El desayuno es excelente, debe probar por lo menos una vez! Ellos ofrecen sake gratis incluso en el momento del desayuno (no bebo sin embargo)... Lindo y limpio, el personal es útil y amable, a pocos pasos de la estación JR ...

A great hotel and excellent value. Good amenities and restaurant m. Some good bars and restaurants nearby but quite a walk from the station so better if you are driving into the area. All great until a taxi was required which was going to be a while so we were left to it. Wouldn’t have worried except the trains had also been suspended due to the weather. Thank goodness good old Uber worked or we would have been stranded!

Located about 7-10 mins walk away from station, but the cleanliness, spacious & comfortable room is worth it. Was allocated the top floor but a pity only staying for 1 night. I like it that they provided a standing night lamp in the room which makes people like me who needs to sleep with some lights on feel very comfortable as compared to the ceiling light. Will defintely be back if i ever visit Aomori again!

A small beautiful log house in the valley of My Hakkoda. Quaint, rooms are double floor with the living room upstairs. Service was good though English was limited. Only shock we got was there was nothing nearby and as we did not know you had to order your lunch and dinner 3 days in advance!! We literally did not have lunch and dinner was a miserable bowl of soba as that was the only thing they have. And if you do not ski there is really nothing to offer except tons of snow!! Must thank the staff for trying really hard to solve the problems we had.

We love the view from our room on the 7th floor. The free wifi is fast in the room, around the hotel, and in the restaurant. We had buffet dinner and breakfast included room rate. We enjoyed both meals. All travelers must added meals with their room because there is no restaurant or convenience stores within 10km radius. There is a gift shop and convenience stores located inside the hotel. We recommend this hotel; and we’ll come back again.

Location: 5mins walk from Hirozaki Station (exit station, turn left, can already see hotel) 30mins walk to Hirozaki Castle, which is a pleasant walk, so do not necessarily have to take the public bus

先來説説優點♥️： 房間的空間舒適，窗外就是厚厚的林中積雪。 餐食很棒，尤其是晚上的會席料理；餐後的三味弦表演也很有地方特色。 主要成分以硫酸鹽泉的大鱷温泉♨️，讓洗後皮膚的滑嫩似乎維持了幾天。 不足🩶： 這家星野應該是在原來的老牌温泉酒店基礎上改建的，改建並不徹底，因此在整體格調上略顯老舊，尤其是大堂陳設和房間走廊。 因為青森的暴雪，奧羽本線已全線停運多日（包括了本來我們要乘的JR特急），我們不得不從盛岡改坐快速大巴🚌前往，我們中午就到了大鱷，且因大雪❄️叫不到出租車🚕。這種情況下，酒店除了一味表示接駁車要下午三點之後才有之外，並沒有給到我們其他建議與幫助；且在我們到達酒店，提前溝通第二天的接送安排時也沒有太多的靈活性，在這方面服務感受略有不佳。

早餐非常棒，可能需要等位，但絕對值得，建議訂房時候一併訂早餐，現場補3500一個人會比直接定貴 房間設備，大浴場，位置和服務也沒啥挑剔的，雖然比青森市其他酒店貴一點，但絕對值 另外這家酒店的攜程代理設定價格有問題，六歲以下小童應該是不收費的，但如果選擇兩大一小會收三個成人的費用，建議帶六歲以下小童的選擇兩大預訂

사진보니 바닷가에 위치한 너무 멋져보여서 예약한 온천호텔. 너무 친절한 직원들 덕분에 지내는 동안의 불편함은 없었다. 다만 아래 의 내용 은 개선이 필요하다. 1) 온천탕: 노천탕 에 있는 2개의 개인용 항아리 탕 은 물이 차가워서 이용 할수가 없었다.더운물을 왜 채워주지 않는걸까? 2) 목욕 하면서 갈증 느껴도 밖으로나가지 않으면 물을 마실수가 없어서 불편하다. 3) 트립닷컴 고객센터 통해서 기차역 픽업서비스 신청하려고 하니, 그런 서비스가 없다고 했다. 그러나 일본으로 가서 전화로 문의하니 예약할수 있었다. 트립닷컴직원과 호텔의 직원 누구의 실수일까??? 4) 트립닷컴 고객센터 직원의 응대가 너무 허술하다. 언어의 문제인건가? 5) 온천물 좋고 야외 온천은 sea view라 운치있다. 락커 파우더룸 의 화장품 이 리필않되어 있는게 대부분이다.
