Aquí explico mi experiencia durante mi sati en Santika Hotel Padang, le pido a Phen que envíe el baño de tejidos a mi habitación, después de 30 minutos de tejido no llegado, llamo de nuevo saya se enviará este tejido también No llegado allí Sólo habla, pero nada, gracias.

Got free upgraded to Deluxe room upon check-in for one of the two rooms booked, due to the ongoing renovation work at 6th floor. 👍 Comfortable room even for Superior King room. Breakfast was nice, especially the local fried rice. 😄

What a perfect hotel for my stay in Padang. Super comfortable room, the most caring and wonderful staff, amazing amenities. If I come back to Padang I would only stay here!

Everything is just nice. Breakfast is so delicious! I’m from Malaysia, but I can skip some of my Minang/Padang food hunting because they also provide local dishes, which are really tasty. The location is very close to Jam Gadang—within walking distance. The staff are friendly too. The only thing that made me feel a bit uncomfortable was this: I didn’t hang the “I need room cleaning” tag on my door because I was still in the room. A cleaning staff member knocked and said “room cleaning,” but I didn’t respond since I was still inside and hadn’t requested cleaning. Then, the staff used a key card to open the door. I felt a bit violated, though it wasn’t a big issue for me as I was alone and fully dressed. However, it would be better if staff didn’t enter unless there’s a clear request for cleaning—just in case someone is inside and not properly dressed.

Big hotel. Wifi unstable. Breakfast is good. Location a bit away from the main town.

Nos quedamos en la habitación 511, pero hubo un ruido bastante perturbador desde la pared siguiente porque sus trabajadores estaban construyendo un nuevo edificio, pensé que era sólo hasta las 5:00, se pareció continuar hasta las 8:00.

Recommend to stay at Truntum Hotel while you are in Padang, West Sumatera Indonesia. Although we had only a few hours at the hotel due to major traffic accident on Solok - Padang road, we were happy on the room cleanliness, good buffet breakfast, wide amenities and excellent front desk customer service eventhough we checked in after midnight. Will stay here again on the next trip to Padang. Thank you the Truntum Hotel professionalism.
