The hotel was great and very clean. The amenities perfect and the staff very helpful. They also had inside parking, at a fee, which worked well. And outside parking free. 30 minutes to the centre of the city which is not a problem as you have buses passing right in front.

The hotel staff is super friendly. From front desk, restaurant & bar and housekeeping, everyone has a warm smile and gives a happy ”Buongiorno” every day and to all guests. The Hotel Indigo is a boutique hotel with a big warm heart !

La ubicación está a 20 minutos de la estación y lejos de donde transportar equipaje;
El letrero no es obvio y es difícil de reconocer por la noche.
Variedad en el desayuno El desayuno era abundante y variado, aunque el nivel bajó al notar la cafetera automática y menos personal en el restaurante. A pesar de esto, la camarera fue muy amable y servicial. Personal de recepción muy amable.

Es el último día, mañana termina mi viaje de negocios y quiero agradecer a todo lo que hay aquí. Excelente servicio, excelente ambiente, todo es genial. Me gusta mucho este lugar y continuaré quedándome aquí si tengo la oportunidad la próxima vez. en realidad es muy bueno.

Il personale è giovane, cordiale e professionale, le camere sono moderne e molto pulite, fornite di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno.
La colazione internazionale invece è ricca e gustosa, consigliatissimo!

Dice ser una habitación para 4 personas pero está claramente configurada para 2 personas... Hay tres camas y el espacio no es grande. Las toallas de baño y los vasos son para dos personas. Solo hay una botella de agua mineral gratis cada una. día... El desayuno puede ser de 4 porciones... ¿como si estuviera preparado para un albergue juvenil? El resto está bien y la higiene es buena.

Muy buena ubicación, justo enfrente de la estación de tren de Turino. A poca distancia de muchas atracciones y rodeado de restaurantes. Registro sin complicaciones, tienen todas las comodidades básicas en la habitación, excepto copas de vino, y no proporcionan agua embotellada ni cepillo de dientes como lo hacen la mayoría de los hoteles. El supermercado también está justo al lado del hotel y allí se pueden conseguir todas las necesidades básicas.

Hotel ideal si no quieres entrar en Turín. Muy cerca del aeropuerto y cerca para salida directa a las carreteras. Es hotel para parejas que quieren intimidad pero también hay familias. Nos dieron una habitación en el piso superior que tenía ascensor para entrar en la habitación directamente desde la calle…como curiosidad

UUsuario invitadoDoubletree Hilton Turin is located on the site of the historic FIAT production work. The rooms have very high windows (over 5 meters), the beds are very comfortable, the TV mostly Italian.
The hotel itself is located outside of the city center. However, it is easily reachable by metro in 9 minutes. A metro ride costs just 2 Euros.
A shopping center and two supermarkets are just one minute away as are a plenty of restaurants.
The price is fair and much cheaper than in the center itself, where parking lots are simply unavailable (free at Doubletree Hilton Turin).
I would surely recommend staying here.

PPaul-YULPerfect base of operation for your stay in Piemonte or beyond. A lovely oasis at a mountain top castle overlooking Langhe vineyards. Relax after day trips or simply chill all day by the pool and have lunch and dinner at their divine ristorante. A full breakfast buffet is included on their lovely garden terrace where they also serve afternoon charcuterie and cheese plates. The rooms were recently renovated with all the modern amenities except Nespresso machines and duvets but the lobby bar where they make excellent Cappucinos is always nearby. There they can sell you Fontanafredda wines (the same owners) at convenience store prices. I have nothing but great things to say but do have five suggestions:
1. Leave the AC on even if just a little bit between guests because it was 40C when we arrived (55C in the room) and it took almost 24H for the room to reach 22C. 2. Have duvet covers available in the room if not on the bed because my wife like many people likes to have some weight in her covers. 3. Lower you laundry prices and have a price list in the room to avoid surprises at checkout. 4. Don’t charge for EV charging, it’s free at most hotels around the world. 5. Consider Nespresso machines in the room with coffee mate creamers to reduce demand in the morning in the kitchen and keep guests well cafeeinated. Grazie Mille, we’ll be back for sure!

TT/RWhile the outside of Hotel Albergo Dell'Agenzia is stunning, the overall experience left much to be desired. After being wowed by the property's beautiful exterior, the rest of our stay was somewhat disappointing, especially considering the hotel's high star rating.
The lack of customer service was a major letdown. There was no doorman to assist with our luggage upon arrival, and the young bartender simply watched as I struggled to open the door, rather than offering to help. It was only after I had to explicitly ask him for assistance that he begrudgingly opened one side of the door, still making no effort to help with our bags.
The cleanliness of the room was also sub-par. We left our used towels in the bathtub, as the room instructions indicated, but rather than replacing them with fresh towels, the housekeeping staff simply hung the dirty ones back up. This was an appalling oversight.
Additionally, the gym and pool area did not have WiFi access, which was an inconvenience when trying to stay connected during our stay.
Overall, while the property itself is visually impressive, the lackluster customer service and lack of attention to cleanliness really detracted from our experience at Hotel Albergo Dell'Agenzia. I expected a higher level of quality and care from a hotel of this caliber.

Free and safe parking onsite.
Shuttle transfer is €15/- per car and can accommodate 4 person.

SSanqishilangEste hotel me dejó realmente asombrada. Un edificio centenario con enormes puertas de madera. El interior es un espacio laberíntico y apartado. La recepcionista era muy amable y me enseñó la habitación. La suite incluso tenía una gran terraza, una cafetera Lavazza local en la sala de estar, dos baños y una cocina funcional; todo era simplemente perfecto. ¡Despertarme por la mañana y disfrutar de un auténtico espresso en mi propio patio fue sencillamente divino!

MMadamearnoI requested a room with a bathtub and mountain view, but neither of my wishes was fulfilled. The receptionist made excuses such as the hotel being fully booked and bathtubs being taken out nowadays for sustainability reasons, and he did not look like he was trying hard to find one for me. Hotels are the place to relax, and bathtubs should not be sacrificed. I moved from Double Tree next door just wishing for a bathtub and a nice view, but I don't think I will return to NH because the room and staff were better at Double Tree if I could not have them anyway. The 500ml bottle of water in the fridge cost €3, whereas it did €2 at Double Tree. The room equipment was much better at Double Tree. Here at NH, there are no electric outlets near the bed. I was surprised. The only upside is that NH is closer to the metro station, but the metro was not running while I was there. Location-wise, I recommend this hotel for those who drive here. Parking is plenty.

AaciccuLa camera era molto pulita e ordinata.
Presente un accappatoio e un paio di pantofole usa e getta, inoltre una bottiglia di acqua naturale da 0,50 l in omaggio.
Presente un televisore a schermo piatto.
Bagno pulito, la doccia nonostante sia un po’ vecchio stile con ancora la tendina impermeabile quest’ ultima era nuova e pulita.
Soddisfatto anche dell’ accoglienza e delle informazioni ricevute alla reception al mio arrivo.
L’ hotel si trova a una decina di minuti a piedi dal capolinea del tram linea 4 (momentaneamente causa lavori la linea é interrotta e ferma solo fino a Piazza Derna invece che fermare anche alla fermata Scotellaro più vicina all’ hotel) molto comoda per raggiungere il centro. L’ hotel si trova in una strada di scarso passaggio soprattutto nelle ore serali visto che le attività limitrofe cessano l’ orario di apertura, seppur illuminata non é tra le più sicure a mio avviso da percorrere a piedi da soli (io infatti ho preferito noleggiare un monopattino in sharing per raggiungere l’ hotel alla sera).

Yyangling88La ubicación del apartamento es especialmente excelente, el paseo urbano y el comercio pueden caminar a la estación de tren de la nueva puerta, y hay M4 un tranvía muy conveniente. El transporte público de Turing es muy conveniente y no es necesario bajar. Hasta 😄, una comida china de vuelta a 20 minutos, comida japonesa, comida italiana no se puede limpiar de acuerdo con Google. La sanidad del hotel está bien y tiene lavavajillas completas con una máquina de lavar pó, y la cama es especialmente suave. Hay cocina, pero no hay condimento. Hay un lugar de trabajo público en el primer piso para beber café y una copa de espresso.

RRM84Overall a good hotel in a central location. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, I would like to comment about the lady owner.
The room air conditioning could only be controlled via the front desk, and when I requested an adjustment, before the staff adjusted the airconsition, she made a remark about me coming from a country with 50°C weather and that I should be able to adapt. I found this comment inappropriate and uncalled for.
Additionally, during breakfast, we overheard her raising her voice at the kitchen staff, which was loud enough to be heard clearly from the restaurant. While the hotel itself has potential, I hope she reconsiders her approach: both with guests and her team.
