The wifi connection is not good and only last 5 minutes even the technician came to visit. the connection on off and really not as 4 star hotel. And the parking lot, its not easy to go in and out and its space only limited especially for high season, when you are in, and u wont go out as no parking space left haha.. Overall its good hotel for staycation.

first time we are staying in this hotel. but, really - really nice. verry good room and facilities and food as well. please improve the swimming pool or you can add mini zoo. i believe most of guest bringing they are kids to staycation.

first of all, the room is clean, and the amenities are so complete the soap and the shampoo also have much foam and good fragrance. Unfortunately, i dont know why the floor in the bathroom isn't easy to dry, so it makes the floor very wet. the rest of the room is very cozy and comfortable also the service and the stuffs are very friendly

On arrival, while checked in, it was very smokey. I went to Magenta resto, about 200 meters from the lobby, however, the smokey was even worse. After I got my room key, I went upstairs to the floor of my room. To my surprise, the smokey was also there. I came into my room with hair and clothes smelt very smokey. I did not went out because I worried the smokey was everywhere, even in the pool. Won't stay here again.

Recientemente me quedé en el Hotel Braga en Bandung y tuve una experiencia mixta. Aspectos positivos: La ubicación del hotel es excelente, lo que hace conveniente explorar la ciudad. El personal de la casa de la señora Jamu, que ha hecho un jamu en casa, ha hecho un toque único y agradable a la experiencia de comer. Áreas para mejorar: La limpieza fue un problema importante durante mi estancia. Las puertas de baño congeladas no tenían privacidad, y las puertas desbloqueadas lo empeoraron, causando molestias para los huéspedes. La respuesta del personal a ciertas situaciones también dejó margen para mejorar. Se habría apreciado un enfoque más proactivo en estas situaciones. Aunque el hotel tiene sus méritos, abordar estas preocupaciones podría mejorar significativamente la experiencia de los huéspedes.

We stayed 2 nights for business purpose. Our room had a fantastic view. The breakfast variety was quite extensive with a pretty good taste. The service from the front office, housekeeper, valet and restaurant staff was also good, they were very polite and efficient. There was only a small complaint about insects in the room, which was immediately handled by the staff that night, the hotel manager also gave us a pizza as compliment for our complaint.. thank you for the service provided :)

The hotel is nice but quite old. The staff are very helpful & warm. However the cleanliness is very questionable. The room is ok but bathroom was not properly clean. There are stains in the tub & some of the equipment is not upgraded. But what I like most is the buffet. Indonesian authentic food which I love so much. The lobby also prepare welcome drinks & tit bits. I love it. Don’t worry I will come back to this hotel & hopefully the management took special attention to the things I mentioned..
