It's a wonderful and amazing experience with this hotel and courteous staff. Me and my husband stayed in from 07 Jun to 11 Jun 2024. From the check in to Check out , we were fully taken care by the amazing staff. Afsal is an amzaing staff witty, chatty and caring together with Devika (my favourite beauty Kutty) and Amuritha -they really took care of our food and being vegetarian -they offered the choices for the vegetarian food. Chef Arun is a fantastic and caring person. He listened to our story and As my husband just completed the 24 days or Ayruveda treatment, he has to continuoulsy take his medication and kashyam which need to be brewed for the sometime. Chef Aurn took care of this and also Mahesh also managed this and send this to our room. Because of Chef Aurn's initiative, my hubby coninued his medication without fail. All of them are hospitable and really made us feel at home. The room service is fantastic from providing necessities to water and replacing the spoilt safe. The 6th floor housekeeping sfaff (i cant remember his name but he's slim and had curly hair and very pleasant personality) is fantastic and took care to our needs. My husband felt that he's in wonderland and as the jeanne in the lamp, you ask for something and your needs are fulfilled. They are very timely and fulfilling. Last but not least, I would like congratulate the Hilton Garden's management for finely grooming your team and staff and step up the customer service towards customer excellence. I wish everyone including the front counter staff, the security and guards best wishes and happy working in this fantastic customer oriented environment.

One of the best hotel options that is very close to the airport with good eating options both within and outside the premises. Well appointed rooms, a great check in experience and was delighted by the service gesture the offered in terms of room upgrade and late checkout options. Has a good restaurant with delicious Chinese cuisine that I tried out. It's going through some renovation but that's not having a lot of impact on one's stay here. Overall a pleasant stay except the fact that I left behind an expensive chocolate in the room mini fridge and could not get it back when I enquired for it the same day.

A fairly new hotel, with limited rooms but the service more than makes up for any disadvantages. Very friendly staff, decent buffet on offer, good location if you're looking for peace and quiet, and situated right next to a good mall. All in all, we had an excellent stay

Ginger has become my regular hotel when I go to Kochi. The location is great at Kalamassery. The front desk staff and the staff at the restaurant are very helpful and customer friendly. The housekeeping could improve . Unless we specify the rooms are not cleaned daily. Sometimes even after a request the rooms are not done . I’m sure that’s something that can be rectified.

We stayed here for about four nights and even extended as it was so great! Loads to do in the surrounding area and the staff were great and really helpful.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with every corner of the hotel well-maintained and spotless. The location was perfect, offering easy access to nearby attractions and conveniences. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The location was excellent. The rooms are quite OK although would have expected much more cleanliness for a 4 star hotel. The fragrant smell was too strong. I booked hotel for few hours stay although I paid for a day. The main purpose was to take rest and have some sleep before my long flight Unfortunately I couldn't get sleep because of an ongoing renovation work and disturbed my sleep. Although the receptionist agreed to stop the work but it was too late. Rest all is OK. Just check whether they are doing renovation work before you book

Had an excellent stay. Service was top notch. We were greeted very courteously at the reception by Sanika . She made sure everything was sorted and took us to the room. All the amenities weee excellent. At swimming pool sharif really went out of his way while dealing with my son. Even restaurant food was really good We were served very well by Athul there

Se actualizó la habitación junto al mar, pero las instalaciones de la habitación son demasiado viejas, ¡el aislamiento acústico también es deficiente! Más cena total de más de 850 RMB por noche, ¡no vale la pena!

The bed was comfortable and the staff were really helpful. It is about a 15 minute TukTuk drive to Lulu Mall. For quick stays I would recommend it

Checkin was superfast, no hustle at all. Room was on forth floor, due to new year programs happening on 5th floor and poor sound proofing was having some level of disturbance, the intercom was not working properly, additionally they key-card was not properly assigned to checkout dates, i had to get that fixed continuously for 2 days. Apart from these inconvenience rest everything was amazing, room was comfy and clean. Bathroom and bedroom was well maintained

This hotel is definitely not a 4-star property as it claims to be. The rooms are surely clean and comfortable, but the positives end there. The service is absolutely appalling. I ordered a coffee but they failed to serve it even in one hour despite reminding them twice. Once after taking shower all the water were overflowing through under the door to bedroom. The breakfast was a joke. There was no buffet and there were only two options - Puri sabzi or toast! They didn't even have tea or coffee ready. After a couple of reminders they finally brought coffee. I gulped it down with a toast and hurried off to check out. Opt for this hotel if you get it cheap but don't be under the delusion that you'll get a 4-star experience!

Stay was good... it's nearby from Padmanabhaswamy temple... 10 mins by auto or cab.... The rooms were neat and clean... The only worst thing we didn't like about the hotel is they have beef on the menu... The hotel itself has a restaurant in which they serve beef also... We were unaware of that otherwise we would have never chosen the hotel... And I know many Hindus might not like these... Hotel should take note of it... Thank you

I am a solo, female traveller. This is one of the places that are very, very nice to stay, and stay safely. Very nice room, clean, hygienic washrooms. You can relax in the hot shower, have nice food (i have gluten, fodmap sensitivities, and they cutsomised my food for me. Cannot thank the chef enough, and relax away from the rush of the world, in the calming ambience. The staff are courteous, friendly, and very helping, even in the rush of the holidays.

Good room, standard breakfast. Located in middle of the city. Only the negative that we need to wait little more time for start breakfast.
