While the outside of Hotel Albergo Dell'Agenzia is stunning, the overall experience left much to be desired. After being wowed by the property's beautiful exterior, the rest of our stay was somewhat disappointing, especially considering the hotel's high star rating. The lack of customer service was a major letdown. There was no doorman to assist with our luggage upon arrival, and the young bartender simply watched as I struggled to open the door, rather than offering to help. It was only after I had to explicitly ask him for assistance that he begrudgingly opened one side of the door, still making no effort to help with our bags. The cleanliness of the room was also sub-par. We left our used towels in the bathtub, as the room instructions indicated, but rather than replacing them with fresh towels, the housekeeping staff simply hung the dirty ones back up. This was an appalling oversight. Additionally, the gym and pool area did not have WiFi access, which was an inconvenience when trying to stay connected during our stay. Overall, while the property itself is visually impressive, the lackluster customer service and lack of attention to cleanliness really detracted from our experience at Hotel Albergo Dell'Agenzia. I expected a higher level of quality and care from a hotel of this caliber.

I requested a room with a bathtub and mountain view, but neither of my wishes was fulfilled. The receptionist made excuses such as the hotel being fully booked and bathtubs being taken out nowadays for sustainability reasons, and he did not look like he was trying hard to find one for me. Hotels are the place to relax, and bathtubs should not be sacrificed. I moved from Double Tree next door just wishing for a bathtub and a nice view, but I don't think I will return to NH because the room and staff were better at Double Tree if I could not have them anyway. The 500ml bottle of water in the fridge cost €3, whereas it did €2 at Double Tree. The room equipment was much better at Double Tree. Here at NH, there are no electric outlets near the bed. I was surprised. The only upside is that NH is closer to the metro station, but the metro was not running while I was there. Location-wise, I recommend this hotel for those who drive here. Parking is plenty.

Doubletree Hilton Turin is located on the site of the historic FIAT production work. The rooms have very high windows (over 5 meters), the beds are very comfortable, the TV mostly Italian. The hotel itself is located outside of the city center. However, it is easily reachable by metro in 9 minutes. A metro ride costs just 2 Euros. A shopping center and two supermarkets are just one minute away as are a plenty of restaurants. The price is fair and much cheaper than in the center itself, where parking lots are simply unavailable (free at Doubletree Hilton Turin). I would surely recommend staying here.

Hotel con una ubicación excelente, cerca del lago y el terminal de ferry. No hay información sobre el acceso adicional a la piscina, tuve que preguntarme después de encontrarlo en el sitio web del hotel. Muchos bares y restaurantes incluso en el mismo edificio. desayunos sabrosos, los mejores cruces que tenía en Stresa. El hotel está muy cerca de la ciudad, y el hotel está muy cerca de la ciudad. Si el precio es atractivo, me quedaría de nuevo, pero el estándar es similar a 2 hoteles de estrellas cerca.

Se encuentra a 300 metros de la terminal de autobuses del aeropuerto y cuenta con transporte conveniente. El personal de recepción fue educado y acogedor. El desayuno estuvo muy rico. La habitación es pequeña pero cara y limpia. El único inconveniente es que solo hay dos trozos de papel en la caja de pañuelos y la botella de CHAMPÚ está vacía. En general, los fallos no ocultan las ventajas y es la primera opción para viajes de negocios a Turín.

My intended booking was at splendid hotel in lugano but once I went there I realised that it was at baveno 😅 ,so I took a taxi for 350 euro to go there . The front desk upgraded my rooms to lake views for 80 euro/night. The gym is for 12 euro /person, the breakfast is about average nothing special. The front desk are nice people but they put an extra service charge for that(optional). The view from the balcony was beautiful.

Very good location, right opposite Turino train station. Walking distance to many attractions and surrounded by restaurants. Fuss less check in, have all the basis amenities in the room, except for wine glasses, and they do not provide bottled water and toothbrush that most hotels do. Supermarket is also right beside the hotel, can get all the basic necessities there.

Very friendly service. Great transfer from and to Airport can be easily booked at any time. English friendly 😇 Simple breakfast but has everything essential. Rooms are old but very authentic. Smells like wood 🪵 This hotel has a swimming pool free of charge , although I didn’t have a chance to try it. Very nice place for a short stay.

Хороший отель недалеко от центра, вторая линия от реки, рядом парк. Номера просторные, высокие потолки, удобная кровать, хороший санузел. Завтрак по-итальянски хороший (разве что фруктов и овощей немного маловато). Район изобилует барами, кафе и ресторанами. Есть своя платная крытая парковка, которую надо бронировать заранее. Парковка расположена несколько далековато (идти минут 15 быстрым шагом, но это такой район - там еще и ZTL ограничение по проезду по утрам работает, так что будьте осмотрительны) и дорога к парковке не самая очевидная, особенно в конце, особенно если ремонты на улочках. В целом - однозначно рекомендуем.
