Location is great, close to the Milano Central station. I tried a couple of restaurants around the hotel, it was very nice.  Hotel room is too warm for us, we cannot adjust the temperature in our room. The staff said the temperature is not adjustable as set by the government. Luckily, the window is openable, we got some cool air from outside.

Sigue siendo una muy buena experiencia, ya es la segunda vez que me hospedo aquí. Las compras y visitas turísticas en los alrededores son muy convenientes. El servicio de recepción del hotel es muy atento, puedes dejar tu equipaje gratis y recogerlo al día siguiente, y hay servicio de limpieza todos los días. El único inconveniente es que no hay mesa...

Sinceramente, al principio dudaba porque no había fotos ni reseñas cuando hice la reserva. ¡Pero honestamente, mi marido y yo nos quedamos gratamente sorprendidos! Al ser de nueva construcción, obviamente está en buenas condiciones. Teníamos una habitación en la esquina del último piso con un balcón muy agradable. Ducha con dos cabezales y buena presión de agua. Algunas partes del hotel todavía estaban en obras, por lo que había algo de bullicio, pero aparte de eso, está cerca de la estación. El personal es encantador. ¡La habitación en sí era preciosa! ¡Definitivamente volvería!

Excelente ubicación cerca de la estación de metro S.Agostino. ¡La estación de tranvía también está cerca! La habitación individual estaba limpia y tenía la cantidad justa de espacio para una persona que viaja sola. La habitación puede estar un poco cargada por la noche, tuve que abrir la ventana para ventilar un poco. ¡La botella de agua gratis el primer día fue una ventaja! Muy recomendable :)

La ubicación era fantástica, con fácil acceso a varios medios de transporte, especialmente al metro y a la estación central de trenes. El hotel era fácil de encontrar y las habitaciones eran modernas y de buen tamaño (según la que eligieras). Me alojé en el tercer piso y era muy tranquilo, ya que daba al patio interior. La ducha era estupenda y la cama grande y cómoda. El servicio de limpieza diario mantiene todo impecable. Disfruté mucho de mi estancia. A pocos pasos, hay supermercados Carrefour y Pam para comprar comida rápida. Sin duda, volveré a alojarme aquí si regreso a Milán.

Situado junto a la Catedral de Milán ⛪️, el paisaje es impresionante en cada rincón, lo que facilita enormemente el desplazamiento. Abundan los restaurantes y las marcas de alta gama, así como las tiendas conceptuales que satisfacen a todo tipo de clientes. El hotel cuenta con instalaciones completas, un diseño innovador y un servicio excelente. 👍 ¡Un viaje inolvidable, sobre todo con los Juegos Olímpicos de Invierno y la Semana de la Moda de fondo! 🧳 ¡Muy recomendable!

Extremely clean and the staff was very helpful for a late check out requestZ

El hotel estaba muy limpio y bonito. Sin embargo, me quedé atrapado una noche en una parada de tranvía/autobús a 15 minutos del hotel, de vuelta del centro, porque el autobús 99 estaba fuera de servicio. No conocía la zona y no hablaba italiano. Llamé al hotel para preguntar si podían ayudarme a llamar un taxi para que me recogiera y me llevara. (Iba a pagar el taxi, obviamente), pero me dijeron que no podían, ya que no tenían permiso. Finalmente, regresé al hotel casi a la 1 de la madrugada, gracias a la ayuda de unos lugareños.

Nice hotel in the heart of Milan 500m from the Duomo, 347 restaurants and likely as many stores. The rooms and common areas are nicely designed with quality materials. The rooms are well designed with nice large bathrooms and especially rain showers. They have among the most comfortable bathrobes I've ever had at a hotel. That's why it's a mystery to me that the same hotel has the most pathetic pillows l've ever had short of a Super-8 motel. One is too thin and hard and the other is too soft and light. It's time to upgrade to one foam and one down pillow. The other great mystery is the hair dryer. I think the Dollar Store wall-mounted models actually provide more heat and power. The breakfast room is where the hits and misses continue. Nice full buffet with a wide array of fruits, breads, charcuterie, cheeses, viennoiseries and cereals. The super automatic espresso machine with fresh milk and beans visible through glass is one of the best l've ever seen. You'll notice I didn't mentions eggs, bacon and sausages in the buffet. They have all three but the quality lies somewhere between prison and hospital grade. The powdered eggs are terrible and if they aren't powdered but actually fresh, that's even worse. The bacon is a processed pancetta saltier than sardines. The halal sausages completed the trifecta. Getting back to the hits, the hotel is clean and the staff is dedicated. The rooftop bar is second to few in Milan. It may appear over priced at first with a 23€ minimum charge for all cocktails as a price of admission but that includes three high quality amuse-bouche croquettes. It was more than enough to later save on appetizers at local restaurants. The live DJ was spinning up a nice vibe and the people were as beautiful as the views. The restaurant was fully booked and fully priced so we didn't stay for dinner. The self-park down the street at 28€ per day was reasonable as were the mini-bar prices. The misses are easy to fix so we'll be back to check on their progress.

Este hotel es perfecto para quienes viajan en coche, ya que se encuentra a cierta distancia del centro de Milán. Las habitaciones están muy bien equipadas y el servicio es excelente, lo que lo convierte en un hotel con una muy buena relación calidad-precio. Dispone de aparcamiento propio y hay abundantes plazas disponibles en los alrededores.
