son relativamente nuevas en cuanto a decoración. Sí, las habitaciones comunes de estilo occidental fueron decoradas en los años 1970 y 1980 y están muy en mal estado. Si tiene el presupuesto, puede intentar reservar un tipo de habitación recientemente renovada. La habitación tiene una hermosa vista y el hotel cuenta con un servicio de traslado en autobús gratuito desde y hacia Sapporo, lo cual es muy conveniente.
