Stained bedsheets, which were disappointing and did not meet expected cleanliness standards. These issues suggest that the hotel could benefit from improved attention to detail and housekeeping standards. 📍 Location: While the hotel is centrally located, it is next to an abandoned mall, which creates an unwelcoming, deserted vibe—particularly at night. This choice of location takes away from the convenience and appeal of staying here. 💪 Fitness & Facilities: While the hotel lacks a pool, it does have a gym that is well-maintained and offers a good way to unwind or maintain your fitness routine during your stay. Service by the hotel staff was good, team was helpful and accommodating with requests. Room was mostly tidy, some slight spots of what looked like dirt on the bedsheets but nth major. Breakfast spread had enough variety and tasty Overall would recommend for business travellers or for short stays

En el 8o piso, no muy malo de vista, aunque prefiero tenerlo en un piso más alto. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. Situación en el corazón de la carretera Tunjungan, donde a la noche, viene al vivo con peatones disfrutando de la noche. Muchas comidas también alrededor! Caminando a la tienda ... ¡Esta sería definitivamente mi hotel de nuevo para mi próxima viaje!

The room was clean and nice, However the sustainability efforts are lacking, I didn't need my towel to be changed daily and kept it on the rack, but yet it was changed every day. Once I came back to see all the lights and air-conditioning was on, likely running all day 10 am- 7pm + when I returned The lifts are super slow and only 1 coffee machine for the whole breakfast restaurant that needed addition of water all the days I was there

Should be better off being marketed as a 3 Star hotel instead of 4. Checking-in was a breeze, but they do not bother helping with moving luggages. The doorman would just look at you. The room was big. The corridor isn’t carpeted, so you can hear doors slamming and people talking outside your room rather clearly. They do have comfortable bed and pillows though. There was no safety deposit box in my room. Called housekeeping, and a chap brought in the metal box... while hugging it. The box was light. He just placed it on a shelf, and walked away. I mean, what's the use of having a light, moveable safe? It's okay. 3 stars hotel experience. Was told that the hotel doesn’t provide iron and ironing board and guests can use their ironing service for a fee of course instead. Reminds me of some budget hotel stay instead of any other normal 4 stars hotels. The cleanliness was abysmal, honestly showering in public would be a better choice. I could not walk around inside there barefooted. The shower floor was slimy, with mould growing on the walls. It was unacceptable for being rated as a 4 star hotel. Service was good though. Everyone seems eager to please. Breakfast was good. Location is excellent as it's connected to a mall. Amenities wise just needs more sprucing up. Alright stay but for the price, there are other alternatives that can provide better.

La habitación es muy espaciosa con esta tarifa. Situación incipiente y está justo en frente de Taman Bungkul, con muchos lugares de cocina en el fin de semana. La habitación está equipada con microondas y minibar. La habitación estaba muy bien iluminada, pero no es así.

Should be better off being marketed as a 3 Star hotel instead of 4. Checking-in was a breeze, but they do not bother helping with moving luggages. The doorman would just look at you. The room we stay in is so dirty. We arrived at 10:00 PM because we took road trip. After 14 hours drive, we expected the room will.be nice. At least clean and comfortable to stay in. But what we found? It seems like the room never got cleaned for a long time. Under the bed, there was empty mineral bottle and a used spoon. Also a drawing sheet , probably from the guess who stayed before us. Dust are everywhere under the bedside table. When we moved the bed a little bit, dust are so thick under the bed, together with the empty mineral water bottle and used spoon. I reported this disappointment to the reception, and they said all rooms are occupied. Only a house keeper came to help sweep the dirty floor and mopped it. What a bad experience with a 4* hotel. Btw i was late to take a photo of all the trash in the room. Too tired 😩 The next day, the hotel manager handled this case and apologize. He allows late check out as compensation and sent fruit platters to our room. Thank you for this prompt compensation from their side.

Hmmm, the water heater and frigde does not work properly in my room. It'd be better to give rating if they can fix it earlier. The scenery is beautiful enough. Highly recommended 😉👍🏻

Este hotel es como un hotel de negocios, adecuado para una estancia corta. Nada especial. La calle a la habitación, huele como un hospital de alguna manera. La ubicación es cruzada de pequeño centro comercial.

Your hotel is comfortable . Breakfast was good and have variety choices. The service in the front desk and restaurant are both good too, especially during breakfast the waitress are friendly and ready to help. During my Check in the front desk help pretty quick too. The bus boy took my luggage right away being send to my room. Has free coffee or tea in the lounge is a good thing . The non smoking room is clean and not too small, bathroom facilities is good. The cupboards have many hangers I like that. The price is not too cheap, average price. Overall I enjoyed my stay . I don’t mind recommending to friends.

The hotel is nice, it is a good location to go to mount bromo, ijen and taking a trip to the waterfalls. There are no shops nearby unfortunately, so had to use grab and Gojek. The room was a little dirty, but it’s ok. The bed is reallly comfortable and also have an English movie channel on the tv. Staff are super friendly and I would stay here again.

Great location in the center of the city, cleanliness must be improve because i found little bug under the bed.. breakfast has varieties and taste quite good. No hairdryer in the room, but maybe should ask the staff to borrow but not sure because i didn't ask them. I booked family room with 3 bed

Place was enjoyable, at city centre, although there was complications with reservation as they didn't priorly informed me they could not accommodate to the room I booked

Great location. Though you could be stuck in heavy traffic on the way to the hotel during peak periods, which is understandable since it is at the city centre. The room is big and spacious. Has a lot of different tv channels to keep you entertained (around 50 international channels, and some local ones). The only down side is the toilet floor can be a bit slippery when wet, and there's not much power outlet around the room. Therefore, you either have to bring a plug extension or plug out the lamps to charge your devices.
