I chose this hotel to stay during my assignment in Pangkalpinang because the hotel is comfortable, the service is good and the location of the hotel is in the center of the city very easy to get anywhere.We loved the varied and tasty breakfast during our stay at this hotel.

Este hotel es un hotel de cuatro estrellas de alta calidad en la isla de la caverna de Indonesia, situado en el puerto de Dane-Lebas, una zona de concentración turística en la isla de la caverna de Myanmar. El hotel está totalmente equipada, incluyendo sala de conferencias, piscina ilimitada que se encuentra en el mar, y la belleza del sol también es hermosa. La habitación del hotel cumple los estándares del hotel de cuatro estrellas, muy limpia, pero el cuarto de baño es pequeño y el agua parece amarilla, debe ser porque la isla de la caverna tiene una relación rica con el agua subterránea, no beba agua aquí.

While visiting south Sumatra last month, I was suggested to visit Bangka Island, as time permitted , I flew from Palembang , easy 50 minute flight with Sriwijaya air, all very good. Well.. I wanted something “wild” with accommodation in front of the beach and that is what I got.. the beaches are great, very “wild” and the scenario like in a Flintstones movie, very characteristic, quite unique scenario, water clean, sand very nice ( except form the tons of plastics , which the resort does not clean, unfortunately) a part that, very nice coast line, perfect for a solo or family excursion, very relaxing. Now for the most disappointing part, I would have like to have kept the “wild” feeling only for the surrounding but unfortunately the accommodation was a disaster, very very ( very) old, very poor room maintenance, bed bugs, not clean, TV does not work, room is not made daily, etc., etc. What a shame, because the location is great. Food offering very poor. Few staff as well, although all very nice people.. yes I know is a Covid period , but believe me the resort maintenance was let it go way before the pandemic, now it becomes just an excuse… so yes is expensive for what you get , but basically the room price you pay is 90% for the view and the beach and the rest 10% would be for the ‘room” Would I go back to Bangka , yes, why not? would I go back to this hotel? Well.. yes if they will do a major renovation if not…sorry is a no no… Thank you !

Booked their premiere lagoon room for the direct access to pool. Unfortunately the pool had issue near the date of our stay. However they're kind enough to upgrade us to their best room (Premiere suite) for free! This room is much larger (110m2), has private mini pool & best view to beach. Their private beach is also child safe as it's not deep & no big waves. It's about 10mins drive to the popular kelayang beach (the spot for island hopping tour). Staffs are friendly & helpful. There's also small convenience store right beside the hotel. Breakfast is just average, with limited selection. Downside : - cleanliness is ok for its class, however we found stains in a couple of towels & some part of the curtains. Nothing serious, just ask for replacement. - food is served inconsistently. We ordered fried rice 3 times & got very different versions each time. Pizza & burger are abysmal Overall enjoyable experience for our family. Tip : contact them directly as the room types in other travel websites are somehow limited.

Fox harris hotel in Pangkalpinang, Bangka Island, Babel Formerly named Sahid hotel, I stayed quite often at this hotel before covid virus pandemic started ... Since covid virus pandemic, this is the first time I stayed at this hotel couple days ago. Unfortunately, I found some cases distubing my feeling, such as : several lights in the room didn't work (dead maybe ...), bad smell at the pillow's sheet/cover, so maybe they didn't changes the sheets regurally as it suppose be ..., specially 3-4 star hotel level ...

i had several problems in the hotel . first of all i am a travel agent go around for testing hotels without advise . my perception is the staff was very king but management is not good. we have a problem with food , a lot of plates didn't available all the days . i booked room with balcony , but i didn't like quality of rooms, pillow yellow sheet , yellow towels , and uncomfortable bed, also small . i think they need to change management for someone with take care more the customer. unfortunately this things don't help staff . that i repeat very king. the girl in reception help us to book the tours, because in the hotel don't have .

Proses check-in dan check-out cepat, staf ramah, kamar bersih, menu sarapan variatif walaupun ada beberapa menu yang perlu ditingkatkan rasanya, tersedia kolam renang dewasa dan anak-anak. Puas menginap disini dalam rangka berwisata di Pulau Bangka.

Estaba aquí con mi esposa y hijo durante tres noches y estaba muy contento con la ubicación, cerca de la mayoría de los lugares en TanjungPandan y también cerca de la carretera para hacer cualquier viaje cuando vaya al sur o al oeste muy rápidamente. El hotel dispone de una amplia y amplia cafetería, pero si desea un desayuno occidental tradicional, las opciones son limitadas. La piscina estaba bien, pero la terraza necesita más paraguas! se retrasó y nos ofrecemos a ambos platos en el piano bar del hotel y una comprobación tardía.Muy bien!
