Stayed here for 2 nights for a business trip and overall it was quite okay. The location is alright, but just take note it is quite a bit of a walk if you want to go Tunjungan Plaza. Breakfast has a good selection of food, but it gets quite crowded unless you go down early to eat. I had some issues with the TV because it keeps freezing after a while, which was a bit annoying. Also, room service missed out some things because they didn't provide a floor mat and hand towel after they cleaned the room. But for a short business trip, everything else was fine and still acceptable.

Nos registramos a las 4 de la tarde pero la habitación aún no estaba lista, cuando pudimos entrar a la habitación nos dijeron que las comodidades no estaban completas (toallas y calzas) dijeron que las entregarían más tarde, hasta la noche no lo habían hecho. sido entregado hasta que tuvimos que llamar antes de que fuera entregado. Cerca de un centro comercial hay una piscina pero en otro edificio el parque infantil está dañado y necesita reparación.

The best hotel we stayed in Surabaya, conveniently located beside Tunjungan plaza with many restaurants and stores. Walking distance around 5 mins have many chic and hipster cafes worth visiting. Hotel room was clean and very spacious. All the staff was very friendly and accomodating. The best part was the buffet breakfast, with many arrays of foods and live stations. With all the delicous food and warm staff at the restaurant, we really enjoyed the whole breakfast. Highly recommemded!

La ubicación cerca de la Plaza Tunjungan.. sólo caminar a la Plaza ... La habitación está muy bien. La habitación es muy grande para nosotros...

La habitación es muy buena, cómoda para viajar, viene con la familia, el problema más. El receptor es amable, guapo, amable, recomendado para la gente tailandesa. Hay comida alrededor del hotel también. Ven con muchos amigos, muy fresco.

I’ve stayed in four hotels in Surabaya and this is of course the best one. I liked their amenities, service, cleanliness and their staff! Especially Bella is very sweet and she remembered my name after 2 days which is very impressive! Would recommend this if you need a deep rest the hotel. They can provide you everything!

Very friendly staff. You receive a warm welcome and yes, luggage is brought to your room. Room service is fast and efficient. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection; you can even have your own eggs, pancakes, and waffles made to order.

Generally, the stay was fine, but there were some drawbacks. Breakfast felt underwhelming since it was held in meeting rooms rather than the restaurant. The biggest issue was the check-in process; our room wasn't ready until 4:00 PM (and after asking the staff several times), and it seemed many other families were in the same boat.

Friendly and helpful staff. Free early check-in (12h instead of 14h). Clean and big room with huge and confortable queen size bed. Silent AC. Big TV, mini fridge, kettle and hair-dryer available. Nice swimming pool + good sauna and gym. Very good breakfast with turkish coffee ! I highly recommend this hotel !
