I had a great stay at Aston Batam Hotel & Residence! The room was clean and comfortable, and even have bathtub, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel location in best to walk around, which made it super easy to get around. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a convenient and pleasant stay.

This place was beyond my expectations! We were greeted firstly by the gentleman at the ferry terminal to wait for our shuttle bus. Once we reached the hotel, the view from the lobby literally took my breath away. Initially we booked the garden view but dangg the sea view is to die for so we called the receptionist to upgrade to the sea view room just merely 3mins after stepping into our room. No regrets!! Room is perfect for the 3 of us (2Adults & 1kid), but the flooring in room 5031 (I think the vinyl tile) was slightly airy so there’s a “whistling” sound every time we stepped on certain floors in the room. Staffs were all amazing especially the staffs in Rempah Restaurant. To name a few - Putera, Allen, Maria… mostly everyone was so welcoming and can see how they enjoyed working here. Special shout out to the beautiful receptionist that welcomed us, Viona — she figured out it was my birthday and they really surprised me with the cakes! First it was a surprise in the restaurant during breakfast, then next, in the room! It was a lovely surprise for both me and my husband cos my husband didnt even tell them to do anything. He just literally asked if the hotel is selling any cakes to celebrate my birthday. Their initiative is on another level. Food in Rempah Restaurants are all marvellous! We had dinner, breakfast and lunch here. Chef Johan was so nice to go around asking for feedbacks on his dishes. He even let us try his new menu that he is adding into the restaurant- the fish floss is amazing. The spa was great too! Beautiful ambiance and love how the ladies approached us to ask if I would like to try their spa when I was by the pool side. Its a nice gesture from them, looking for potential customers (: I highly recommend this place and I really hope they will maintain their standard, cos we will return to bring our parents one day. Thank you Team Fourpoints by Sheraton Bintan, and congratulations in advance on the official opening tomorrow! We are fully recharged to welcome another week of routine in our life.

El hotel es bastante antiguo y algunas de las instalaciones están bastante desgastadas. Pero en general sigue siendo bueno por este precio. La ubicación también es buena. Caminé recto y puedes encontrar numerosos restaurantes.

Very comfortable stay in this hotel. Breakfast was good and location is superb, next to Batam Ferry Centre. Most importantly, service staff are friendly and smiley. Staff Asri stood out on my 1st day of checking into the hotel. Her service is excellent and her willingness to accommodate my request of having a room on high floor. Very pleased to have found a nice hotel in the Penuin area, and smack next to the Grand Batam Mall as well. Check in was very quick and fast, and we were in the rooms within 5-7 minutes of checking in. We got a twin room with south facing windows which was nicely equipped with international plugs and well thought out room lighting modes on the control panel. Airconditioning was good and toilet ventilation was also pretty decent. I used the gym which was nicely equipped for weight training as well as some cardio machines, and the pool was pretty nice. Beds were comfortable and I had a great sleep. Some areas for improvement in the housekeeping area: 1. There were oil stains on the room windows that was not cleaned for the duration of our stay (likely from previous guest pressing his/her face against the window) 2. The tissue box on the bathroom counter needs a re-think, as there's a hole on the bottom, the tissues get soaked when water splashes out of the sink onto the counter 3. Water pressure for the sink needs to be adjusted, it's too strong and splashes all over to the unsuspecting user 4. Shower pressure was good but the shower head was split open (did not affect the functionality) All in all, very nice and I would stay here again and would recommend it to my friends as it's probably the nicest hotel in the area currently.

Hotel staff are extremely friendly and considerate. Simple gestures of continually opening the doors for guests, as well as serving a cold glass of ice lemongrass beverage during check-in on a hot day, exhibit their warm sincerity. Family room was cosy and adequate for 2 adults plus 2 children given a large bed, accompanied by bunk beds.

Firstly we booked woda studio, which can accommodate an extra bed with charges, we are 3 Adult and 1 child. Receptionist insisted we need to upgrade to 2bedroom villa and ONLY cos there are 4 people, so meaning those with 4 people has to book 2bedroom villa??? And that too during the new year peak period charges, which is really unfair When booking their service eg, floating breakfast and milk bath they insist we pay first for the services. They din provide WiFi slip until we asked them during the night Massage package will expensive Buffet breakfast was very poor, not much choices Nothing complimentary for booking a 2 bedroom villa which was forced to upgrade during peak period season. Very unsatisfactory!!!

Can short cut to Nagoya but the slope staircase not convenient but you can also go short cut by the road side very near. During CNY we received orange and packet ang pow with notes and token $$ for luck.

I recently stayed at your hotel with my family for 2 nights and had a pleasant vacation. During our stay, I was deeply impressed by the polite and friendly service provided by all the staff, which added greatly to our positive experience. However, I noticed that in the non-air-conditioned restaurant -Harris Cafe , the staff were required to wear long-sleeved and long-pant uniforms. During breakfast time, nearly every staff was visibly sweating from being so busy, which was truly heart-wrenching to see, the current uniform design is not particularly appealing. I sincerely suggest that the hotel management consider redesigning the staff uniforms using lighter and more breathable materials, allowing them to feel more comfortable and at ease while serving guests in a better environment. Furthermore, I recommend adding more fans in the Harris café area, especially during peak hours when the space becomes quite crowded and noticeably warm. Improving ventilation would not only enhance the dining experience for guests but also contribute to the well-being and efficiency of the staff. Thank you for the excellent service you provided during our stay. I hope the hotel will continue to thrive and refine these details in the future.

Buen lugar para permanecer. Situación estratégica. Limpia y cómoda.

El servicio de recepción es bueno. La iluminación del baño no es lo suficientemente brillante. El televisor de la habitación es un poco viejo, debería cambiar a un tipo de LED un poco más grande y claro. El estándar del desayuno bajó, el café y el té no serían tan buenos como antes. No hay suficientes frutas y ensaladas. Pero de todos modos, volveríamos de nuevo. La próxima vez tomaré algunas fotos para subir.

Everything is fine except that there is a problem with the room door lock. We called up the receptionist and 2 of the hotel staffs came over within 5 mins to repair the door lock on the spot. Its not our first time staying in this hotel and we will definitely come again.

Overall a pretty decent stay. We super love the service and friendliness of the staff. Very accommodating to all of our requests and many last minute changes. The room is quite clean and the aircon is super strong. Very convenient to have the pool outside, good privacy while you take a dip/play in the water. They have Netflix, Disney+, etc but you need to sign in to your account. Downside is we are disconnected to the signal/no internet for the TV. Ended up using our phones to watch shows.

Just got back from a stay at the Holiday Inn Resort, and I had a great time! The service was awesome, and the staff were super friendly—really made me feel at home. The swimming pool and all the amenities were on point. I loved hanging out by the pool! And let me tell you, the Indonesian food was fantastic. I can't recommend it enough! I’m planning come back in future.

Hotel muy decente para escapadas cortas, vista panorámica de los amaneceres si puedes conseguir una unidad con vista al mar. Debes despertarte entre las 5:30 y las 6:00 a. m. para verlo. Playa limpia y entorno tranquilo. En algunas cuadras, especialmente en la colina, es relativamente difícil caminar. La comida es un poco salada, aunque tal vez sea culpa nuestra. Y espero que el desayuno pueda mejorar.

Neat and tidy. Located in city center thus convenient to get to the port upon departure. On the first night the room that we were allocated had a leakage of water from the ceilings so they immediately got us another room ready. -Okay selection of breakfast options -Food menu and prices from their restaurant is good price (though I didn’t order any 😅)

Después de unas pocas horas más, el mantenimiento llegó y dijo que el aire congelado tuvo un problema justo entonces decidieron transferirme a la otra habitación en el ala opuesta. El hotel está muy bien, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer. La mayoría de los empleados que conozco no pueden comunicar mucho en inglés, por lo que necesitan mejorar en ese lado.

Uno si los mejores hoteles en Tg Pinang desde su bastante limitado. La habitación es limpia, el servicio del hotel es excelente. Y el desayuno es también grande! La mayoría probablemente será mi ida al hotel si vuelvo a visitar aquí!
